The service was spectacular! Danny is very fast and has a gentle touch. I gave him a picture of the design I wanted and he followed it exactly.. Danny work is very good quality. The experience over all was above and beyond and the prices are reasonable for the quality of work.
Horrible ass place!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! The quality of service is horrendous. They rush so bad and the service requested was something that I didn't fully get. Erik or Mike whoever his name did not know what he was doing. It took him damn near 2 hrs on fill in plus + putting nails back on. What's even worse, I had to coach him on how to taper my nails to make them look more slender and symmetrical to the nails that didn't fall off. That still did nothing with the bulky rounded top heavy of the nails that be replaced. Lesson learned and will never come back to this place. I will advise black people (especially black women) to take our business and dollars to small black nail techs who are serious about their art.
This place is all about money. I went in for a fill w/ gel polish design and was done in 15 minutes! Danny did my nails so fast, and that is no compliment. My nails look clunky & uneven thickness. I understand it's a busy shop, but speed rushing thru services doesn't make me feel like a valued customer. There's no attention to detail here. Just take your money & run
I recommend you not come to this spa. They did a horrible job on my nails, because it was close to closing so they rushed painting my nails. They kept sending someone over, pretty much telling the lady to hurry. You can see the mistakes they made and the lumps and dents. I'm so disappointed.

I am super happy with my nails, in fact this review is 2 weeks after my visit because I wanted to see how my nails would hold up. I'm happy to report that they are as good as new...even my stones are still in tact! The service I received was for SNS on my natural nails. Nikki was my tech, very friendly and able to free style my nails because I didn't know what design I wanted. I went during the week, probably on a Monday and it wasn't crowded at all. In fact I tend to get my services during the week to avoid the weekend madness at any shop! My next appointment is in a week...I'm excited and hope for the same outcome since I'm looking for a new go to shop. I would have given 5 stars but I wish they had a larger SNS color selection...please add more options! :-)
Let my start off with the fact that I'm VERY picky about my nails, and usually do them myself. I've been here 3 times now. The first time was a HORRIBLE experience. A young tech botched my pedicure and the lady who did my gel mani left the polish bumpy/ uneven. But this review isn't about them. I decided to give the salon a second chance and went with Tony. He did a fantastic job! He's the reason I came back today. Unfortunately they're not taking appts anymore until November. So I took the next available tech, which was Andy. He was so meticulous with my cuticles when he did my pedicure, which I love! He also did a great job with my manicure. Unfortunately the top coat left deep brush strokes on most of my nails. Luckily he was very patient and polite and graciously fixed them. They're still not perfect, but much better than they were!
My boyfriend and I decided on a whim to get pedicures since it has been over a year since our last pedicure. We chose this salon because of the relatively good reviews. We entered the salon and was seated immediately for 2 pedicures. Our pedicures were fine and then I asked for a basic manicure. To my dismay, this is when I got injured. While cutting my nails the technician clipped the entire the tip of my finger. I started to bleed and my finger began pulsating with pain. She did what she could to stop my finger from bleeding. She put some liquid and powder solution under my nail. All the while, she continued to try and finish the manicure. I told her I was in pain and I needed a bandaid. She apologized several times. She continued to do my nails. I called my boyfriend over so he could see what was going on. He had her remove the bandaid and clean my finger again so we could see the actual injury. She did the best she could and she rebandaged my finger. Because she did not notify the manager of this incident, he tried to charge us the full amount for the 2 pedicures and the manicure. We told him we refuse to pay for the $15 manicure because the tech injured me. He reluctantly took off for the manicure. I was surprised by their lack of empathy towards me and the situation. Shaken up and not in the mood to argue, we left vowing not to come back again. Later that day, I saw blood dripping and I looked down and noticed my finger was bleeding again. Feeling uneasy, I went to Urgent Care to be precautious and assess the severity of the injury. The doctor gave me a Tetanus shot and cleaned my finger several times trying to remove all the dried blood under my fingernail. She also prescribed a Polysporin ointment. Later that evening, my boyfriend started to experience pain on the bottom of his foot. We looked and noticed several bloody cuts on the bottom of his foot. Feeling upset and frustrated, I decided to return to the salon the next day to discuss this matter with the manager and ask them to pay my doctor's bill and ask for our money back for the pedicures. I entered the salon and asked the receptionist to talk to the manager. He told me to sit down. I asked him again to talk to the manager. He asked me to sit down again. I saw my tech and I asked her to tell me her name . To my utter surprise, the older gentleman up front stood between us and told her No. He continued to talk to her in their native language and she walked away. She never told me her name. Then Mike the manager approached me. I told him about the incident. He said he was aware of the incident and asked to see my finger. I told him I wanted his business to pay my doctor's bill and refund my money for the pedicures. He seemed perturbed and proceeded to say, "I already took off for the manicure." In disbelief of his blatant lack of concern or compassion for me, I showed him the pictures of my finger bleeding and my doctor's bill and said, "so you don't want to refund my money. " He looked at me in disgust and reluctantly opened the cash register and gave me $75. I said thank you and reminded him that I would bring the doctor's bill as soon as I receive it. I left the salon feeling unappreciated and dismissed as a customer. I hope all the other customers receive better treatment than my boyfriend and I.
Diamond Nails is the best nail salon in Waldorf Md. The salon was very clean. They offer a variety of services waxing, full sets, pedicures etc. I got a full set with designs. The full set and polish was so smooth the set lasted 1 month and none of the nails broke before I got my next fill in. The price for the full set was very reasonable. I definitely booked my next appointment and would give 5 stars.
I am never going here again. I am so disgusted and in the pandemic which yes is still going on masks at your convenience and no separation of client and tech! And overpriced! Never again! There's a nice salon in Pentagon City, ask for Kat and thank me later.

