The only thing that keeps us going back here is the free kids meals on Mondays which also include a drink and gelato, which is the kids's favorite part. Their price increases have just gotten to be way too high. It's about $12-$13 for an individual pizza which is the same price for a large chain pizza. In fact, you can easily spot all the increases as their menu has the new prices taped over almost every item on the menu. You are able to customize it which I do like as I often get the Alfredo sauce and do a chicken sausage artichoke type combo. The service this last visit was excellent however the time before that we had ordered two adult pizzas and two kid pizzas and when we got home, we realized they had given us two pizzas that were not ours so I had to drive back to the store to resolve the issue. They did make a fresh pizza, but that wasn't the first time something has happened with our orders being wrong and not realizing it until we are home so I guess it is pertinent that I checked the orders before I leave the store which I don't have to do at any other restaurant. They didn't do anything for the inconvenience of having to drive back to the store so it truly was a pain when we were starving and going out to make life a little easier and added a lot of extra effort on our part to fix their issue.

    rationed out ranch!
    Dani D.

i understand they are trying to run a business, but charging for ranch is fine but i draw the line when the ranch cups i bought were less than half full. 1.62 for a teaspoon full of ranch other your pie locations included a sauce with your pizza and at this one they don't. won't be back. Update: why would I pour out ranch to write a bad review? Let's use our brains I also didn't think I had to clarify I got 3 sides of ranch that were all like this and that's why it was 1.62...... I can tell by the response from the owner they do not take criticism very well. Good luck on running a successful business if this is how you handle things!

    10" pizza

Happy Pie day!! To join the fun on pie day I placed an online order for a customized 10" pizza at You pie right here in Durbin. My pizza was supposed to be ready at 12:30 when I arrive; however, I had to wait an extra 20 minutes past the estimated time, which I found to be quite ridiculous. This lack of punctuality is definitely not reflective of good customer service. However, I must say that despite the inconvenience, the pizza itself was delicious. The flavors were on point and the crust was cooked perfectly. I just wish the overall experience wasn't marred by the delay on my order. I hope that in the future, this restaurant can work on improving their food preparation time to ensure a more positive experience for their customers. Despite the hiccup, I still enjoyed the pizza and would consider ordering from them again.

Need a quick easy bite to eat? The selection is pizzas, salads, paninis, gelato and pastas. They have soda, beer and wine. Many choices, very customizable food. We were able to walk right up. No line. Order our food and sit down. The food was brought out to us. The 2 pizzas we ordered were delicious. The atmosphere is very casual. Metal chairs and wood tables. Some booths. Outdoor seating is available but we did not try it out. B August in Florida is not an eat outside with hot food situation. (That part is more about me than the restaurant, lol.) There were many people working, all very young. The servers seemed very busy and a little forgetful. Possibly some first time employees here. As it compares to other establishments that are similar it could have worked on the cleanliness or orderliness behind the counter, to help build buyer confidence. Some of get ingredients didn't look the freshest, but I assume it is due to the employees not switching them out when needed. That did impact my choices when picking out pizza toppings.

Bobby who is the owner operator of this establishment is a class A Guy. He is hands on with Greeting the customer and the operations of his business. The employees are well trained and very accommodating to your needs. The food is fresh and delicious. New to the area, we are so glad we have a Your Pie in the neighborhood that is conveniently close, makes great food, and has excellent service. If your looking for a great pie, salad, panini, or just an ice cold beverage to drink this place rocks!! Oh please they have amazing gelato. We definitely are making this place a weekly pit stop for some great food.

A new, Your Pie, a build-your-own-pizza joint slated to open up this Friday, July 19th (Grand Opening). It is located in the first phase of The Pavilion at Durbin Creek in the Saint John's area. The first phase will house a multi-tenant shopping area and once complete, will rival the local Jacksonville shopping areas like the Town Center. We attended a Dine In & Donate event here, donations going towards to Saint John's P.A.L. (Police Athletic League). Additionally, it was a Soft Opening for this location. So like with all new store or business openings, I was expecting pandemonium and chaos, with new employees, etc. Oddly enough, it never happened at this place, despite the line of hangry people being out the door at one point. So big Kudos to all the Your Pie staff. They handled the madness as if they have been opened for months already. We ordered all 10" pizzas, all custom orders. We received our pizzas rather quickly. All the pizzas well cooked and delicious. Service was magnifik!!! Aside from pizzas, Your Pie also offers Paninis, Salads and Desserts, as well as Vegetarian options.

Best Pizza in Jacksonville. Great service with the "build your own" process. Highly recommended.

This was a grease disaster, the pizza literally fell apart as I picked it up. Horrible service, staff was rude. Would never come back here. Worst pizza ever.

