The negative reviews are kind of funny because of what people are complaining about. One guy went here to get coffee? No, this is not the place to get coffee, walk in the door and see that, it's not what they do. I don't think they even have an espresso machine here. I do have to admit that Park Bake shop does do breads and bagels but they are not very good. I tried once or twice because they looked good but the taste just isn't there. But what they do well is cookies, cakes, and pastries. Pretty much anything in the cases are excellent. All the cookies are awesome, always fresh, and all reasonably priced. It was buttery, sweet, and crunchy. The cake itself was moist and sweet. I will be ordering a whole pizza crumb cake for my next holiday party. It will certainly be a hit! Gianna told me that there is a $5 minimum for debit/credit card payments. The bakery is in a small commercial space--holding no more than 10 customers at a time, but there is plenty of free parking in a huge lot in a relatively-large retail strip.
