The estimate was completely wrong. For one thing, it was for French doors instead of a single door. I don't understand how they could get that so wrong when an appraiser came out in person. Diagnosing the issue took some time since the problems weren't straightforward, but rather than rushing or guessing, he worked through it methodically until he had a clear picture of what needed fixing. Once he had that, he fixed both windows correctly and made sure they opened and closed smoothly before moving on. I also pointed out three other windows with issues, and Rob fixed all of them while he was there, which made the visit even more worthwhile. He walked us through some helpful information about insulation around the window frames and pointed out a couple of other minor issues worth keeping an eye on down the road. This is not normal wear and tear -- it is clearly a defect caused by cheap materials and poor workmanship. I contacted Rosa immediately, multiple times, asking for help and a solution. I was completely ignored. No support, no inspection, no replacement, no accountability. Customer service was non-existent. Today, 2 out of the 4 doors are completely destroyed, despite being used in a normal indoor environment. Doors should last decades, not fail after a few weeks. This company sells low-quality products and then disappears when problems arise. Very unprofessional, very disappointing, and a waste of money. I strongly advise against buying anything from them.
