I didn't have an appointment, but was seated promptly. The salon was neat and clean. The staff were all pleasant to me. I got a gel pedicure which was done very well. No problem with the quality of the work, whatsoever. My only problem was that nobody tells you how much money will be added to the pedicure price. I realize gel would've been more, but the pedicure was $30 and the gel polish brought it up to almost $50. I was shocked, but figured it was my fault for not clarifying before the service was rendered. Next time, I won't get gel polish, and I'll get the absolute basic pedicure. read more

I just had my first pedicure here and I loved it! The place is very clean and the technician was very polite. I also love that they use hot stones if you get the super deluxe pedicure :) and they didn't try to use scraper on my heels which is not only discusting but also unhealthy! Note! I've been here twice, I sometimes like to give a place a 2nd chance and regretfully I did so. Each time I went I've gotten both pedicures and manicures. The pedicure comes out pretty decent, in fact this second time I went it was better than the first, but what happens is the girl who's doing my manicure is in such a rush, she does a crappy job. The first time I went my manicurist left me with red cuticles, she was very rough and trimmed too much, and my polish... chipped in 3 days. Cheap products or thinned out OPI? This second time I tried the new Shellac gel polishes -which they charge a hefty premium for - and sadly it didn't come out all too well. First off they did the Shellac application before my actual manicure? Really? If this is the actual process - it is ridiculous because this left me with gaps between my trimmed up cuticles and my polish. Second, the application of the Shellac was sloppy - leaving me with hard clumps on the tips of a few nails..it looks bulky and messy. I won't be back. read more

I went and had my nails done yesterday and had a fill and gel polish done. They did a horrible job on the gel polish. All the tips of my nails look horrible. I asked for them to fix it and they were very rude. I do not suggest going here. read more

This was not a good experience. I had a special occasion and needed my mani/pedi to match colors. It didn't. They tried to correct it by putting another color over it, because they didn't want to re-do them. This caused the polish to be too thick to dry and after 3 hours, they were still gummy. I went back So that they could fix it and they told me that they were too busy and Asked if I could wait. I told them I had already spent 2 and a 1/2 hours there earlier in the day and was in a hurry. They finally got to me after about 25 minutes and told me they couldn't make a perfect match. I told them it would have been nice if they had told me that initially and I would have chosen a nail color that we could match. They decided to mix 2 colors and I told them it was acceptable because I really didn't have any more time. It was close enough but still not a match. It wouldn't have been so important if I had not told them from the beginning that it was for a very special occasion and had to look great. She was actually even going to use different colors on one toe and leave all the other toes that didn't appear to be messed up instead of fixing all of them the same color. It was ridiculous. Then one of the other customers sitting next to me made a snide comment and I felt targeted for simply asking that my toes and nails match and look nice for a special occasion. They couldn't pay me to do my nails again. I went a long time ago and had a bad experience and I should have known better than to go back. Too many nail salons out there to take this kind of nonsense. read more

I use to go to this nail salon when i lived in Georgia. A co-worker recommended Linda after i asked --her nails looked so good all the time. Great service and left happy every time. Linda always did an awesome job on my nails /eyebrow (Fill-in), Dee was the best on pedicures. I highly recommend this place. read more

I used to come here years ago because at that time there was one nail tech that I trusted to do my nails correctly. After she left and no one would tell me where she had gone I was left to deal with the other nail techs. I was not happy and had not returned for like 7-8 years. Then one day I come back, I get my nails done and 3 days later, 3 of my nails cracked in the middle. I was horrified. Never has this ever happened. I was afraid of scratching myself fear that another nail would break. I went back to them and they tried to charge me to redue my nails as if it was my fault! I told them no way! Then they tried to sit me with the same technician that did my nails in the first place that caused my nails to crack and I'm like- uh no- obviously she doesn't know what she was doing- and why would I allow her to do my nails again. They then told me that there was no one there that does fill in or repairs nails other than her so if I wanted somebody else, I would have to come back.. Lol.. This is a nail place but no one does nails there other than the "f' up." Uh.. I live in Dallas- I only drive back to East Cobb because they did my nails and they wanted me to come back? That was my last straw - I stated I would never go back! I went to Lush Nails around the corner and they took me right away! I told them what happened and they charged me 3.00 for 3 nails and asked me to come back! Will do! read more

This is my second time here at this salon in six years. I stopped in and wanted to try the SNS color. My nail tech seemed very rushed and didn't allow the time of 2-3 mins to get situated before he began. Then he did not include the manicure - WHICH apparently is just included when you get the SNS. At check out the tech told me 35 dollars.... Ummmm 35 for what ????? For the color???? That doesn't make much sense to me when the gel polish with a manicure is 25-28 (something like that). So I ask, "it's 35 dollars for the polish with no manicure? How much would it cost if you had included the manicure like I asked". He said he would do 30 since he didn't do the manicure - and then runs my card for 35. In order to void my payment and rerun my card for the 30 the owner or manager needed to be involved, as my tech didn't know how to (understandable) however the woman had to make a call to fix the problem and told me its 35 dollars which includes the manicure no mater what...... SO, if that's the case the guy should have done it!!! Ugh it's included!!!! This women did not even offer to take anything else off my total (which I felt she should) I will not be going back But if you go, make sure you are aware of what is included and not included in the price before you sit down Bc other wise they will rip you off somehow read more

I was so disappointed in my pedicure and manicure! First the nail polish station is a mess and some if the colors seem old. I went with 3 friends and of the 3 of us only one had a good pedicure. All the manicures were terrible. The tech seemed disinterested and kept walking away. Two of our pedicures were rushed and Polish was globbed on with no clean up. And my biggest pet peace is rough heels at the end. All of us still had rough heels. It's just frustrating when you only get a pedicure monthly to waste it on a bad one. read more

