This place was super clean, very friendly, great service, amazing selection of colors, and they have nail techs that can do some serious artistry. I had to give some feedback on my nail shape and I am deducting a star because instead of being smooth, my SNS is a bit lumpy. This place is under new ownership it seems. One of the worst pedicures I've ever gotten from a girl who half assed every single step. Not friendly, but they do have favorites. Dude tried to charge me $10 for gel soak off, but then used the machine to file off the gel and then repeatedly cut my skin with it. No soaking. Cut/scratches painful. Will not be back. read more

The place is new and looks clean. They measured a temperature once I came in. However, they did not follow the same procedure when next customer came in. Shape of my nails was altered without my consent. And each of my nails had its unique shape after manicure. One of my fingers was cut, but this was disregarded. No antiseptic was applied. After massage I was asked to wash my hands again. As a result I had super dry hands after manicure so I had to apply hand cream asap once I got home. read more

This was the worst and usually I would have gotten up, and left, but I was with a friend. The lady who did my toes and nails you are impatient , rude, and all around horrible. I picked out color and then halfway into her yanking my feet she gets up to pick out my color. In the beginning she told me the silver top nail polish cost two dollars extra because it stays on and it's shinier. Fine I dealt with that but then she gets up and picks out my nail polish. She comes back with a pink that's flat and says it will look good on my nails. So when she starts to put it on because I was worried about the lines since it was a flat Pepto-Bismol pink and I said that to her I still let her put it on my feet. She acted like she didn't notice and of course we all have ridges in our nails so why would you pick out a color that you know it's going to do that. I pointed out to her how it looked and she acted like she didn't even notice. Then she started to yank my hands and get rough she was sloppy and unprofessional. I wanted to change the color but at that point I didn't think she would've done a better job. When we first got there it was just me and my friend. I told her that I had just cut my toenails a couple of days before and she still scrub them in the beds I don't know what the point was in my pedicure or my manicure which both were horrible. Now I have to remove the nail polish on my hands because it looks horrible. Then a whole day later I get the nails chipping and smashing so I'm not sure what so pretty and bright about the extra two dollar nail polish. She scrubbed my feet with a small scrubber and put some scrub on my feet which was painful because she was so rough. She said it was the $38 pedi for $28 well I got feel like it was the at home pedi, but then again I could do a better job. I tipped her $10's because before I could ask for change she snatched it out of my hand and put it in her caboodle. I was also afraid she would yank on my limbs and pull one off she was so rough. I spent $44 for crap and so don't go to this place. My friend has already removed her nail polish and that's what I am about to do. Lessened learned! read more

I came on a Tuesday afternoon, my first pedicure since Covid. I was pleasantly surprised and lucky to find the place empty. They just opened not too long ago, and there were two technicians out for licensing and they were shortstaffed. Luckily, Chris was able to to my pedicure. This place is brand new, so everything is still sparkling clean and I was grateful to find plexiglass between every chair in between me and the technician. Granted, there was only one other person getting her nails done, I was happy it was empty and I felt very safe. The basic spa pedicure is $28, And they have 15% off right now because of their grand opening. read more

I had a terrible experience here at this salon I brought my two granddaughters in for a pedicure and gel polish and manicure. They were so disappointed The gel started peeling in three days I just got back in town four days after they had their nails done for their first day back to school. I have also sent my daughter and she wasn't happy with her pedicure. I spent over 100.00 with the tip for my 10 year old and 7 year old. They have had gel before and never had a problem and they lasted for two weeks The same lady did a polish change on me and was a sloppy job and they blamed it on the nail polish. I called today the manager told me she would not refund my money and refused to give me the owners name. She said I should bring them back well now they are busy with school as well as other activities. The girls also said they would never go back this is from a ten year old and seven year old! My third visit, this time under their new name " Your Nail Bar" and made my apt for mani/pedi again with Mary because she is really excellent. She even reccomended a new " spring" color for me- a beautiful coral. Once again Mary did a beautiful job. She is also as nice and personable as she is talented! The salon is spotlessly clean. I saw this nail salon and decided to give them a try since I live close. I'm super disappointed given their prices. Went in for a pedicure because the sole of my feet was really rough, selected the #2 package which costs $38. The guy who worked on my feet scrubbed it with a blue scrubber. When the pedicure was done, I rubbed underneath my feet and was able to scratch off more dead skin. So much for getting a pedicure. I'll stick to my regular nail salon though its a longer drive, I'll get my money's worth. read more
