Absolutely delicious. Tastes like a pumpkin muffin.

Clean, well stocked, polite and tasty. The pumpkin pie reminds me of a muffin. Absolutely delicious.

Very slushy and no consistency. You're buying yogurt soup. Avoid this location.

I LOVE Yogurtland. I am a frequent customer - but this particular location has the yogurt really melted. I asked the sales associates about it and they said that's how it's supposed to be. The consistency is not there. And as a frequent flyer, I know for a fact this is not how "it's supposed to be." Go to the Cerritos or Artesia location or you will be disappointed.

My friends girlfriends phone was stolen here, owner was cool but not very helpful with providing the security footage in order to file a police report on who stole it, this ended up costing us $1,500 in losses, we never caught the person who took it and we were unable to recover the iPhone when we had the chance of seeing who it was through the footage, what's the point of security cameras if they can't even provide security. After posting this review, the owner then texted my girlfriend and making her feel bad on why I left this bad review. Comes to show how management does not care for their employees and instead talks down on them for an honest review. They expect a good review and when they don't they lash out on employees. Sad world we live in.

So far good. Selections are limited and one of the machines is down and one small issues. Otherwise seems good flavors are good and counters are clean. Young lady working is very polite I feel all people should have name tags. It's a good local place to visit. I will return

This yogurtland is absolutely phenomenal. I come here pretty much weekly. Also wanted to point out the lady that works very hard here almost everyday and props to her because she is always super polite, kind, and friendly. She is always working very hard and keeps the place super clean being the only worker there at the yogurtland. The yogurtland is very clean and neat unlike the one in the cerritos mall and they also never run out of flavors. They have numerous flavors that rotate and change periodically and have delicious toppings from the more fruity ones to the more chocolatey indulgent ones, very versatile. They even have sugar free frozen yogurt flavors as well which are more on the healthier side. Even the restrooms are well kept. It does get quite busy here as well which makes perfect sense due to the fact this yogurtland is so nice and delicious. An amazing 5 out of 5 stars for a yogurtland!

Chocolate Yogurt with Red Velvet Cupcake Batter...

During the summer months, we often seek some sweet relief from the heat! Therefore there's a rising demand among customers who possess a sweet tooth for some serious satisfaction. Yogurtland has sought out to appease their cravings for something that is both unique and somewhat familiar. The layout of this store is a bit odd because as you walk toward the back, your pathway becomes a bit narrow. You may feel a bit claustrophobic as you begin to sample flavors as there really isn't a lot of space for more than 5 to 7 people to occupy in front of the yogurt machines. However, don't let this act as a deterrent for you because you'll miss the opportunity to sample some amazing flavors. What I like about this location is that they tend to carry flavors that have been discontinued at other stores. They also have enough yogurt dispensers to continue carrying limited release flavors well after the newest flavor of the week hits the yogurt machine. For example, I have been searching all over three counties (no exaggeration) for Red Velvet Cupcake Batter and this was the only location that carried it. They also had Birthday Cake Batter and Rocket Pop Sorbet within the store. Along with their newest flavors, you'll find classic flavors that you'd commonly associate with your typical trip to Yogurtland. If you're unsure as to which flavors to purchase, feel free to grab the little sample cups by the cash register and proceed to the back to taste each one. There are opportunities to combine flavors but those are preselected already as Yogurtland has a good idea as to which flavors would send your taste buds soaring when combined. However, you can also get two sample of flavors that aren't adjacent to each other and just combine them yourself. After all, it's your creation! Once you've filled your cup with yummy yogurt, you might want to visit the toppings station. This is not necessary but many people enjoy the creative process of adding more pizzazz to their cup of sweetness! There are many options such as mochi, cookie crumbles, sprinkles, or even cookie dough. The combinations are endless if you put your mind to it! What I like about this location is that they carry a wide variety of flavors that you may not find elsewhere. Their staff is friendly and on point, running a smooth operation. If you have any questions; they are ready to answer them to the best of their knowledge. Yogurtland is where you come to launch your creative genius in the form of frozen delights. You won't be disappointed when you leave as there really is something for everyone to enjoy! Step inside and get creative!

    machines that need a "break"
    Christy F.

it would be great if this place actually had frozen yogurt. every time i come here, almost all of the machines have the blinking "low mix" light on, the yogurt barely comes out, and other machines have signs on them that say that the "machine needs a break". it's honestly so frustrating, i dont understand how they even stay in business if they're always out of yogurt! and i dont come late at night or before closing, so i dont understand the lack of preparation? get it together yogurtland

    Lyn Y.

