Chicken, shrimp and wonton Pho
Jose V.

Absolutely delicious Pho! Very flavorful and rich soup with rice doodles and whatever protein you may want. I got the spicy Pho with shrimp and rice noodles and it really hit the spot.. BUT let me tell you; it's probably the spiciest soup I have ever had! I generally enjoy eating very spicy and I thought I could handle it. The server did warn me that it was extremely spicy but again, that was my bad for underestimating her lol. I would definitely try this place again but I think I will stick with the original Pho and just request a side of the sauce or broth. The sever was very friendly and chatty and it added to the experience. FYI, they only take cash so make sure to bring some, otherwise there is a bank/ATM next door. Definitely give this place a try!

Moved here 8 months ago. By far the BEST pho in Tri-Cities. Giving them a deduction in ratings just because they are "cash only" is ridiculous. The pho is good and the restaurant is clean. That's all you really need.

No customer service what's so ever

The owner or person at the front is not nice and obviously doesn't care about business. I have gone it twice now and she has turned me away because I don't carry cash and she says there is a $10 limit to use card. I even tried to reason with her saying I will get two things to charge my card but I want it under $11 dollars and she says sorry nothing on menu adds to that it's more. So I said you obviously don't want my business and she doesn't seem to care. Horrible customer service and doesn't care about her business succeeding. After I posted this review this was the message I received No customer service at all. And the fact that she felt the need to message me after review shows. I obviously am not the only person who has gone through this since there are many people who have posted reviews and she specifically messages them after. Not ok.

Service was terrible we didn't even sit down and eat. We came in as a group of 7 and there was no worker to be found for 5+ minutes. When she finally came out she told us in a very rude manner that we have to sit at different tables or just wait because she was busy. Upon walking back to the kitchen she spoke in Vietnamese, "they're Chinese so just let them wait", obviously not knowing that half of our group was Vietnamese. It's understandable for me to have to wait for a table but to be treated in a rude and disrespectful manner is unacceptable, especially when they're the ones who are understaffed. Update: I recently was harassed by who I thought was a random person on yelp through multiple messages and "compliments" and ended up deleting and blocking them, but after looking into it further this person coincidentally has only one review and it's for Pho Le. I saw another yelper had the same thing happen to them and that's just ridiculous and very unprofessional.

There is something in the broth that makes me drive across the river for it

Okay ive been to this location four times since their grand opening. The restaurant is very clean for beginners. The pho is by far head and shoulders above their competition in the area consisting of Yummy Pho, Columbia Market in Pasco, Lotus Oriental Market in RIchland, and random thai spots scattered throughout our desert atmosphere. Everytime i went to this location i ordered something different every time to ensure that you are gonna get quality food all around. We ordered the vegetable spring rolls ehh Yummy pho has them beat The combo vermicelli bowl was wonderful with its huge serving the #6 pho is some of the best broth ive tasted since Pho Sandy in Portland Oregon The #30 combo with the fried porkchop/two eggs over rice is to die for, very appealing to the eye. The best thing on their menu if your coffee lovers like myself is the Vietnamese french style pressed coffee, it has this subtle nutty tone to it but the kick gives it the title of Liquid Crack its soooo good. Definitley check this place out, for the price your paying its definitely worth every penny

I don't know why the bad reviews. My husband and I came during lunch hour so the place was busy with to go orders. This is a mom and pop place so only 1 server for everybody. They only serve noodles or some rice plates, no appetizers or desserts. The lady was friendly and courteous to us. Our orders came out about 10 mins after ordered, wasn't bad for being busy. The noodles by far was better than the other places, not too salty or oily. Give this place a try if you feel like having pho.

Passing through town and stopped by for lunch. Not much to choose from the menu but the pho was excellent! Totally hit the spot.

I saw a few people with the bowls overflowing. This place has a buffet of quite a selection of food to choose from; vegetables, meats, noodles, sauces and seasons. You fill the bowl and bring it to the cook. The food gets thrown onto a circular flat top that the cooks walk around as they push the food around the circle until it is cooked. The food is then placed into a fresh bowl and handed back to you to take to your table. While I was there, I was asked by the cook "hot sauce or not hot?" I stated "not hot"; but while eating, I found the food to be a little on the spicy side anyways. I believe that could be due to the grill having hot sauce poured on it for a previous order. That being said, the food was full of flavors and textures that I got to choose as well; so that in itself is pretty great. The waitress was attentive, however, did bring a cup of tap water after I asked for a bottle of water. Which could have just been a misunderstanding. Other than that I thought she was polite and courteous and fairly quick. I really did enjoy the idea of "all you can fit in the bowl and have it cooked in front of you." It was mildly entertaining and unique. As for decor, I would not call this a fancy restaurant; but I can say in confidence that it is one that you will feel full and satisfied when you leave. I enjoyed it here. Worth the visit.

I recommend putting in a ton sauce before having the grill add more sauce to Keep the noodles moist and flavorful.
