I have regular appointments with Tamela for massages. She's kind, knowledgeable, attentive, educational, and sociable. I appreciate that she not only massages for relaxation, but to mainly work out the knots and pain points. Which is key. Top notch service. read more

I had a lash lift and tint with Katie. I've had the same services twice before at a salon in Florida, and thought the results were pretty good. But they were nothing compared to how my lashes look after Katie worked her magic! My lashes are curled perfectly. No clumping or weird angle to the curl. I highly recommend Katie for a lash lift and tint! read more

Was disappointed that the salon raised prices again with no notice or communication until you get up to the counter. This has happened twice which is a 10.00 increase in a fairly short time. When I was told and asked about the increase the lady at the register said "it's only 5 dollars". I have enjoyed going there and appreciate my stylist. She should have mentioned this though! A few of the staff can be a bit snooty. I may shop around. I am a good tipper and find these increases with no head up unprofessional. read more

Enjoyed a very relaxing Tension Tamer massage with Cheryl! She listened to my concerns relating to postpartum pain and was very attentive.

Well, I went once - and loved it. I rebooked to go today. I was working when a voicemail was left telling me the appointment couldn't be honored, so i could come at 4. I left work after 4 drove home - as I was clearly not going to be able to make the appointment. I have just been charged $21 by the salon, and left a voicemail asking where I am?! For an appointment THEY told me I couldn't have? Clearly not a place I want to ever go again. What a shame. Hoping someone refunds my money and acknowledges this huge error on their part. read more

Jacqueline Morgan Day Spa - Day Spas Near Me - Prince Frederick, Maryland

Amanda provided first class facial massage. I've traveled all over the world, and I have to say this was at the level.

I had the best experience with Tamela here at Jacqueline Morgan Day Spa! She was super thorough, educational, and made me feel so comfortable! I have already scheduled future appointments with her, and have been doing the suggested stretches that she recommended for my back (which was super tight). The atmosphere was also super relaxing! She is such a fun and sweet person to talk to during the massage... and listens to what you want and need! Highly recommend Tamela! :) read more

I am a professional white man in my mid 40s and I couldn't be more sickened. As I was at Jacqueline Morgan's Day Spa, having my hair trimmed I was constantly sexually harassed by numerous employees. I brushed it all aside, as I suppose a handsome, well to do man must be some sort of rarity to these women. It was when I heard, clear as day, a new employee being attacked for her character. Why was she being attacked, loudly enough for me to hear with trimmers running on my head, for being too slow with washing hair. Is it really necessary to be a Karen in your own establishment?! I have since switched to their direct competition across main street. My personal problem is that the woman who cut my hair, also cut my neck making me to drip blood all over my suit! Instead of an apology and a free haircut, I was practically told she made a mistake using the wrong clippers, but it was MY fault for slightly moving. Excuse me!?! This place was lucky I let it go and didn't sue! I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy! read more

Had to leave another review for the Jacqueline Morgan Spa. I was there yesterday for a first time visit, and before I left, I made a hair appointment with Tori. It was the first time getting my hair cut and styled by someone other than a person I've been going to for several years. Tori was an angel! She not only did a terrific cut and style, but she was just super sweet and made my visit such a pleasant experience. I will definitely be back to see her again! Everyone at this spa is so nice and friendly. If you haven't had the opportunity to visit this little gem in Prince Frederick, I highly recommend that you give them a try. read more

Jacqueline Morgan Day Spa - My new haircut and style by Tori! - Day Spas Near Me - Prince Frederick, Maryland

I started going to Karen Holland for my pedicures when a friend gave me a gift card - probably 10 years ago. I am a completely loyal customer. It may look pricey, but the peds last weeks longer than ones I have in other places - which I only go to when I can't get an appointment. I finally learned to make my next appointment when I am leaving. Karen is the consummate professional - dedicated to her field and a perfectionist! read more