Hello everyone and we are back and we even have a new guest who goes by the name of tragic. It was a nice day until I got 3rd degree burns all over my body at the beach, so we figured to go to a bar and grill to cool off and watch St John's make me lose money. We were seated almost immediately to where we met with a beast of a waiter. His name was Ricky and you could tell he knows for sure what he's doing. With his funny jokes and quick responses he more felt like a homie than our waiter. I was feeling different so I ordered a shrimp platter and had a quesadilla app (which the ogre took part of from me). She's so fat too it's actually crazy, I mean it's all "food food food" with this girl. Anyways everyone got boneless wings and again I got something different.. I'm a leader not a follower. Side note if you were wondering why Doctor B and his wife weren't together he decided instead of hanging out, he had a rugby tournament??? So anyways onto the reviews Wife: "They left my lips with a tingy feeling, but it was more than good" Ogre: "I liked the coleslaw" Tragic: "Wood" My good buddy bezos: actually unfortunately I can't say what he said on here because it isn't pg Me: Sure I mean bar food nice people, food was probably all frozen but it was a good time and great people. Nice job Ricky, thanks for being dope

First time here. I'm not really a "regular" at any liquor store, but there are two other shops I…read morego to when stocking up the bar. The folks in these stores smile and greet you when you walk in. Ask if they can help you find things. Guide you to the correct register when you're ready to check out. And say "Thank you! Have a great day!" as they make sure you've got your box or bags all together and hooked around your hands to carry out to your car. I happened to be near this store one morning and decided it was convenient enough to drop in. The first thing I noticed was the lack of sales and specials. I won't pretend I did anything like a comprehensive price comparison, but I can "spot check" a couple of prices that happened to be fresh on my mind. One thing I got the previous week at another store was a BOGO bourbon for $30. So basically $15 a bottle. Fantastic price. But here, their normal price was $35. That immediately made me worry that I was paying an extra $5 or more for each item, so I really limited myself to just the necessities, instead of a shopping spree to try out a few new brands or bottlings. The shelves took a while to figure out. They had "American Whiskey" separate from "Bourbon," which threw me off for a while. And I think some of the sections wrap around to the other side of the shelves, without the area being labeled. So it's easy to miss things when hunting around. Then finally, checking out was an experience. They had two people working there on a slow morning. One was focused on the drive through. The other was stocking something, so did nothing to direct me to the right register. I just strolled back and forth trying to figure out where to put my things. Then the card reader on that register seemed broken. Just blank. So I didn't swipe like she expected. Just an awkward silence. So I asked, "what next?" so she would wake up and realize something was off. She hit a few keys on the register. Mumbled something about trying again. But it was still blank and I'm not about to swipe at a terminal with no idea how much I'm swiping for. Then I guess she sent the transaction to another register and mumbled something else to let me know. So I strolled back and forth trying to figure out which card terminal was prompting me for my card. I swiped two registers over, finally closing out the process, and she was still standing there at the first register with my 2 bottles and bags expecting me to walk back and retrieve them. No "sorry about that" or "here, let me hand these to you," or "thanks, have a great day!" Maybe a petty thing to point out. But overall, with my concern about prices, finding things, bad communication, and sleepy customer service, there's truly no reason why I'd ever pass a dozen other liquor stores to get to this one again. I'd rather go to the ones where people yell "Norm!" when I walk in, and make me feel special.

This…read morehas been my favorite restaurant of 2026 so far from the quality ingredients making up the food to the superb service offered by the staff. I got here as they opened on Sunday, and it got packed relatively quickly. I'd recommend having a reservation if you're planning to visit during busier timeframes like this. I was seated promptly by attentive staff, and quickly had both food and drink menus to begin ordering. I was looking for something tasty without being too heavy, and settled on the Little Hans Vienna Lager along with the 8 oz steak burger and fries. The beer had amazing flavor similar to Devil's Backbone Vienna Lager with a good, crisp finish. The burger meal, described with "Tillamook cheddar cheese, caramelized onion & bacon jam, beef fat aioli, grilled potato roll, truffle fries", was arguablely the best burger and fries I've ever had in my life. Everything tasted fresh, and the flavor of the wood-fired grill certainly complemented the meat. The house-made pickles were a great touch to add another layer of complexity to the burger. I could tell the fries were fresh cut and never frozen. The truffle oil made these even more amazing. The manager offered and brought a special sauce to try that they normally serve with their chicken chicken sandwich that was superbly tasty and tangy. More than impressed with my entree, I elected to try a desert and was recommended the S'mores pie by my waitress. The deliciously buttery crust was my favorite part of the ensemble and blended well with the savory chocolate filling topped with a toasted marshmallow. While a bit pricey for lunch compared to most places, I was more than satisfied with the offerings provided here and would love to visit Ember and Iron again. Give my number one choice of 2026 thus far some love!
