During the first heat wave to hit Boston my site was loading at a extremely slow speed of 28 seconds per page! Unfortunately I was the one to notice the slow speeds, not Rocket Media the company I paid to host my site. After a few agonizing days of zero response I removed Rocket Media from hosting and Controlling my site. Responses from the Owner telling me that I was a " Web Developer" were uncalled for and unnecessary. It showed me that customer service and the mind set of the owner to provide a great customer service were non existent. After a few more agonizing days of unnecessary delays in moving my site, Rocket Media finally moved it. I will close on my experience- I will say that when I informed Rocket Media that the page loads were in excess of 28 seconds per page. Rocket Media moved the site from one host to another. The Cloud host from where the site was moved had zero reported issues. Yet I was charged to move the site! Pretty funny how I can spend $750 dollars per month in hosting my site and then be billed because it's not working correctly! I know when I am being jerked around! I should have followed my gut insticnts years ago. Being held hostage by a developer is not fun! Just my experience.

We pride ourselves on providing the best customer service experience. To stay on top, we have developed dozens of websites through the years, always utilizing highly-recommended themed solutions by top-rated companies. In every case, the software could not do exactly what we needed it to do and customer service has always been lacking. Today that is no longer the case. BX3 took the time needed to move our entire website over into a much more modern and seemless website. They made numerous recommendations, always agreeing to do whatever we needed. I quickly realized that I needed to go with virtually every one of their recommendations. Our website now looks and functions great. There are always issues with any new store but in this case, those typical developmental issues were dealt with in real time by people who always operated as our advocates. Now, after 25 years of continual frustration I can focus on content and improvement of our web presence and I know I have Brian with BX3 available should I run into any issues whatsoever. BX3 gets my highest recommendation for providing incredible service at an affordable price and operating more as a business partner than a contractor. I am so glad I found these guys!

He charged for a core feature on our website that him and his team developed. It didn't work for over a year. He then tried to bill us to fix it. The website had 404 errors way before he changed servers and then sent a bill to fix it, but he blamed it on the new server. He also illegally got into our customer database, on the server, and retrieved one of our admin log in credentials and then used those log in credentials to make himself another admin account after we terminated his services. To this day he refuses to give us our backups of the website or ftp log in credentials so we can migrate the site to another host after we spent upwards of 150k with him. I would steer clear of this company because they charge to fix issues that should have worked from the get go and break in to the backside of your website after their services were terminated.