One of the best day spas around. The atmosphere is so relaxing. I have been visiting JM Day Spa for over 10 years. Every service provider at the spa is wonderful. My go-to ladies are Cassie (mani/pedi), Amanda (massage/facial), and Donna (facial). TIP: Book ahead of time! I am such a last-minute person sometimes and it only hurts me in the end, because services get booked up quick--that's how great this spa is! I would suggest trying out different services with different providers. While the quality is always top-notch, each provider has a slightly different "touch" (or style) and your go-to provider may not be the same as mine. They have a cute gift section in the front and new items are constantly rotated in. Its a great place to snag a gift for a loved one for an upcoming birthday or "just because" present. I honestly wouldn't change a thing. JM Day Spa is one of my favorite places. :) read more

I used this salon because of a gift certificate a friend give me for my birthday. When I booked the appointment someone from the salon called my phone and I told them I have a gift certificate. The lady asked for my gift certificate number and I give it to her. After my appointment the lady charged my visa and I didn't even looked at the receipt thinking they already had deducted my gift certificate. So thinking they had all that information I throw the gift certificate. Couple of days later I checked my bank and found out they charge me for the whole amount and didn't deduct the GC. I called them up and they said no GC is found. What a shame on their services!! Why asked for my GC number and not inputting it on my account? Not going back and not recommending. By the way cut and color is 160. LOL. Too expensive for a very ordinary results read more

Great place for a pedicure. While you'll pay more than some of the other nail salons in there area, you never have to worry about hygiene or cleanliness. I've had the monthly special pedicures, but my favorite is consistently the milk and honey. The soak, mask, and lotion smell amazing. Also leaves your feet feeling and looking amazing. My two favorite technicians are Michelle and Cassie. You can't go wrong with either. They are gentle but do a great job keeping your toes in great shape. read more

Want to the hair salon for the first time. Such a disappointment. Hair is way darker than I asked for and she just kept chopping away. I've enjoyed the messages there but doubt ill be back. I paid $200 to hate my hair the next day. Such a disappointment. Only giving 3 stars because my massage was still good. If I scored just on hair it would be 1 star. read more

You will not go here and say "I wish there was ___" they have every amenity you could want. From amazing spa waters to coffee to snacks and more! Top of the line services. Heather is my savior !! I've had my nails done with Karen and she's fabulous too. I guarantee you will love this place every time you go. I've been going for 7 years now and never had anything less than exceptional service from the moment I walk in to when I step out. Huge fan. read more

Just returned from JM Day Spa. The service was wonderful from the moment you walk in (reception area) until you check out. I had a haircut with Beth, who was amazing, after I showed her a few pictures and told her what I was looking for, she was able to get the cut perfect. I also had Carrie do brow reshaping and she was so friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend Jacqueline Morgan Day Spa, and I can't wait to go back and try some of the other services. Well done girls. read more

A happy surprise in Prince Frederick. You would never expect the kind of service you get here. Top notch. I've been to many spas around the world and the service here is right up with the best of them. Prices are a bit high, but I'm happy to pay it because they deliver. Nice ambiance. Pleasant employees. Exceptional service. I only wish they offered more specials. Other than that, this place is wonderful. read more

I love this place! I can't explain how much they have fulfilled my needs! It's so relaxing and the massage I had was better than any other place I've been. read more

Just left after an amazing facial. I'd give you the enthentist name but then she will book up. The waiting room is relaxing and has different drinks and snacks. I've been to quite a few spas and never had that many options. They offer a heated pillow for your neck after your treatment and while you are getting a mani/pedi. The staff is extremely polite and you can understand them (a treat). Can't wait to go back. read more

I have had many massages and tried several salons and spas for waxing but Heather at JM is amazing. She is knowledgeable, professional and caring. She took the time to answer my questions, provided written suggestions for my problem areas and explained the techniques she used and why. She is the ONLY person I have actually returned to on a regular basis and I have no intentions of ever going anywhere else!! read more

This place knows how to pamper their customers. It is a very clean, relaxing experience staffed by professionals who pay great attention to detail. I only started going to spas in my fifties and feel I missed out on this earlier in life. I am a repeat customer and go back at least once a month. read more
