WARNING: UNSANITARY Tech brought me a container of acetone to soak off my polish but the acetone in the container was dirty and used with bits of someone else's old nail polish. When I asked for a clean one they lied and said they put cuticle tea in it. When I asked them to show me the cuticle tea and put it in the clean acetone so I can see if it looks like old polish they couldn't recreate it. They instead brought pedicure soap flowers. I call to make an appointment the day after and when I showed up, they did not have me down. My daughter and I had to wait over 30 minutes to get set and my nail polish was not applied evenly. Went in for a simple polish change and the lady did a very poor job. She filed my nails and did an okay job, I had to ask her to fix some things. After she finished polishing I tried to tell her there is a bump right where the cuticle meets the big toe and she didn't understand, which is okay, but she then started talking in her language about me to all the surrounding technicians. She asked one from across the salon to ask me what I wanted and this was so inappropriate considering there were many people in the salon. All in all, it was my second time here and my second bad experience here. I would not recommend spending money here as there are many salons that actually have staff that are nice and don't laugh at you in a different language in a salon full of people for something they did wrong. Would like to give this place zero stars. This place is the worst. Had a 1 o'clock appointment. No services were were provided until 1:40 -- practically ignored for 40 mins. This place is not clean, sloppy work, overpriced for the services they provided. I got a SNS manicure and a gel pedicure which was sub par. my mother got a regular polish pedicure. We left after 2 hours - my mother wore out the flip flops they provided and waited almost an hour before putting in her own sandals-at this time the polish completely wiped off her toe (one smudge is annoying but we will live) almost 5 hours later the polish was not dry and could be wiped off her toes. Called the shop and they said it takes four hours for OPI polish to dry. This is not true if it was nobody has time to do their nails and let them dry properly. Kindly asked for a refund and the owner was rude and denied that they made any mistake with application or that the polish they provided could be expired or defective. I will never go to this location again. I would happily pay 5x what I paid here for kind service and skilled work. I do not recommend. Go anywhere else but here. read more

Waited 40 minutes for an appointment that had been scheduled. The nail tech opened her case and all these tools fell out. i immediately felt that this was off, as where I have gone before has their tools in packages. The water for my pedicure was way too hot and no one adjusted or came back to check on me-I did not put my feet in for quite a while. The tech gave me a menu and I selected the choice I wanted. She didn't understand me and the lady next to her had to tell her what I wanted. I was to have "callus care" done and she only did one heel. The massage was good. she painted my nails and tried to put my sandals on. I asked for the little slippers and waited on my daughter. Wore the slippers out and waited over 1.5 hours to put on my sandals. the polish came off right away. I could rub it off with my finger. Could not go back to have them fix it. After 5 hours, I could still wipe the rest of it off. I don't know exactly what went wrong here-but it was definitely not me putting shoes on too early. I asked for my money back and was denied. If it had been my fault I would not have asked. Too many things were unsatisfactory to ever go back to this place. read more

I went here Sunday to get a pedicure. I have visited this location before YEARS ago when I first moved to GA. They have made some basic upgrades to their interior and it looks great. I really like that they line their pedicure tubs with a plastic bag and throw it away after each customer. They have always done this which is why I stopped in again for service. The tech I had did a great job and was very polite. The wait was minimal and price excellent at $26 for a sugar scrub added to the "basic" service. I will definitely go back here again! I had gotten an SNS manicure somewhere else 2 days prior otherwise I would have gotten one here on my visit. read more

This place is cheap, very cheap, especially for the area it is located in. I went in first to get a manicure. Great attention to detail and also very friendly so I came back a second time for a pedicure. 10 minute massage on my legs and feet followed by a hot stone massage... I felt like a princess. By far the best pedi I have ever had ever. I so wish that I lived here because this place would be a regular stop for me. I love getting pampered. The first time I was here there were about 5 mothers with their daughters doing a mother daughter day. So adorable. Be sure to bring cash for the tip since you can't leave a tip on the credit card. read more

I went here for the first time today and didn't really enjoy the experience. The customer service was not the best. I sat at the spa chair for at least 10 minutes after being seated before anyone came to start my pedicure. The pedicure that the gentleman provided was not good at all!!! I could have gotten my kid to perform such pedicure however I chose to go to the professionals and treat myself. I requested for the Deluxe Spa Pedicure and it was a complete waste of money. The calluse scrub was mediocre and the stones that were suppose to be hot were room temperature. The only positive thing from this experience was that they line the foot tub with a bag for sanitation reasons. If you are looking for a new spa and you are in the area, I would say try almost anything once. But I would also suggest that you continue to look for a place that you are happy to spend your money at. read more

One of the things that most impressed me about Luxury Nails is their efficiency. You walk in, you pick your polish, and they immediately get you to the first available station. This place was hopping, but they kept everyone moving in an easy going way that meant you were served without a wait. I opted for the deluxe pedicure ($26) so that I could get a 10 minute massage (in addition to the chair massager). Definitely worth the extra $5. The massage was thorough and deep. The attention to my nails was great, particularly in terms of prevention of in-grown nails. Maybe I was distracted by finally getting to see one of my friends, but the scrub was thorough without being abrasive. The color selection was decent - mostly pinks and reds with some of the blues, greens, etc thrown in. Most was OPI, some China Glaze, not so much essie. They also do gel polish, since I saw signs for it at the manicure stations. They do your manicure in your massage chair if you're getting a pedicure. read more
