I would only be on the computer 45 minutes or so before turning the display off to let it cool down. My computer is 17 years old and I put off replacing the fan as long as I could. I called on Wednesday before noon and they picked it up that afternoon. By Friday I had my computer back and it's like it's new again. It has made a world of difference. He called back very soon and, at no charge, Facetimed to see how the computer was running. (He could have diagnosed through remote access but the computer was too slow for that). Mr. Barton figured out the crux of the problem at lightening speed. He explained that the problem wasn't something worth paying for repair. Not only did his honesty not earn him any money, but he gladly recommend some excellent laptops and even sent us the links on Amazon! By the way, we have taken that laptop previously to two local repair shops. We were totally ripped off at the first one and the second one installed upgraded parts but had no solution for the speed problem. So you can imagine how thrilled I am to have found RELIABILIT - IT Services & Computer Repair on Yelp!

The advisors were technically at their peak in diagnosing and solving at least twenty different problems I was having with my Apple products. Yesterday my advisor resolved major and minor issues for two computers as well as my iPhone and Apple Watch. Each session took less than an hour and resolved every concern I had. Saving Time and Money: I learned that my Apple Watch was sufficiently old that it could not accomplish several new functions - this saved me from rummaging around online looking for how to make the 8 year old watch do something it was not designed to do. The tech was able to show me a range of products that would meet my need, together with their pricing and availability. Concierge Service: The business model of charging a monthly fee is a brilliant construct. As an elderly computer user I find myself needing a competent consultant frequently. MCW functions as a concierge service - their format allows me to stay abreast of emerging hardware and software upgrades. AI: I also was able to pose questions on how to optimize my use of AI. The tech had me describe my range of goals and then used layman's language to explain how I could select a program and use it effectively.
