What a great froyo spot! I remember when froyo was the hottest thing, but now spots like this one are a rarity. It's nice to switch it up and go for froyo over ice cream... and don't get me started on those toppings. Anyway, it's your classic spot, with plenty of flavors to choose from. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Stopped by yesterday on a whim with the bf. SUPER clean store (no odd odors like most other froyo spots). The area where you self serve your toppings was extremely neat and clean, not a spec of crumb or toppings spilled anywhere. Place was clean! It was busy here and older gentleman was on top keeping the place in order. They had many options frozen yogurt and tons of toppings to choose from! The toppings we got were fresh! Topping bar was clean too! I can't strew how clean this place was! The only issue was the price...we paid $35 for 2 people. These cups were filled with ice cream and toppings. Maybe that falls on us! Almost didn't go because of the bad reviews and fear of spending 20 bucks on ice cream. I went anyway out of proximity and only spent $7 dollar and it was great. Have been many times with very pleasurable experiences. Will never go back after today. The hours online and on the front door say they are open until 10pm. We arrived at 925pm with two people inside eating ice cream. Tables were pulled out and the staff was sweeping the floor. As we approached the door the staff was signaling with his hand across his throat giving the universal signal for being closed. In disbelief I still attempted to open the door. Locked. I can understand wanting to clean up prior to close which is always a plus but with customers still inside and more than a half hour before closing I can't imagine this type of business model lasts. Consider me very disappointed. But don't worry we fulfilled our ice cream wishes at the ever friendly and always open Baskin Robbins. Will not be attempting to go back to this store. read more

The boss, Tina treats the employees terribly. My granddaughter used to work here and was only paid $5/hr with no tips for training that lasted 2 +weeks and was overworked. Then regular pay was $8/hr! Please be aware: the owner splits the tips at the end of the day with the employees. On top of that she was treated terribly and was also yelled at in front of customers. She was not the only one. I will not support businesses that treat their employees like so. As for the ice cream, it's not the best. The topping section is always stale and toppings stay in the containers for months and months without being cleaned. I myself have seen roaches near the seats. Would not recommend. This place is located strategically in a strip mall in between two restaurants. There is little chance if you are with young children coming out of one of the bookend restaurants that you can avoid taking them to the Yogurt thrill. Who am I kidding! Total knock off of 16 Handles but, I enjoyed it equally. I liked that there were more choices of fresh fruit. Pineapple, banana, kiwi, strawberries and mango (I can't believe how many people like this fruit.) Place is super clean, spacious and private if you want your own table. The flavors are pretty basic but, I was excited to see the "Traditional Tart" and even happier when I saw Coconut! AND you can swirl two flavors! Now that is awesome!!!!! (They must be next door neighbors though.) I wasn't offered samples which most shops do, do. And a huge variety of toppings, most impressively a very quality and large selection of fresh fruit-- strawberries, blueberries, mango, kiwi, nothing frozen! Then they of course have a multitude of other candy toppings and sauces-- peanut butter, hot fudge, marshmallow, you name it. Was very impressed with the cleanliness of the toppings bar and seating area. Appreciated that employees made sure customers used hand sanitizer before getting yogurt or adding toppings. The yogurt is great, and the amount of toppings is awesome... they switch the flavors often, so best to call in advance if you're looking for a specific flavor. The seasonal ones are so good - the pumpkin pie flavor in the Fall is amazing! The staff is super nice and helpful, and actually acknowledge when you walk in (unlike other self-service establishments I've been to), and try to make sure you have all your needs settled! This place is also immaculately clean - to the point that I've never seen any other yogurt place this clean, let alone a self-service spot that's usually insanely messy because of kids lol. they're constantly cleaning the toppings bar and making sure everything is stocked and clean.
