National Smoothie Day brought me to Jamba Juice. The establishment was clean and the service was great, fast and friendly! The Mango was the star of the show, vibrant and fresh while the Strawberry fell short of expectation. Management needs to staff better. I stopped for a quick drink but it wasn't so quick. This poor employee was taking orders charging customers and making drinks all alone. Not his fault! There was a jamba juice poster on the wall that looked appetizing. Green smoothie or juice. I said I wanted that. He said we don't have anything that has everything, beet juice is an add on yada yada yada. By the time I placed my order (instead of suggesting something close to the pic), I ended up paying $10 for juice, that looked brown. Nothing like the pic. A Disappointing Sunday morning. The staff person could've smiled been kind / SMILED, offered suggestions. He handed me a paper (bc I said I was near sighted, didn't have my glasses) that they use to build their drinks (blk in white, just a stacked ingredients list). Service is kind of slow. I went in today about 11:30 am and the young lady preparing the smoothies was NOT wearing gloves. In addition I observed her patting her hair before pouring another customers drink in a cup. SMH I told her that she needed to wash her hands before preparing mine and put on gloves. She'd already poured the juice in. She then put it behind a wall where I couldn't see it. Jamba Juices are pretty common around, but this Jamba Juice had an extra zing to my ginger green smoothie. The customer service was great and I asked how the rewards system worked and the employee wasn't short with me and explained it. We got the drinks quickly and we're greeted. This is the local Jamba juice where I like to go, there is usually two employees working and for the most part it's okay and clean. It's never too busy but sometimes I could be quite a number of people waiting for their drinks. The stopper always usually professional and get the drinks out pretty quickly and they are very consistent. This particular day they made a little bit more than can fit in the medium drink that I ordered, so they gave the rest of it in a separate cup. The prices are a little bit higher since a few years ago but that's to be expected now. You have a few selections of bread and it looks like they're having a little difficulty stocking things up. I have been to this location quite a few times. The lines are not long and the workers provide prompt and good service. The store is always kept clean and tidy though I have never been in their restroom. The fruit smoothies are my favorite. If you join their points club, they send you special offers such as the buy one get one free deal. The emails are not sent out frequently but enough to satisfy my fruit smoothie craving once in a blue moon :) read more

Located off Imperial Hwy across the street from the Norwalk library in a plaza next to a donut shop and subway, this location doesn't get too busy the times I've visited. I've come different times throughout the day and there is always plenty of parking within the plaza. Friendly and attentive service with a smile. Sometimes the employees offer suggestions when I feel like trying something new. My orders are always correct and made in a timely manner. Favorites of mine are the white gummy or strawberry wild. My Parmesan pretzel is fresh and warm. The floors, counters and tables are kept clean, and chairs are always pushed in. I especially love the rewards points I collect whenever I make a purchase. As my morning routine, i come here before i head to work. It was pleasant and refreshing to start my day routinely until this morning when i ordered my usual.. a drink and a waffle I was close to enter the freeway when i decided to take a bite of my supposedly sweet belgium waffle..it was nasty burnt taste. Strawberry banana is my preschooler's favorite of the kids drinks. He tried the blueberry blast off and prefers that to the poppin' peach mango. Today was a hot one and I was craving a cold and delicious, Strawberry Surf Rider. Its pretty much my go to smoothie at Jamba with the ocassional Razzmatazz. I should of gotten that instead of the flavorless, waterdowned Strawberry Surf Rider I was given today. It was no mistake either because my wife ordered one too and hers was just as flavorless, watery and terrible as mine. It was very disappointing and frankly I will not be returning to this Jamba Juice ever again. I should of questioned the color of the smoothie when the worker handed it to me but with covid roaming around I want to get out of these places ASAP. I definitely didn't get what I paid for. Next time you want a cold smoothie just go to Sonics or take a chance with another Jamba Juice. I added a reference image of the so called Strawberry Surf Rider. Looks more like peach pleasure. Just left Jamba Juice and I was compelled to leave a review because the manager there this morning was not very pleasant and I'll explain why: 1) I walk in and she's at the register. She does not greet me, she starts changing the tape on the register that I'm standing in front of, she does not say "oh hi, give me one second to change the register tape." I was actually the one that had to start conversation to be friendly and not just stand there awkwardly. 2) She walked over to the next register after she was done AND THEN while I'm still at the other registers tells me, I'll help you at this one. It would have been a million times nicer customer service if she did the reverse, look me in the eye at the first register we were both at and just let me know we are moving over. 3) Her demeanor was overall unhappy and unfriendly with me and with her coworkers. $7.99 for an orange juice is pretty outrageous considering it's not organic but that's aside from the customer service. I would say the service turned me off more than anything. read more

I couldn't go back to location where my drink was at. The really nice girl gave me the number to call the location to let them know I couldn't pick up my ordered drink.
