Luckily, I ventured here and treated myself to the smaller portion size, even though they did have two other others available. The deep fried bowls of honey caramelized and honey and topped with rainbow sprinkles and candied fruit. I thought the price was reasonable for bakeries today. She asked clarifying questions to ensure my cake was how I wanted it to be! I ordered a heart shaped funfetti cake with cannoli filling. It was DELICIOUS!! Super moist cake (unlike the dry ones from the generic supermarket) and it was sooo beautiful. Customers are not allowed to discuss orders in person or over the phone, which ultimately led to a mistake with my cake design. I genuinely wanted to give her business another chance because the cakes are excellent, but the way emails are handled and responded to has made that difficult. Customer service is a big part of the overall experience, and unfortunately, the communication alone makes me hesitant to spend my money there again. A more accessible and customer-friendly process would go a long way in preventing misunderstandings and improving the overall experience.

On this late Wednesday evening, I stopped in to find the LAST piece of rainbow crumb cake for the day. While they had plenty of the regular crumb cake and red velvet crumb cake, it's the rainbow cookie crumb cake that is my favorite. BTW, I recommend going earlier in the day to ensure you get exactly what you want. Luckily they still had what I just had to have. Additionally, they have a bunch of other baked goods. In the cases there were cookies, cakes, cheese cakes, lobster claws, Napoleons, cupcakes, etc. too! The homey bakery space is roomy with a table of baked-good trays to go in the center of the store. I included the picture of what my ice cream looked like, it was soup, and didn't peak over the top of the cup. I even said to the girl who made my ice cream is this what it's supposed to look like and she said yes. I honestly asked again and she said yeah, this is the machine and what it is. The best part was when she told me it was $9.75 for this cup of soup with no toppings that didn't even swirl like normal ice cream. I actually said outloud omg are you sure that's the right price and she said yes and asked me if I was paying with a card. Really disappointing experience and I guess I'll have to find somewhere else to get my favorite yogurt.
