I met with Abbie and she was soo unbelievably kind, helpful and patient with me. She spent so much time reviewing options and pointed out that there were natural stones that were at a similar price point. (At the end of our meeting, she said "I know you're going to get a natural stone!") She gave me some stone yards to go look and she was right - I fell in love with a stone and it is my favorite part of my entire remodel. I can seriously look at it for hours. Once I picked the stone, Amanda scheduled an appointment to determine the layout of the slabs. She knocked it out of the park! I can't believe how beautifully they fit together. She also said I had quite a bit of stone left and suggested that I use it on another vanity. So glad she did because I love my stone and it made the prefab vanity look way better! When the cabinets were in, Chad came to do the measurements to begin fabrication. They stick to their schedules and I appreciate it so much! Install went great and I am so happy with the final product. Key Points: 1.) Great people that you are happy to give your business to. 2.) Transparent pricing. It was also lower than the other quotes I got. 3.) BLG also had a great selection of remnants at a great price. I got a beautiful marble for my primary bath that I also love! They had so many options! 4.) Their communication is prompt and top notch. 5.) Their ability to determine lay-outs, book match and deliver! 6.) JL assured me that their experienced installers could remove my granite without any damage to my backsplash. But not only that, their price was the best of all four well known Austin companies. In fact, since I was getting Taj Reale from Stratus I saw that several companies marked up the price for the same slab that they all were getting from the same slab yard. We used Dela Tile originally to buy a large island countertop. We were going to use Home Depot and…read morethe pricing, quality and service were great. So we decided to use them to retile our floors and bathrooms. Within 2 years, the tiles started popping off and we even had to re-do the fixes they made. The drain in the shower was off-center. The bench they installed is breaking apart, letting water inside. Now I see they that when they installed the tile in the bathroom, they just installed around the toilet in the visible parts and did not add support underneath. The rule is that you can buy high-quality products from Dela Tile, but their installers (countertops excluded), are careless and don't do a good job.
