Some of the times we got away with using the all powerful jeep forums on the internet and some times we were left with nothing. I was not even paying Shawn and he still answered my questions when I asked them. He knows jeeps like the back of his hand and will absolutely be the only place I take my jeep to when it inevitably has problems (Just Expect Every Problem, but hopefully not soon!) Anyways I just wanted to come on here and let everyone know that there is still honest and good people out there, shawn is a prime example. Sadly he declined my offer to buy him a 12 pack, but he definitely deserves it. Extremely satisfied PS. I'll attach a picture of the beauty that Shawn answered some questions about!

He told me that he had never seen a perfect smog test score on a truck such as mine and I would be wise to stick with the mechanic who clearly knew how to take care of my rig. If you're really looking for somebody, that's going to dig deep into diagnosing your vehicle correctly and making sure the right things get taken care of. I was originally bringing my truck in for what I thought was going to be a $3000 bill after talking to the dealer and Darren and Jimmy took the time to properly diagnose and get everything done correctly and it is only going to be a $600 bill. I've had two other mechanics told me they wouldn't take a look at my truck because they didn't want to tear down the engine to find the actual problem. He treats you like family and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I arrived in the evening at there "RV Park ". Left the RV. I had a quote for the requested service before I even came. Tbey did a complete inspection and gave me auotes for anything that was broken or could be improved by updated equipment. There was no pressure. They just wanted me to have all options available. They completed the work, electronically sent me the invoice which had no surprises. They hid my key and gave me instructions how to pick the Rv up. I never met these guys but they handled everything with the utmost professionalism, completed the work snd didn't break anything. The new shocks struts and alignment definitely makes the ride smoother. I'd recommend this business to anyone who wants things done right the first time!

We called L&L last minute at around 4:45 and needed to be there before the place closed at 5:30. This tow company responded immediately. The woman on the phone was incredibly pleasant, which made all the difference, and a truck got to us within 15 minutes. It took the guy about 5 minutes to get our non-running car loaded on his truck, and he managed to get to LQK a few minutes before 5:30. They were also very clear about the price before they arrived, which was lower than I expected. Though LQK still screwed us once we arrived, I'm giving serious props to L&L for making it on time and being very nice and professional. They really did their best to save the day and I would recommend them to anyone who needs fast towing!