I LOVE this place! I have been going to the owner, Lynn, for almost 20 years! My nails always look fantastic. I get asked all the time where I get my nails done and I'm happy to tell them, "it's the place on the side of Target, Luxury Nails"! Best manicures and pedicures in town. They do every kind of nails and polishes, waxing, tanning and fantastic pedicures with hot stones. And their prices are so reasonable. Excellent for gift certificates too. And also for men! I love Rosie for my pedicure but they are all so nice, talented, patient, CLEAN, and friendly. Highly recommend! read more

Mixed feelings about this one! The end result looks decent but the process left me wondering if it was worth the money. This was my first time here and decided to get the basic manicure and pedicure with gel polish. They quickly accommodated me though I was sitting on the chair dipping my feet for almost 15 minutes before a nail artist attended me. I couldn't understand what she was saying to me. She couldn't understand what I was saying to her. So her colleague became our translator. It was a rushed process. In the basic pedicure, they didn't scrub the feet. The massage lasted for 54 seconds. They rush you to choose the colour. Once I chose they disapproved saying it's too light! I bargained, keeping the light colour for my hands and choosing a darker one for my feet. They will try and sell you services. My manicure and pedicure was done simultaneously which was great from a time saving perspective but absurd from a relaxation point of view. The tips are to be paid in cash. I might return for just the change of gel polish but probably won't take their services. read more

I have been a regular customer at luxury nail salon for 3 years while living in East Cobb. I had a fabulous regular manicurist whom I'm bummed to not be able to return to. But after my experience last week, I won't return. My regular girl was off, but I needed to get in. The girl that did the job was fine- but at the end of the manicure she decided to trim loose skin with a cuticle trimmer and she clipped the end of my middle finger. It was deep enough that it bled and hurt a lot. I asked her for some disinfectant and she told me she would get it after she finished and I washed my hands. I asked again. She repeated. Ultimately after I had to ask 3 times and I told her we were done and I needed the disinfectant NOW she finally got it. This is NOT the reason I won't return. I chalked it up to a language barrier. When I went to check out and pay, I told the manager who I know speaks perfect English that the woman clipped my skin and asked her for a band aid and polysporin if she had a first aid kit. She said "I have something better for you" and she came back with what looked like a nail polish bottle and she told me it was "nu skin." When I told her I was not going to let that bottle's brush touch my open wound and it wasn't sanitary, she told me I was "too nervous and it's getting boring" for her. She rolled her eyes and stomped off muttering something under her breath. I will have to find another nail salon. My normal girl was great, but I cannot return to an unsanitary salon run by a rude woman. read more

Terrible experience. First off I waited for 45 mins after being told 10. Then when I got up to try and leave the salon, they seated me and then I waited another 15 mins for service with a cool lukewarm basin of water. The nail tech starting pumicing my foot and I told her it was too rough, she continued to pumice and she broke my skin and I started to bleed. Not a lot of blood but I have never had that happen before. It was/is painful and I hope I don't end up with any kind of infection because it happened early on. I'm also looking around and there is crap everywhere, so disorganized, the walls are patched with white clay paint everywhere, and I overheard from other patrons that some of the massage chairs did not work properly. Would not come back and would no recommend this salon until they had a major turnaround. read more

I've come here often, in the past. There was one employee I liked, because she did my nails the exact way I wanted them very three weeks for a year. When she stopped working I got my nails done once and I they were far too round for what I asked, and many were uneven. I no longer get my nails done there. read more

I have found my favorite nail place! I primarily get pedicures for the relaxation and not aesthetics. They will promptly take you for your service and you never wait very long when they are busy. Not impressed. They were busy and you could tell they rushed everything. The pedicure was fine not overly wonderful but your average pedicure. The manicure was awful. All I wanted was French tips done. Simple right? First the lady cut my nails to short and uneven. Didn't even bother to file them down so they had jagged edges and then she cut my finger! Didn't even apologize or anything just went on. Then she finished her horribly rushed manicure by giving me uneven bubbly tips and not even bothering to coat my whole nail with the clear polish. Did she look at her work after? No Did she ask if I approved? No She just went on to the next client. Funny though I later found out this lady OWNS the salon. If she does such a horrible job what's the expectation for her staff? Try somewhere else this place is awful. read more

where to start. My best friend and I came into this salon to get SNS and acrylics. The owner was very persistently trying to get my friend to do SNS instead of acrylics but she didn't want to and it seemed to make the owner mad. From then on my friend was treated with hostility and her nails looked like a toddler did them with their left hand. there was nail polish all over her fingers, parts of the actual nails were missing paint, they were crooked and uneven, just a total disaster. My friend decided to get a massage while her nails dried so I paid hers and my tabs. I still gave the owner and the woman who did my nails over a 20% and then went to the car to wait. When my friend got to my car she told me that the owner said to her "this is not 20%, if you want to leave 20% you need to give me another dollar" so my friend now feeling extremely uncomfortable gave her another dollar and left. The original tip was $7 on $32 which is over 20%. I just am slightly appalled by how the owner interacts with customers and my friend and I will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. Be wary of this place, they don't seem to have the right intentions in mind when it comes to serving and interacting with their customers. read more

It seems this salon only treats the repeating clients they know better than clients that are new to the salon. After waiting for 15 min when told 5, they finally took my daughter back but left me waiting, and waiting and waiting. I decided not to have my nails done here. However, about 5-7 min after starting my daughters feet, the lady just stopped to repolish another clients toes that she messed up earlier in the day. I'm sorry, but that is RUDE! All customers should be treated well and that other lady should have had to wait just like we did. Sorry, but this salon won't be getting my business or my friends. There are to many competitors out there for Luxury Nails to treat customers like crap!!! read more
