Jesse the Manager in Lake Forest, has been amazing at maintaining the facility clean and secure for safety/security. He's been with the owners for a long time. I won't pay the extra rental costs (somewhere else) so a large public 'stock traded' storage corporation can impress their 'stock investors' with huge 'executive paychecks'. That is ridiculous simply to rent a small storage, when having a hard time, already. The owners of American Storage have been wonderful to their tenants.