5 Stars - Diamond Nail Salon & Spa I absolutely LOVE this place. I've been to several nail salons since moving to Maryland, and Diamond Nail Salon & Spa is by far the best. The quality of work here is consistently excellent, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend! Danny is my go-to tech -- he's amazing and always delivers flawless results. He was out during my recent visit, so Mike (who I believe is the owner and manager) took care of me instead, and he was wonderful. Kind, professional, and clearly experienced -- I felt totally at ease in his hands. I also had a spa pedicure with Julie, and she did a fantastic job. She took her time, paid attention to detail, and made sure I felt relaxed and cared for. My feet have never felt better! Appointments are easy to make, and while you might wait a few minutes, they always honor your time and never rush the process. I truly appreciate the balance between efficiency and attention to detail. Clean. Friendly. High quality. This is my forever nail spot! I had come here before and had a great experience with nails that last past the 2week mark refill. Experience has definitely changed. My nails felt rushed and did not last past 7days, was definitely not a vibe after rude man up front raising voice due to me having to ask the front to simply to repeat what she had said. Vibe is not there, time to look into another salon. read more

They have no customer service skills & have nasty attitudes. When I asked the lady to fix the shape of my toe nails she refused. I will not be coming back to this nail salon. If I could give them 0 stars I would. read more

