Was disappointed that the salon raised prices again with no notice or communication until you get up to the counter. This has happened twice which is a 10.00 increase in a fairly short time. When I was told and asked about the increase the lady at the register said "it's only 5 dollars". I have enjoyed going there and appreciate my stylist. She should have mentioned this though! A few of the staff can be a bit snooty. I may shop around. I am a good tipper and find these increases with no head up unprofessional. read more

Well, I went once - and loved it. I rebooked to go today. I was working when a voicemail was left telling me the appointment couldn't be honored, so i could come at 4. I left work after 4 drove home - as I was clearly not going to be able to make the appointment. I have just been charged $21 by the salon, and left a voicemail asking where I am?! For an appointment THEY told me I couldn't have? Clearly not a place I want to ever go again. What a shame. Hoping someone refunds my money and acknowledges this huge error on their part. read more

I am a professional white man in my mid 40s and I couldn't be more sickened. As I was at Jacqueline Morgan's Day Spa, having my hair trimmed I was constantly sexually harassed by numerous employees. I brushed it all aside, as I suppose a handsome, well to do man must be some sort of rarity to these women. It was when I heard, clear as day, a new employee being attacked for her character. Why was she being attacked, loudly enough for me to hear with trimmers running on my head, for being too slow with washing hair. Is it really necessary to be a Karen in your own establishment?! I have since switched to their direct competition across main street. My personal problem is that the woman who cut my hair, also cut my neck making me to drip blood all over my suit! Instead of an apology and a free haircut, I was practically told she made a mistake using the wrong clippers, but it was MY fault for slightly moving. Excuse me!?! Had to leave another review for the Jacqueline Morgan Spa. I was there yesterday for a first time visit, and before I left, I made a hair appointment with Tori. It was the first time getting my hair cut and styled by someone other than a person I've been going to for several years. Tori was an angel! She not only did a terrific cut and style, but she was just super sweet and made my visit such a pleasant experience. I will definitely be back to see her again! I used this salon because of a gift certificate a friend give me for my birthday. When I booked the appointment someone from the salon called my phone and I told them I have a gift certificate. The lady asked for my gift certificate number and I give it to her. After my appointment the lady charged my visa and I didn't even looked at the receipt thinking they already had deducted my gift certificate. So thinking they had all that information I throw the gift certificate. Couple of days later I checked my bank and found out they charge me for the whole amount and didn't deduct the GC. I called them up and they said no GC is found. What a shame on their services!! Why asked for my GC number and not inputting it on my account? Not going back and not recommending. One of the best day spas around. The atmosphere is so relaxing. I have been visiting JM Day Spa for over 10 years. Every service provider at the spa is wonderful. My go-to ladies are Cassie (mani/pedi), Amanda (massage/facial), and Donna (facial). TIP: Book ahead of time! I am such a last-minute person sometimes and it only hurts me in the end, because services get booked up quick--that's how great this spa is! I would suggest trying out different services with different providers. While the quality is always top-notch, each provider has a slightly different "touch" (or style) and your go-to provider may not be the same as mine. They have a cute gift section in the front and new items are constantly rotated in. Its a great place to snag a gift for a loved one for an upcoming birthday or "just because" present. Great place for a pedicure. While you'll pay more than some of the other nail salons in there area, you never have to worry about hygiene or cleanliness. I've had the monthly special pedicures, but my favorite is consistently the milk and honey. The soak, mask, and lotion smell amazing. Also leaves your feet feeling and looking amazing. My two favorite technicians are Michelle and Cassie. You can't go wrong with either. They are gentle but do a great job keeping your toes in great shape. read more

I had a haircut with Beth, who was amazing, after I showed her a few pictures and told her what I was looking for, she was able to get the cut perfect. Just left after an amazing facial. I'd give you the enthentist name but then she will book up. The waiting room is relaxing and has different drinks and snacks. I've been to quite a few spas and never had that many options. They offer a heated pillow for your neck after your treatment and while you are getting a mani/pedi.
