Not only were the staff accommodating in taking us although we came in right as they were about to close, they also provided us with superior customer service and paid close attention to detail when doing our nails. RUDE - UNPROFESSIONAL - SCAMMERS - RACIST Worst experience. I walked in with my teen daughter and her best friend. We asked for basic acrylic overlay which was listed as $25 for a full set. After the man started working on my daughter he looked up and told me the credit card machine was broken and I needed to get cash. He told me that each girl was going to cost over $100 dollars a piece. I balked and pointed to the listed price. He was trying to add every service to the package. He explained that didn't include color. And that would cost an additional $15 totaling $40 a set. I agreed and went and got the cash. Throughout the tine we were there he kept trying to add bogus charges to the service and kept saying we couldn't find a cheaper place in town - his wife would laugh. Then out of no where some older gentleman walks in and the men speak. They started talking about a customer that was coming into the salon soon and how to act and speak with this person. Who should be in the salon who shouldn't. It was weird AF. My daughter's friend is Persian and they intentionally cut every finger as they worked on her and laughed when she winced. At the end the guy tried to charge me more than they originally agreed upon price. Fortunately we dealt in cash and I had the exact change. BTW - this is the only review I had ever written. I'm here for business and I break an acrylic nail up to the nail bed, I go into panic mode. I'm literally bleeding everywhere and in a ton of pain. I wait awhile assess the damage and head into this salon. They were beyond amazing. They handled the nail with care and efficiency. They removed it, then cleaned it thoroughly, all while noticing my other acrylics were crooked, which had been driving me crazy. He fixed it all. He took a complete disaster and I left with nails better than I came in with. I highly reccomend, they will get you right. read more

I went to this salon because some friends recommended it. It was a horrible experience! I was put in a pedi chair to soak my feet and was left there for half an hour. Then the pedicure was so superficial and quick that I could have done it myself. My friends told me that pedicures were $25.00 but he charged me 40.00 and said my friends told me the wrong price. Then he said I had fungus in my toenails and sold me medicine or $20.00 to use each day. When I got home and looked it up on Amazon is was $7.00. I had fungus before so believed him but the doctor said I did not have it again. I would never patronize this thief's salon again. read more

Not even 1 star. Absolutely the worst experience, I walked in with old dip on my nails, asked for new dip. The man tried to tell me my 6 year old "needs" gel to last longer, I said absolutely not. He argued with me that I needed something different than dip because the way my nails "go up", I insisted that I want dip, he handed me the dip colors to choose from (awful color choices) and then proceeds to STILL NOT DO DIP. He used the acrylic liquid with the dip powder and it made the color look faded and watered down in some spots. I walked back in today asking them to at least try to fix the color or paint over with a gel color, he refused, stating that the color looks perfect and there's nothing wrong, then blamed it on the "product" they get. I will never ever pay them to do any services again. They absolutely do not know how to do dip. NEVER get dip here. So unhappy. Even my 11 year old niece and 6 year old daughter asked what is wrong with the color. Soooo frustrated that I spent money here. read more

I'm a regular here. They're always accommodating in my time constraints and the manicure lasts over two weeks.

Worst pedicure I have ever received. The technician was very rough and hurried. Barely trimmed my cuticles and left lots of dead skin hanging around my toe nails. They tag team the customers, often working on two customers at once; one does the trimming; one does the polishing. The lady that polished my nails did it so quickly and sloppily relying on the polish remover to clean up after she finished; lots left on my skin at the base of my nails. It looks so unprofessional My 6 year old niece could have done a better job. Don't waste your time or $$ read more

I did a walk in here after I walked out from another saloon a few miles back. Place is very clean and the couple who own it are very nice. Prices are reasonable, I picked a pedi with 30 min of massage, what a treat for $45 ! They do carry OPI - not gel but durable as gel- brand, which I could only get at Elizabeth Grady back in North East, that is also another plus, I will be back for sure ! read more

I love this salon. They fixed my nails when another place had them crooked. I have been back several times and each time they are very well done. They are extremely customer focused and seem to care about the finished product and not just getting your money. I recommend either Kelly or Lee. I have used both and always request them. ' Kelly also does the waxing. I get my eyebrows done without any issues. She has a fantastic eye for making sure the shape is even and perfect. I never worry when she does my eyebrows. read more

