Absolutely delicious Pho! Very flavorful and rich soup with rice doodles and whatever protein you may want. I got the spicy Pho with shrimp and rice noodles and it really hit the spot.. BUT let me tell you; it's probably the spiciest soup I have ever had! I generally enjoy eating very spicy and I thought I could handle it. The server did warn me that it was extremely spicy but again, that was my bad for underestimating her lol. I would definitely try this place again but I think I will stick with the original Pho and just request a side of the sauce or broth. The sever was very friendly and chatty and it added to the experience. FYI, they only take cash so make sure to bring some, otherwise there is a bank/ATM next door. what a surprise! I was looking for a new place to get Chicken pho. This place is it. The smell of pho as you walk in is what hits your first. You know, I've been a loyal customer for many years even after random days of early closure, random days of running out of food and even starting to charge to use credit cards but when I went back a few weeks ago and they had a sign for cash only, I had enough. They also raised their price for pho close to $15.00 with tip and tax so when she told me to go across the street and come back to pay in cash, I declined and walked out. I'm done. Service was terrible we didn't even sit down and eat. We came in as a group of 7 and there was no worker to be found for 5+ minutes. When she finally came out she told us in a very rude manner that we have to sit at different tables or just wait because she was busy. Upon walking back to the kitchen she spoke in Vietnamese, "they're Chinese so just let them wait", obviously not knowing that half of our group was Vietnamese. It's understandable for me to have to wait for a table but to be treated in a rude and disrespectful manner is unacceptable, especially when they're the ones who are understaffed. Update: I recently was harassed by who I thought was a random person on yelp through multiple messages and "compliments" and ended up deleting and blocking them, but after looking into it further this person coincidentally has only one review and it's for Pho Le. We are in the process of trying all the Pho places in the Tri-Cities (having moved from Seattle) and rolled into Pho Le for lunch today. It was squeaky clean and the lady behind the counter was friendly and attentive. Although the menu is limited to (around) 12 items, the quality of food is wonderful and the portion sizes generous. We've come to understand you pay 50-75% more here than in Seattle, but the bowls of soup have been larger in size. I only wish that Fox news wasn't blaring in the background and the menu offered spring rolls to go with the soup. Otherwise, it was a solid bowl of Pho. read more

Okay ive been to this location four times since their grand opening. The restaurant is very clean for beginners. The pho is by far head and shoulders above their competition in the area consisting of Yummy Pho, Columbia Market in Pasco, Lotus Oriental Market in RIchland, and random thai spots scattered throughout our desert atmosphere. Everytime i went to this location i ordered something different every time to ensure that you are gonna get quality food all around. We ordered the vegetable spring rolls ehh Yummy pho has them beat The combo vermicelli bowl was wonderful with its huge serving the #6 pho is some of the best broth ive tasted since Pho Sandy in Portland Oregon The #30 combo with the fried porkchop/two eggs over rice is to die for, very appealing to the eye. The best thing on their menu if your coffee lovers like myself is the Vietnamese french style pressed coffee, it has this subtle nutty tone to it but the kick gives it the title of Liquid Crack its soooo good. Definitley check this place out, for the price your paying its definitely worth every penny read more

I consider myself a pho specialist. While I won't say this is the best pho anywhere, it is definitely good quality and consistent. I eat here 3 times a week and pray it stays in business since it's so close to my house!! Rule of thumb, never order pho from a non vietnamese owned restaurant. Update, as of late, the pho has changed for the worst sadly, not sure what item was removed or added, but it has been noticed by several of my friends and we don't like it. In general, I dislike the spring rolls and they are probably the worse of any viet place in town. I don't know why the bad reviews. My husband and I came during lunch hour so the place was busy with to go orders. This is a mom and pop place so only 1 server for everybody. They only serve noodles or some rice plates, no appetizers or desserts. The lady was friendly and courteous to us. Our orders came out about 10 mins after ordered, wasn't bad for being busy. The noodles by far was better than the other places, not too salty or oily. Give this place a try if you feel like having pho. read more

Try the hu tieu with prawns, great broth! The com tam dishes were great too. They give a nice variety of different Vietnamese morsels. I thought they had a great selection of Vietnamese food that is friendly to the local palette of Tri Cities. I found it much more authentic than Pho King. The location is right of Clearwater, so it is convenient to those shopping at Columbia Center, no more than 5 minutes away. read more

I love... love... LOVE soup with noodles... so it only stands to reason that I would also LOVE pho. And I always want to try different places to see if I can find the prefect one. I read about this place on Yelp, and it had some pretty good reviews so I though... what the heck... I'm in the neighborhood, so why not give them a try. When we arrived I was STARVING!!! So, we decided to start with an appetizer. They have a fairly good list of things to chose from, but we went with the standard spring rolls. When they arrived at the table they were HOT! I waited as long as I could for them to cool... I picked one up... dipped it into the sauce they provided... and it was pretty good. Nothing really stood out, but they weren't bad at all. So, I thought... well... the soup as got to be good... right? My soup order was the shrimp pho. My husband ordered the wonton pho. Before our soups came out, the server brought us a plate that had bean sprouts and two small wedges of limes. I thought...well... that is strange... where is the chili peppers and basil? I didn't say anything because it could come out with the soup. Well, the soup arrived and no chili peppers or basil. To be quite honest, I'm not a big fan of the basil, but my husband is. I was missing the chili peppers though. The server had already scurried to the back so I was unable to request the missing items. So, I dressed my soup the best I could with the sauces that were on the table. The soup LOOKED good, and there was a GOOD amount of shrimp. They were also a good size and looked fresh. So, the first thing I did was dig one out and eat it. My first impression was... EH... they tasted VERY bland. Just boiled with NO seasonings. No biggie though... they had egg noodles so I was happy. Next was to try the soup its self. Wasn't impressed at all. The broth was also very bland. I was expecting so much more. Again, it wasn't terrible... just lacked SO much flavor. I had to even add salt to the broth which didn't really help much. Hubby said that his was also very bland but didn't taste bad. But I was excited for the rice bowls shown in previous reviews and pictures. I arrived and was surprised to see such an empty and small menu. But they told me they were out of pork so shrimp was my only other option. We asked for a small empty bowl for my son so we can share our pho with him because he can't finish one order on his own and they don't even have appetizers we can order for my son. The lady said they don't have bowl for us to share (how come last time they did?!) Then not even gave a cup of water for my son. This place is legit! Try the number 10 but you have to be down with the spice because it is hot! Not practical joke hot but you will have a mustache when you are done. THE BEST BROTH! The best Pho in E. Oregon & WA! Both chicken & beef broth are so good and complex flavors. Other places just taste like canned chicken broth with 5 spice. But you can taste the Time it took to get the broth this good. Plus the chicken is pieces off a whole chicken, the way it's torn & added to the broth adds a better flavor too. We waited for about 5 minutes until this lady came out. We asked if we could be seated and she responded in a demeaning loud tone across the room where everyone could hear: "I'm busy right now, I don't have time for this!" Some cook from the back yelled what was going on, to which the lady replied in Vietnamese "It's just Chinese people, let them wait." - how do I know? Well I am Vietnamese. We were shocked and appalled that for an establishment that lasted this long didn't have any sense of courtesy for their customers. They aren't open when they list they are open, they have slow customer service, they don't serve what's listed on their menus.
