These people are completely unreliable and unprofessional. They don't care if they make you look bad in front of your clients, and they have zero regard for your time or reputation. He promised to return and place a mirror on a client's table--never showed up, stopped responding to texts and calls, and didn't even bring the mirror. No courtesy to let me know he couldn't make it--just disappeared. Absolutely disappointing and a waste of time. Do not hire or refer them to anyone. I needed to replace a wall mirror and I am very pleased with the product as well as the service and pricing. I had a great experience with Islom replacing my shower door. I had a hinge glass door that always leaked (walls in my old co-op are crooked so the old door would always be misaligned). Finally after a year I bit the bullet to fix this pet peeve. Islom came by to take measurements and 2 weeks later, the sliding track door I wanted arrived. It was so easy both times to schedule a convenient time for them to come and the overall removal and installation took about 2 hours. My shower doors needed to be repaired, and the reviews for this company were positive, so I gave them a call. I called on Monday morning, was told they could do the job, was quoted a price, and was given an appointment for Friday at 9 AM. I have no idea what quality of work they do because they never showed up. I'm a great believer in confirming all appointments so I called again the afternoon before, both home and cell. I left messages and sent a text but no one got back to me. I called several more times to no avail. I was hoping they'd call in the morning, or just show up, but I waited at home for nothing. If I knew they would stand me up then I wouldn't have waited all week since another company, a little more expensive, offered me a midweek appointment. Now I have shower doors that still need to be fixed so needless to say, I'm not happy. read more

Very professional team. They responded rapidly, gave a quote based on the photos I sent and it was very affordable (got another quote which was much more expensive). They proposed to send someone the same day, gave me an hour window and the person showed up on time. He figured out exactly why my sliding door was not closing properly. Opened up the portion under the door, leveled it up, and fixed the issue perfectly! They are really knowledgeable, efficient, and affordable. YUL came out and repaired my sliding doors and windows that were getting old and very hard to open and close. Local companies wanted $30k+ to replace the windows, but YUL was able to do a fast repair and saved having to replace them. They also made and installed custom-sized replacement screens. The guy they sent was spot-on. I would not hesitate to use them again. read more

Initially there were a few issues with communication on Yelp but I don't fault Yul Global for that; when we did finally meet it was efficient, affordable, fast, straight forward, to the point, installation was *quiet* (did not expect that!) and this is the best part- I had six windows I needed replaced and three old busted air conditioning window units taken out and hauled away; they did all of that. I thought they were going to be here all day, they came by around 10 AM they were gone by 12:20 PM!!! I found Yul through an internet search and couldn't be happier with the service! I had a double-pane window where moisture and dirt had gotten in between the panes. He responded very quickly to my initial request, visited my apartment to give an estimate within a few hours, and brought and installed the replacement glass two days after that.