I have been coming here for a while but they recently had a change of management which resulted in a change of staff. My pedicure was good. The new management has kept the services the same but took down the pricing list so I think it's a little more expensive. I also got my nails cut down and a color change and that as well was good, as well. I think it's still the better establishment on the area. My only complaint is there is only three people working in a place where there use to be more. I hope they increase their staffing because I would hate to see them on Saturday morning. read more

This place looked really nice. When I got there, I signed in, saw 1 woman waiting, 2 in the pedicure chairs and 1 in the manicure chair. I saw a man, woman and an OLDER woman working. I sat down after I picked my color out and waited. The man came over and had both me and the other woman go back to the pedicure chairs. He said to soak for a few minutes so I put my feet in the lukewarm water and used the massage chair. After 15 minutes I was about to get up and leave as the water was starting to get cold, but the old woman came over and started working on my feet. She did the cuticles but didn't cut or file them. Then she took the "cheese grater" out and ever so gently started working on the dead skin. It didn't do much. The amount of pressure and tenderness she used was the same as brushing a newborn babies head. She finished up and put the lotion on my feet and legs and "massaged" my feet. Then had me put them back in the water. I have been getting pedicures for years and never put my feet back in the water after the massage and lotion are done. Now the water is cold and she kept adding more cold water to it. She grabs her stuff and walks away. I am waiting again. The man comes over and says he'll be with me in about 5 minutes. I said ok well I am taking my feet out of this cold water that I have been in for 45 minutes. He seemed annoyed by that and got a hot towel to wipe the remaining lotion off my legs and dry my feet. He then clips and files my toe nails before painting them. He goes back to the other girl he was working on and the old lady comes over with 2 bowls of water for me to soak my hands in. That lasted another 10 minutes when the other woman came over and did my cuticles and buffed my nails. She didn't cut or file them down. Then walked away. The man came back and told me to wash my hands. I did and sat down at the table where he asked if I wanted to pay before I got painted. I asked if he was going to cut and file my nails and he said something that I couldn't understand. At this point it had been almost 2 hours that I had been there for a simple mani/pedi so I just got my card out and paid because I was so aggravated. When he finished I left. After I thought about it I called him back and told him how unhappy I was and he basically said it was my fault because I came in when a bunch of other people did. I told him if he was that busy he should have said there would be a wait and not try and juggle 5 people at once. I told him that I thought it was ridiculous that I got a manicure and didn't even get my nails cut down and filed. I asked for my card to be refunded so I could go somewhere else to get them fixed the right way. He started yelling and told me he wasn't giving me my money back and I should come back so he could fix it. After repeatedly telling him I was going to go to someone else he said he didn't have time to deal with this on the phone and hung up on me. Stay far away from this place. The only reason I went here was because the place I usually go to was closed and I wanted my nails done before I left for vacation. It had 4 Stars so I thought it would be good. I originally wanted gel polish and was also going to do nail art. After the pedicure, I down graded to regular polish and no nail art. 5 Stars here! They waxed my 82 year old mother's eye brows, lips and chin. The care was 5 star service, gentle, calming, and soothing to Mom. The owner's wife was thorough as she carefully groomed and waxed all unwanted hair then applied a toner moisturizer to the waxed areas. It was my mom's best experience ever and mom was sure to tell her she was very good at her job. The prices are reasonable. I was so happy to give a satisfied TIP! We will go again and encourage you to go also. They are friendly,there is plenty of parking, plenty of nail stations and so clean. read more

When you go to a nail place and just want to relax that's what you expect . I made reservations for my husband and I we were told if we wanted to " not wait " that's what we needed to do . We got there one person in a chair and 4 people working including the owner and his daughter . As the Omer ate his dinner my husband had to wait over a 1/2 hour till a girl he called showed up . We had to listen to a lot of personal drama from the pedicurist next to us . It was torture ! We were trying to relax and enjoy were subjected to family drama of the staff working their and also the owner. I have gotten a lot of pedis all over and this was far the worst experience ever ! If you don't mind waiting and have nothing else to do but listen to other folks issues .. Go for it .. Never ever going back ..