It's hot and I hadn't had yougurtland in forever..they always have the most interesting flavors and they rotate a lot so u never know what will be there minus a few standards like strawberry, tart, vanilla and cookies n crime. So I took a few sample cups and tried the churro, the peanut butter one,and the strawberry rose. I settled on the strawberry rose and churro which both were so bomb ..the strawberry rose kind of reminded me of rose flavored tea and the churro wSs so creamy and cinnamon-ey Lol..the place was cool inside and well maintained.

    BOGO...yes!

Update: They're no longer affiliated with Fivestars!…read more I've since gone two additional times to try their waffle bites. My last trip was kind of spontaneous because I suddenly got a Fivestars reward that day for these waffle bites. However, when I arrived, I was looking for the Fivestars tablet only to be met by a Clover tablet instead. It felt like I went through a time warp because the employee working behind the register didn't seem to have any idea what I was trying to say regarding Fivestars, though he did notice a little trifold card on the front counter mentioning Fivestars. I asked if he could get his manager so I could explain, and even show, him my Fivestars reward. The reward said "already accepted", which he almost thought meant I had redeemed it already, but if that were the case, then it would have said "already redeemed". Given that they've now done away with Fivestars, I'm not too surprised he may have gotten the words "accepted" confused with "redeemed", but luckily, he was happy enough to honor it for me. The employee who assisted me was very helpful, though he did ask me to repeat the topping and the drizzle that I wanted. I chose the Strawberry Cheesecake flavor ice cream with Fruity Pebbles toppings and a Strawberry drizzle on top. Since I had already tried the cookie flavors before, I figured I'd try the fruity flavors this time around. He said he needed about 5 minutes to prepare my waffle bites, which were presented a little different than last time. Last time, I got the Cookie Butter flavor with *Cookie* Crisp and Peanut *Butter* (see what I did there?), and it came in a small plastic takeout container. This one came in a large plastic cup, and I'm thinking the logistics may have changed a ton between my last two visits. I did appreciate how the employee asked if I wanted the waffles on top of or beneath the ice cream before making the waffle bites; I chose on top. He also asked if I'd like powdered sugar on top, to which I agreed. Unfortunately, neither of the waffle bites I got from my last two visits impressed me that much. As a matter of fact, the only thing that impressed me was the strawberry drizzle. Everything else fell kind of flat. While generous in size for the $8 price tag, the Cookie Butter and the Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream didn't really taste like these flavors at all! For whatever reason, the peanut butter didn't add much flavor, but the strawberry drizzle added a lot! How even?! In short, the waffle bites weren't that much of an upgrade from the ice cream scoop that I had on my first visit. I'm willing to say "too much good was no good" here. The waffles themselves were good, but they can only do so much when a flavored ice cream doesn't even taste like that flavor. It's worth noting that on my penultimate visit, when I got the Cookie Butter Waffle Bites, I saw two employees behind the front counter who were ready to take my order. I asked them to explain what the waffle bites were, but it took them a couple of tries to actually understand what I was asking. From what I gathered, the waffle bites were similar to the ice cream scoop I had on my first visit, but with the addition of a warm waffle to supplement the ice cream. However, the step-by-step process remains the same. I was initially told it would take 6 minutes to prepare the Cookie Butter Waffle Bites, but it actually took 15! It seemed like one was training the other or they were trying to gather the ingredients and/or the steps needed to create the waffle bites. After about 10 minutes, I was told by one of the employees they had to make a new batch of waffles because the first batch had burnt. The music was getting pretty loud, so it was hard to hear him after that, but I didn't want to hold up the kitchen prep process any longer. I just said "Alright, sure" so he could continue preparing my order. I do appreciate how he let me know of this so that I'd know the reason for the extended wait, but I wish they weren't so ill-prepared during my visit. So overall, still 3 stars overall. I appreciate the prior partnership with Fivestars, but these missed opportunities have led me to believe that Cravings is just not for me. I doubt I'll try anything else on their ice cream menu, and considering that there are only a few parking spots in their lot, it will take a lot to get me to try their hot chicken. And speaking of lack of parking, I also want to mention that on my second visit, I saw two open parking stalls right in front of Cravings, one on either side of a car. That car had its driver's side wide open so that I couldn't park there. I had to park on the passenger side of that car, which he left much less room for. Perhaps a microcosm of the clientele in this part of town? Everybody deserves a second chance, right? Unfortunately, not everybody can make the most of them, and this is just one example of such. Thanks for the sweet treats Cravings, but I'll get my next one somewhere else.
