I ordered an ice cream cake for my mother in laws birthday and it was completely wrong. As soon as we cut into it, I was confused by the chocolate cake as I had clearly ordered vanilla cake (see order picture). However, the mix ins were all wrong and the worst part is, there are tree nuts in the mix in which my MIL is allergic too!!! She has already taken two bites before realizing. Food allergens are super serious and we were so lucky that she didn't have a very serious reaction. This is completely unacceptable and I didn't get the feeling that the store manager understood how serious it was. He apologized once and that was it. He was more focused on trying to work out which employee it was. I was issued a refund and walked out.
