I make my appointments in advance so I can be certain to get enough time for all my services in one day. The cost for services are very reasonable and the business is always clean regardless of how busy it may be.

The gentleman giving me my manicure gave me attitude saying my nails were going to look bad if I didn't get gel. Well I couldn't afford gel that day I only wanted regular paint. My nails came out thick and crooked and not to mention the French tips were painted on crooked and I had acrylic all over my cuticles. I said nothing because my nail tech seemed to have an attitude and was already annoyed I was declining any other upgrade. I had already gotten a pedicure and decided last minute for a manicure even to I was stretching my budget for the day. I left and felt ok with my nails. I just wanted to look somewhat nice at the beach. Two days later I went to the beach and after getting out of the water.... my nails MELTED. I kid you not THEY MELTED. I spent the rest of my vacation with sand and fuzz from my beach towel caked onto my nails. When I got home from the beach I just soaked them off. They were absolutely disgusting. While having my mani done, the staff decided to have a cleaning session. Not just wipe down, stock and sweep but clean out cabinets, throw away trash and vacuum the drawers. Now mind you the name of business includes "spa" which to me means tranquil, somewhat quiet and relaxing! there was nothing relaxing about this time. when I said something to who I believe is a partner/owner (and the one making most of the noise) all he said was "sorry"! no offer of discount or future comp session to make up for this. I originally made an appointment to come in for just a gel pedicure. Everything was going fine for most of my pedicure.
