Chef Jacob was the best!!! He provided in home meals for my honeymoon. My husband and I were so impressed with his professionalism and food! I've been raving about his food nonstop since we've had it. Top notch service and incredibly personable! We literally want to visit again to specifically have Chef Jacob's food. His wife is also super amazing and it was awesome to see the two cooking alongside each other. Thank you so much!

Chef Jacob and his team were incredible! The food was outstanding! They were informative on all the things I asked of them. The Menu had lots of options. We will defiantly be hiring them again!!

We had a great experience with Jacob and Carolina. They communicated extremely fast prior to the event and helped us customize our menu perfectly. They arrived on time and got right to work and we truly could not believe the three course, six person dinner they produced in our small, not well outfitted, airbnb kitchen. It was incredible. They were so accommodating to my young daughters who were not part of our dinner, but wanted to watch professional chefs in action, and they even brought extra dessert for them! After they served the food, they did all the dishes and the kitchen was cleaner than before they came! I couldn't be happier with our choice to go with Your Sous Chef and would pick them again and again. Honestly if I lived in the area, I would book them on a regular basis just to try more of their food. Definitely recommend if you are in the Palm Springs area!

Im so sorry that I did not post this sooner, I can tell you this that EVERY day i think that i need to acknowledge what a great guy Chef Jacob is and Your Sous Chef.... So here it is.... He Is Amazing this guy is the real deal, he is honest and genuine cooks chops and works to your schedule and does with what ever you want. I felt so comfortable from the get go and thats a plus. He delivered and was on time, looking very professional and prepared. Chef Jacob came had the meal as agreed on target, chopped prepped and severed us and blessed us with an amazing time. The scallops. the salad and prime rib was perfect and a lovely presentation, it could not have been sweetener. Jacob also brought his sweet wife who came and served and helped out, what a bonus.. One nice treat too, is that he brought his own plates and took them as well, so no clean up for the host. We Will not hesitate to use Chef Jacob again. He is the perfect SOUS chef and I can not thank him enough for his help on making a great dinner for our dear friend Arnie 69th birthday.. On a side note Arnie died 4 days later sadly, we find comfort in the fact that he had a wonderful lovely favorite meal in his own home with his dear family and friends.

Chef Jacob is absolutely reliable and creates absolutely beauty masterpieces with food. I contacted chef with a last minute request for a charcuterie board and he came through astonishingly. I was ordering based on reviews because I am not from the city so I was a bit hesitant... but luckily it turned out great. My sister which was staying in la Quinta loved her board! I contacted him in the early afternoon and 4:30 the charcuterie board was delivered! Great service!!!! Thank you Chef!

Seasonal salad

I planned a weekend getaway for my fiancé's 30th birthday in Indio and hired this team. Chef Jossi and her assistant Claudia were great. Punctual, resourceful and friendly. We had plenty of food (lamb chops, Scottish Salmon, maple bacon Brussels, garlic mash and seasonal salad). My family is filled with foodies and they raved about the food and service all weekend. The chefs even cleaned and pack the left overs for us! Would definitely recommend.

The seared ahi tuna salad and the ahi tuna nachos were both delicious. The fish was fresh and so very tender with a light dressing. The pulled pork tacos were good too. Instead, she bit into a sharp chicken bone hidden in the salad--something that absolutely should never happen. This wasn't a small, soft fragment either; it was sharp enough to cause immediate, severe pain and pierced her gums. This is not just a minor oversight--it's a major failure in basic food safety and kitchen preparation. There is no excuse for serving food in this condition, especially something as simple as a salad. We trusted this restaurant to provide a safe meal, and that trust was completely broken. What makes this even worse is that the situation could have been far more dangerous. If swallowed, this could have led to choking or internal injury. No customer should ever have to worry about that when ordering a salad. I strongly urge the restaurant to take a hard look at their food prep standards and quality control, because this is unacceptable. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
