They must be under new management because everyone looks new and their quality has suffered for it. I came in for a simple design; marble nails with an orange color rather than black. They attempted the marble nails 4 times but it looked like globs smeared together each time. Do you know they had the audacity to say it was the color I chose, not their lack of skill, that made the design look so bad. I should have gotten up and left at that point. I decided with a very easy and simple design and they still f cked it up. Never again. Never. Again. Note: Turn on your Google translator to see what they say... They shouldn't have a shop in a black neighborhood..

Today a lady walked-in 15 mins before they closed & wanted a full set of nails & a pedi. She lost it when they told her sorry but come back tomorrow. She tried making a scene & got silent treatment. She left but started taking pictures & yammering about being refused service before. Really the reason for me writing this review is because of the way this disheveled woman behaved in front of my daughters & my neighbor's daughter & friend. This place is a business you should frequent, but make an appointment or not but don't be pissed if you get turned away. 6 stars!

Ruby performed the pedicure exactly as it should be. I have zero complaints about my service. She was very thorough and gentle at the same time. I've been doing a home pedicures a for quite some time and had a few ingrowns I couldn't get out myself. I am very satisfied with my service, polish application, complimentary drink and chair massage. My only suggestion would be: the cleaning lady shouldn't use "used/dirty" towels to wipe down floors & pedicure bowls. I wasn't there to witness if she cleaned with disinfect spray after, but dead skin & toe jam lined towels should go straight to washing room. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars.

Upon entry, I was greeted and they had immediate availability. I was so excited that I wouldn't have to wait to be serviced. The salon is cute, cozy, beautifully decorated, and definitely provided a relaxing atmosphere. I give them a star for the ambiance and also a star for being seen so quickly. The pedicure itself was mid. I am worried about the condition of my toenails once I get my next pedicure. I felt like he used like a nail cutting tool or something to scrape the the toe nail bed on my big toes (I didn't watch the entire time so idk if he did every nail). I requested the gel color DD131 (it was the Princesss Jasmine color). He came back with a color that was lighter, but I couldn't see the color number on it. He asked if the color was okay and I told him it was because I chose the Princess Jasmine color to step out of my comfort zone. I figure I would give it a try. The first coat was pretty sheer. Based off that, I knew he would do three coats. He did not. He only did two coats. My big toe chipped 3 days later. Idk if the gel is old of it was because he only did 2 coats (the more coats, the stronger). Very disappointed that I will have to walk around with a chipped toe until my next appointment. I do not live in Brandywine, so I did not reach out to have it fixed. When I got home, I took a closer look and just saw how this was not a neat job at all. Definitely not returning. Also - idk my nail tech's name but he was a man.

5 Stars - Diamond Nail Salon & Spa…read more I absolutely LOVE this place. I've been to several nail salons since moving to Maryland, and Diamond Nail Salon & Spa is by far the best. The quality of work here is consistently excellent, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend! Danny is my go-to tech -- he's amazing and always delivers flawless results. He was out during my recent visit, so Mike (who I believe is the owner and manager) took care of me instead, and he was wonderful. Kind, professional, and clearly experienced -- I felt totally at ease in his hands. I also had a spa pedicure with Julie, and she did a fantastic job. She took her time, paid attention to detail, and made sure I felt relaxed and cared for. My feet have never felt better! Appointments are easy to make, and while you might wait a few minutes, they always honor your time and never rush the process. I truly appreciate the balance between efficiency and attention to detail. Clean. Friendly. High quality. This is my forever nail spot! Nails: 10/10 Pedicure: 10/10 Experience: 11/10 Thank you Danny, Mike & Julie! You've got a loyal customer for life!
