We went around to several places trying to get an estimate and we got quotes from 7 to 15 K for a front-end bunk rebuild. Everything in California seems to be very expensive, so finding Universal RV repair was a miracle. They were very responsive with messages and texts. They sent a technician out to our RV site to give us a free estimate. Within a week of the estimate, they started working on our RV. It was finished in less than 2 weeks. Their work exceeded my expectations!!! They used new fiberglass when necessary and replaced all of the wood support and paneling on the inside. The bunk looks brand new. We had an electrical issue with the trailer plug, damaged rear molding, a drip when we filled up with diesel and a vent cover that wouldn't close completely. The estimate was very fair, and their time to complete the repair was as estimated. When we picked up the RV all the repairs were perfect, the paint on the repaired molding matched perfectly! Our RV was returned to us clean and even the tires had been dressed and were shiny. We have owned RVs for 20+ years, Irving, Celia, and their crew are the best repair shop we have ever dealt with.
