I found Joe randomly and he helped build a music server system for me including the archiving of many thousands of ripped CDs. Sadly he inadvertently created duplicate databases which means I have multiple copies in different locations of my digital musical library. I bought multiple desktop computers from him and he charged me several thousand of dollars in services over several years. He is not incompetent, just persnickety and officious to work with. His calendar is not easy and I always had the impression I was low as a priority. Most egregiously, once I decided to sever my relationship and not pay the next year's service renewal, $700+, he threatened me with collection (ongoing) and remotely disabled my music system. so now all his work is useless to me. This vicious and petty act was far beyond my imagination. I could never recommend him to anyone looking for flexible IT support from a nice guy. He's not a nice guy. He's got the soul and heart of a bureaucrat. Actually the people at the AZ DMV are more accommodating. read more

I almost fell for this scam they contacted me by email saying my subscription is about to expire the next day I should call them and let them know if I want to cancel a renewal if not they will automatically bill me for continued support. I called their number and spoke to an operator and informed him that I wish to not renew the operator instructed me to go to a website and download software that would except his cancellation number. We have had us tech support for years. I made a change from a three computer subsciption to a one subscription and they double charged me in the month i made the change. Then they proceeded to continue charging the wrong amount. Waited over 1hour to talk with a rep in another country not the US as they claim. Finally got a call back and explained the situation. The person who was very hard understand credited me back the wrong charge for the larger plan but said that the double charge in dec was valid as I agreed to make the change and agreed to the second charge. Why would I agree to be double charged? When I asked to speak with a supervisor they said they were unavailable when I questioned further as they said that they had just spoken with a supervisior they stated they were able to answer questions not to speak with anyone. HMMMM!!!! does a supervisor even exist? When asked for a call center in the US they stated that this company does not have such a call center in the US. Deception maybe as they say US based. We will be looking for another computer tech group I do not appreciate their practices. Others may have a good review of these guys and yes when you talk to the actual techs who say they are in the US and are easy to understand they do a good job, billing and customer service are another story all together. read more

In a short amount of time, he was able to clean my computer and get the hard drive functioning properly.
