Coming from Seattle teriyaki this place was a disappointment. Slightest grilled taste in chicken, the teriyaki was very watery the 6 pieces of cabbage they called ( salad) was bland. Sorry won't be back . I guess I should have walked out when I saw the white guy with a pony tail as the cook .... read more

Beef was raw. Almost threw up. I never asked for raw. I don't recommend this place honestly.

Great food, wonderful/cheerful service with a great ambiance! Do you love teriyaki and also love anime? This is the place for you!!!!

I found this place on Yelp and had decent reviews and decided to try it since I wanted something to go. I ordered the beef and gyoza plate which included rice and steamed veggies. The gyoza and the sauce that came with it was good. The beef was actually a thick cut of beef, like a steak. The sauce was good but the meat was so-so, a little tough. read more

Teriyaki Grill - Beef and gyoza - Japanese Near Me - Kennewick, Washington

Typical chicken / beef teriyaki place. Prices are fair given current market. Easy to use online ordering which was their best feature. However, they charge for srichaha and any other additional sauce? Give me a break, you want 50 cents to run my card for one sauce packet? ha, the lady working the counter was short and seemed annoyed at her job but the food was decent. I will say it was served very fresh and steamy. read more

You can depend on the food being the same every time you come in! The consistency is always there and the service is top notch! Eating some good great tasting food and watching awesome anime shows is always a great experience! read more

Teriyaki Grill - My son Nic's favorite place to get teriyaki at!! - Japanese Near Me - Kennewick, Washington

Food was fine. Customer service solid. Got there soon after it opened and looked like the filthiest restaurant I've eaten at in a long time (-and I've been in Shiki's men's room at 7 on a Friday). read more

Service was clueless. Had a rather large order with beverages to go. Arrived to pick it up and they basically said here's your order and disappeared into the back. No help carrying out and I had to get the beverages from the fountain myself. read more

Me and my family stopped by this place while on our way to the mall, and I'm not sure if it was just me, but the food simply felt... bland. I ordered the salmon teriyaki, wanting to give it a try, and when I received it, it looked like perfectly fine, grilled salmon. And really, it tasted how salmon should, my only issue was, that it just was plain bland. It simply felt too boring, and had no real seasoning, not even salt. Maybe I just got unlucky or something, but it was just a boring meal. Someone else could probably enjoy it, something nice and simple, just not me. Anyways, decent 4/5 joint, would recommend. Staff seemed friendly enough, only issue is that it's a little dirty. read more

Tonight was the last visit here! We have eaten here many times and always liked it. Tonight we ordered Egg Rolls just like we usually do. They delivered them to the table a dark brown color! I let the guy know they were over cooked and I didnt want them. He took them back, waited a few minutes and redelivered the same ones to the table. They are usually so hot they burn your mouth, not these. Did he really think we weren't smart enough to realize he just delivered the same ones back to us? Either the oil was bad or he wasn't paying attention to how long his food was cooking. We will never be back! read more

We ordered two different combos - one with pork and chicken and the other with beef, pork and chicken. Average quality. Raw brown rice! Decent amount of protein. Bland steamed veggies. Can't recommend this one :( read more

I think this place only deserves three stars. I got the teriyaki chicken white meat and veggies. The teriyaki sauce was really watery, and the veggies tasted over cooked. Though I didn't have a great first experience I probably will try again. It's affordable and the service was quick. read more

Teriyaki Grill - Teriyaki with white meat chicken - Japanese Near Me - Kennewick, Washington

I was out in Kennewick for work from Seattle, and decided to try teriyaki grill for lunch. Great call on my behalf. Staff was welcoming, attentive and sincere. During my brief 37 minute lunch, more than a handful of returning customers come and left, some even greeted by name. The manager being pregnant and due in two weeks, still on her feet providing great customer service. By the way. Food was delicious, I enjoyed gyoza as an appetizer. Following up with a classic chicken katsu for an entree. Fairly priced. I didn't pay more than $13. Overall, clean, fantastic establishment and management. If I am ever in the area, I will return. But, NOT with the food here, it leaves you with a good feeling inside, it is nice freshly made food that was prepared with care and the owners are really awesome! If I could give negative stars I would. Absolute worst teriyaki I have ever had. The kitchen looks disgusting and the food was horrible. The teriyaki chicken tasted like it was a week old. The vegetables were freezer burnt. Very dissatisfied with this place. read more

I was very happy with the teriyaki grilled salmon. A friend mentioned this place to me and raved all about it. It had a very delicious flavor that I've never had anywhere else. It came with veggies and white rice all really good. I ordered a half order of gyoza and they were probably the best I've had. Nice location as well. Really easy to get to and fast awesome service. This place was ok. We were really hungry for some Teriyaki after a long day of driving. Though the food came quick, place was clean, gave generous amounts for what you pay for, and friendly staff, the food didn't lead to my expectation. It was pretty average, but I was expecting something as good if not better than Waba Grill. What I got was overcooked rubbery chicken, overcooked vegetables, and the tofu yakisoba that was pretty overcooked and soggy. Now even though these descriptions may sound bad, I ended up eating everything since it was still enjoyable to eat. If you want Teriyaki, this place is still worth going for. read more

I was driving up Columbia Center Blvd today looking for a place to eat lunch and I thought to myself "Gee, I'd really like teriyaki" and then I look over and I see Teriyaki Grill. So I figure it must be a sign and decide to try it. I had Teriyaki Chicken (Dark Meat), white rice, and eggrolls. All in all, I give this place 3 stars. Service was good, girl who took my order was nice and personable. Food was decent. Chicken was tender and cooked well. I am not a huge fan of the teriyaki sauce....that's what took it from 4 to 3 stars for me. Portion size was good though and the eggrolls were tasty. I would eat here again, but I am not in a rush to come back. read more

Awesome food and excellent service! Affordable prices too and great specials! This has to be one of my wife and I's favorite places to eat. White meat chicken and gyoza is our regular dish and we don't even have to remind the cooks because they always remember! The owners are always so friendly and make you feel at home (they're so great remembering everyone's names too). The atmosphere is great, the food is wonderful, tasty, and large portions. They also make their own teriyaki sauce and it's delicious! The place is very clean, the staff friendly, and always busy because everyone knows it's a really good place to eat!!! Mmm, all of the sudden I am hungry again! :) Absolutely one of our favorite places in town!!! read more

Ordered the chicken yakisoba and it was a huge mistake. The noodles taste like dishwater and bitter seasoning and the chicken tastes like it had been sitting there for a while. It's like my food had been sitting out for a while because when I got it the chicken was cold. I will never return to this location again. Big waste of money. read more

The location in Pasco is great, but I've eaten at the Kennewick one twice and regretted it both times. It'd been over a year since last time I came in so I thought it was worth another shot. No. Chicken teriyaki has no flavor. Vegetables are also bland and floppy. Sisters yakisoba smells and tastes terrible. Out of the 7 of us, only my 10 year old sister was happy and she got plain fried rice. read more

Worst Asian food my husband or I have ever had. We both had Yakisoba noodles, and the sauce tasted exactly like Nutmeg. Just Nutmeg. Not exactly what you expect Yakisoba noodles to taste like. Also, barely any vegetables with it. On the positive side, the portions are large and the service was excellent. So sorry we didn't like it, we really wanted too. read more

I got the the chicken and beef teriyaki and I was not pleased the beef was really chewy and thick the teriyaki sauce was the only thing making it ok. My husband got the pork fried rice and he as I didn't like it the pork had no flavor at all... Not athentic at all.. would not go again. read more
