The agent who was busy with the male techo freaks was told to take care of me by a female supervisor. He was in a hurry to get rid of me as soon as possible to get back to his men. The agent was pleasant but did not go over plans, I just needed an inexpensive and simple phone. I had to take prepaid because I froze my credit reports which has been taken care of however I have to return to their store today so they can check my line of credit and get off prepaid. The agent gave me his card "If I have any questions" so I called a few days ago and was spoken to very tersely by the female supervisor who announced everything I need to bring with me to get a regular plan.
