Tina was absolutely amazing!! Nails looking like a million bucks. She was super helpful and a great conversationalist!!

The place is very nice when you walk in. I was immediately greeted and seated. I came in for a fill. The nail tech was very nice, however I noticed when he was doing the fill, the acrylic was pressed on really thick at the base and not evenly applied. I didn't say anything because I've been to different salons and they all work differently. However, after he finished filing and shaping them I noticed big problems and brought it to his attention. He didn't seem to think there was a problem and said I wouldn't notice once the gel was applied. He buffed and filed a bit more then started applying the get polish. After the second coat I told him to stop, I was going to have to get them redone. I showed him the mess and he offered no resolution, so I paid and left. read more

I do pedicures here and they do a good job and the place is clean and they have a good assortment of colors.

It is Mother's Day and I wanted to treat my mom to something nice for Mother's Day. This was her favorite place. I left in tears and will never return. We both got pedicures well the guy turned the water bowl on for my moms feet and left it on. It flooded the whole bowl and the floor. She had to yell for someone to help as it soaked her skirt regardless of the fact she had it tucked in and pulled up high enough. I got a pedicure and a fill the lady cut my finger with a tool twice. I will post pics. My mom got her eyebrows done and then the lady was done waxing her eyebrows she didn't say anything to my mom and got up and walked out of the room and turned the light off on my mom. She didn't even know the lady was done. The worst part is I go to pay. I am treating my mom for Mother's Day. I paid 50.00 on my gift card the rest on my credit card. They ran my credit card and the receipt didn't print so they go to run it again and I ask her not to run my card again as I have my credit card statement and it shows the remaining amount was in fact processed. She gets a man to come over I am assuming he is a manager. He tells me he is not going to be out 82.00 for a service since it said it was in processing status. I said don't you go the store everything you do is in processing status until it posts to your account. He just looked at me and said it's processing he's not going to be out money. The lady proceeds to get her personal cell phone on camera and holds it over my card to take a picture. I did lose it at that point. I just had some fraudulent activity on my personal bank account over the weekend and it made me upset someone would do that. It was all of my information. I said you are not taking a picture of my personal credit card with your cell phone. Are you fn serious. The guy was nasty and kept arguing. I dialed my credit card company and I explained what was happening. My credit card company told them the charge came out of my account and they would be paid. It didn't matter. The guy gets on the phone with his company I am assuming and he finds the record of my payment and they wave their hands and tell me it's okay. I am at this point crying and embarrassed as it was humiliating and having gone through fraud this weekend I felt violated when she was using her personal phone to attempt to take a pic of my credit card. They were also letting two women drink champagne and orange juice which I am sure is also against regulations as they are not licensed to house or serve alcohol. I will absolutely never ever return to this establishment and will forever voice my opinions about it. My nails also don't even look good. Not even filled correctly. read more

We are in town for a family event and treated 6 of the girls/ladies to various mani/pedi services. Local relatives had recommended since they had been there before. $235 plus tip and have to say the ladies were generally pleased with results. What I was not pleased with was the $472 in gas charged 3 hours after we left. This credit card had not been used for weeks. Either a thief or skimmer (or both) work there probably targeting out of towners. We've had this happen many times before over the years - same MO. Reported to our credit card fraud division, local authorities, BBB, FTC, MD AG office, etc. If we had paid in cash maybe 4 stars :). read more

All of the nail polish has clearly been diluted with acetone way too many times. The woman doing my pedicure was also in charge of answering the phones and helping people check out so she had to stop my pedicure at least 5 times. At some points she was literally just holding my toes while talking on the phone. I paid for the expensive pedicure but it wasn't worth it at all. read more

Salon is nice but the quality of services is the worst I've ever seen and the prices are also the highest I've seen. My daughter got a gel manicure and it peeled off 4 days later...this has never happened. I got a pedi mani and half of my toenail broke off two days later...this has never happened. Also it looked like I did it myself. They cannot do any sort of design other than a French tip and will not give you what you ask for. My daughter asked for one color and the lady told her that the color she picked was too light so she wouldn't do it. I asked for a rhinestone on my toe and was told no because I will have to wear shoes. Never going here again. Very disappointing. read more

I got a gel manicure here, and it was just ok. I ended up with a few little air bubbles in the gel, but it has held up pretty well. Like another poster said, the person who did my nails did not do the typical "manicure" things like oil and cut my cuticles until after the polish was on, which was weird and did not look as good afterwards. When cutting my cuticles the girl was pretty rough and ended up making two of my fingers bleed. The price was pretty standard, and if I didn't have any other option I would probably go back, but luckily there are several other nail salons very close by. I would definitely recommend trying the others before this one. read more

Eh, for the service you get it's pricey. I haven't been in two years but their new sister salon opened in the new shopping center and it just went down hill at US. At the sister salon, the employees can be rude to the customer at the drop of a pin....I just started to avoid going to these salons at all costs. You can find great service at comparable prices in other salons where they treat you with respect. read more

Just wanted to update that the shop is under new management. Differences I've noticed include that they offer you a drink most of the time and they spend longer on pedicures. They have been friendlier to me, which is always a plus. All the better, they now accept tips on your credit card. Worth a visit if you've written it off in the past. read more

This is the absolute worst place for pedicures. They are in such a hurry, the manicurist actually cut me twice. They rush you through and could care less about you - all they see is getting done and collecting their money. This salon never has enough employees working. I truly had lopsided toe nails and polish everywhere. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!! There is a better one in Dunkirk - Top Nails -nice people and at least they act like they care about you. read more

Went today for a mani pedi and gel nails with my daughter. Pleasant experience , I had Tina who was very thorough and friendly. My daughter was getting Prom nails and didn't select a color she was happy with, and Theresa was quick to help her choose a more suitable color & change at no charge. I will concur with Laura G.'s review. I will also add that with the new gel nail polish, my nails look good and fresh for a longer period of time, with no chipping or breaking. i went for a full set a week and a half ago at us nails and am very dissapointed. i paid 50 dollars for a full set with gel. i asked for white get and recieved pink gel and when i asked the man to redo it he said okay but never re did it. the nails looked decent for a day or two, but then quickly began to chip around the edges and break off. i usually go to andy's nails and get my nails redone every 3-4 weeks and only have 1 or so nails chipped, but a week and a half in from us nails and every single nail is chipped. on top of that, they are not gentle with your nails. i went and got a full set there because andys was overbooked a few months ago, and left with 3 bleeding nails and was unable to recieve a discount. this past time, my nails were sore for 3 days and i have never been so dissapointed with a full set. read more