It took me a month... trying to get my mind off but I would never forgive myself if I do not write this review. Since I moved from Atlanta to Waldorf, MD in 2019, Diamond nail and spa has been my "To go" for my nails. I do not get anything else than Dip powder for my finger nails, and gel polish for my toe nails. I even took my daughters to do their nails during vacations...eventhough I had a first encounter with Mike (Not sure if that is his real name but he gave me Mike), and a lady...trying to charged me more than what was in the price catalog. They were very aggressive that day but I paid and let that slide. Fast forward to just some weeks back, another terrible scenario happened again. I know how much I do pay for my nails and I always make sure that I do not go beyond that price range (Just to give some cushion for a tip). The elderly man who is the receptionist wasn't on sit that day and my mind was telling me, "Better go back home." However, I decided to sit back and do my nails. Mindi is my main nail technician but I was given another lady because Mike claimed that Mindi was busy. The lady does not understand English, neither can she speak fluently. But because I know the price I always do my nails, I didn't think there would be an issue... After getting my nails done, Mike tried charging me more than what I do pay normally and when I asked why, guess what he said? That I was being charged for the glitter on my nails! Like really??? Plese see the attached picture. I have been doing this same glittering dip powder nails since 2019. I have never been charged extra just for getting a glitter. Mike claimed that Mindi and others who always do my nails before are wrong because they supposed to be charging me extra. Wow! As if that is not enough, Mike was so very rude and he told me never to come to the nail salon again, just because I was calling my nail technicians as a witness and wanted to clarify the issue. The $5 extra wasn't and can never be an issue for me to pay, but the manner less behavior, ridicule, and bad attitude that Mike portrayed really got me... I have never been that ridiculed in my life. So last Sunday I decided to try a new place, because unfortunately my nail tech had to move. First impression: The shop is beautiful and clean! (which is always a great plus) I was a walk-in so I expected a wait... it was quiet busy but I was seated for my pedi in about 15 minutes! It was wonderful, the guy who did my feet took his time and the massage was spectacular. Now, on to my nails.. I've heard about the new "dip powder" trend that is going on and decided to give it a try and I believe the individual who did my nails was Nikki, she was very informative and patient with me. Overall, this place is great, I'd definitely come back for my next fill and pedi! ALSO, if customers pay cash it is 5% off your total amount. read more

Do not get your nails done here or your lashes again an eye infection like somebody was a license that traveled out of town I could not get them taken off I had to come back to this them after I went to the ER and another aesthetician. read more

I got a milk and honey pedicure with gel polish done on Friday. It's Tuesday and I felt something strange in my socks once I took them off I see the polish is gone from all my toes besides 2. I'm extremely disappointed. The reason I pay extra for gel polish is because it's suppose to last! read more

We've been coming to this nail spa on & off since we purchased our home about 3 yrs ago. We love our nail tech Kathy!!! Kathy is patient, creative & such a hard worker- we only come back because of her. Thank you again Kathy. I know I'm a little too picky for most however Kathy never makes me feel less than & she always does an amazing job on my nails & our pedicures. Keep up the great work Kathy. read more

Went here today for the first time in a while. I was immediately serviced for a PHENOMENAL pedicure, it was not rushed at all and the woman really took her time and fixed issues I was having m, no hesitation (not issues from here) during my pedicure I was getting an old acrylic set soaked off (saved time) once complete NIKKIE LE started on my fresh new set. Some of the acrylic was still stuck on. She put my hands in a bowl and let them soak an additional few mins. I told her that my nails were thin and was concerned about the drill and it hurting or thinning my Nails even more . LISTEN LADDIESSS.... This is the first time in years anyone ever listened to me on that concerned. she barely had to use a drill and was extremely careful, cautious and took her time!! I could cry tears of joy at how much consideration she took into my worries while doing my nails. I showed her a picture of how I wanted me nails and she did my nails BETTER than the picture I showed her. As you can see on my pictures her shaping was fantastic!!!! she had great conversation as well.. at times of quiet I looked around at the other techs "mike" "tony" who sat near her their work was great too !!! Looked like a salon of all talented nail artist! I thank you very much Nikke for bringing life back into my hands (also the woman who restored my feet I wish I had caught your name too, I think mindy if you had on glasses ) You both were amazing ! If anyone is looking for a new place that is clean, taking extra measures for your health.. where you aren't having to suffocate in three masks lol like other places , no extreme wait times ..... where they are attentive to your needs and concerns, and welcoming & reasonably priced . Lee did such an amazing job with my nails! I am from San Diego and I have been looking everywhere for a place here in the DMV area! I have gone to horrible places that just want you in and out. Lee took him time with me and ensured that I liked the color and the length of my nails!!! Absolutely recommend !! read more

Yes, We do. Depend what kind of manicure or pedicure that you want to give for your friend/family members, the price will be different. Basic manicure is $15, basic peidcure is $25. Thank you for asking!
