They have inconsistent hours and close early EVEN though on Yelp & Google their store hours will show they're open. I have wasted many trips driving there to find they are closed even after checking store hours first. They also never answer their phone. All around frustrating. Over it and not trying anymore. read more

Great Experience! I entered the store to a greeting, the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. I was served by a very nice employee named Eliana. Unsure about what options I had, she asked me if I wanted something sweet or fruity and with this filter in mind, she listed a plethora of flavors to choose from. I ultimately ended up choosing Cookies & Cream (which is absolutely delicious 10/10 would recommend). We then moved onto toppings and for me personally, I don't like too many toppings on my desserts. So I got them on the side so I could add the amount I wanted. (I would recommend getting your toppings on the side as well, so you can get the perfect amount you want in your yogurt). All in all a great experience, the only reason I chose to give only 4 stars is that there were other employees who failed to welcome me in. Normally I wouldn't mind, but this is not the first time it has happened. I especially dislike this because I've made direct eye-contact with them and they still don't welcome me. Still, a very nice visit, Thank you Eliana for making my visit pleasurable, will definitely be returning for more of that Cookies & Cream! read more

Yogurt Mill - I went to town on the Yogurt before taking a picture it was just too good to resist. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Turlock, California

I don't even know where to begin. The only reason I am putting one star is because it's not letting me put 0. How are you going to have four people on drive through and one sad excuse of an employee on inside customers? I could have gone back there, went through an orientation and made my own yogurt before these employees completed one small cup. Are the motor skills of the employees on the drive through developed yet??? Can they only do one thing at a time?? I promise a group of orphans could have performed better with no training. Go here if you love waiting while the employee puts on one M&M at a time!!!!! Good job guys!!!!! read more

Oh, they know me here. I would say that my ex will not be pleased to know that 1/16 of my child support goes to yogurt mill LOL! Ok, I'm kidding. Kind of. If you call my son and I many evenings between 4-6pm this drive thru is where we are at. Its so convenient and the rotation of flavors makes it exciting to go see what they have that day. They offer a repeat customer discount card so once you've purchased so many you get one free. And if you love your toppings everywhere in the yogurt just request layered toppings! The young workforce here has always be super friendly with us. Kudos Yogurt Mill! read more

Yogurt Mill - Some of our faves! - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Turlock, California

They have the best selection of flavors and they change every few days! Love their yogurts. Worth giving it a try.

Let's begin with the drive thru situation......that they share with little ceasar......completely dumb af to get around.....some will serve strawberry syrup.......but for the most part "we don't carry strawberry syrup only raspberry.....complete BS read more

Line gets long and things can get messy BUT always good froyo and lots of toppings to choose from. The samboza rainbow bowl is healthy and delicious. Can get pricey though. read more

A little disappointed.... The service was ok I felt rushed by the host she was kind of rude she told me no dogs allowed super loud and rude I was just holding my puppy while ordering ...we sat outside which I have no problem doing because I had my dog i understand . I didn't even eat my yogurt comfortable because i felt bad of how rude she was ,my sister was upset because she asked for cheesecake bites and the host Kaylee said it was EXTRA $ for it ...but yet they where out . 1 st I came here (with my dog) it was great but this time I left upset due to the service. I really like it here but I give her Service 2 stars read more

Went on a Saturday night at 8pm. Literally took an hour to go through the drive thru. 10 cars max. Employee said they only had 3 employees on a Saturday night. Where are the store managers? They should be there to help these kids. Probably lost a few customers tonight and for the future. I won't be going back anytime soon read more

Always kind service with a smile. The yogurt is always super tasty. This place is a family favorite.

The best froyo you can get! Fresh ingredients, new flavors all the time and friendly, knowledgeable employees!

Their order taking skills were bad in the drive through but i had this really big fella with a giants apologize to me when i complained and he was very nice. The yogurt was alright the chocolate frosty wasn't a frosty so the name definitely threw me off. read more

Went here 3 times. Only one time they got the order right. Charged me extra to make my order wrong. Called to notify them and it just rings, then you get a generic message saying memory full. I do NOT recommend this place. read more

My last stop at yogurt mill was great. The workers there were very nice and attentive. Elijah was probably the best though. He helped us right away and rung us up quick. Probably the best frozen yogurt I have ever eaten. The toppings to yogurt ratio was pristine. 10/10 recommend. If Elijah is there, make sure to have him help you out! read more

Surprisingly today there was no line. I got to enjoy some yogurt. The girls at the drive through were really cautious and courteous!

I used to love this place. I don't do dairy and I loved that I could get a non dairy treat. I went all the darn time. Now they have this Big Pop flavor as the non dairy choice for months on end. This is the only location that literally never changes the flavor. One can only eat pineapple and cherry so many times. It's not like it's at least a basic vanilla or something that you could jazz up with toppings. It's the literal worst. Tried reaching out on social media several times with no response lol. Please please please go back to five stars by adding some variety for those of us who 1) can't or don't want dairy, 2) don't enjoy pineapple cherry for months on end. Please and thanks! read more

Yogurt Mill's hours stated on Yelp and Google aren't right. Went there at 8:30 and they are closed.

I went here last night with my friend, 6/27/2020. While the employees/service was great, I noticed that their portion sizes seem smaller post Covid 19 shelter in place. I ordered a small yogurt, with 2 toppings, hot fudge and sprinkles. Normally Yogurt Mill is pretty generous with their portions and toppings. This time they put about half the topping portions that they normally put. Total came out to $6.69 for a small with two toppings. The portion size didn't seem worth the price this time. While I was in line ordering I heard the manager tell her staff to be careful with the portion size in their shakes. read more

This place does brisk business and the ice-cream/yogurt is quite good. There are always new flavors to try and they do a great job of keeping lines short. The lost stars are for maintenance. They do a terrible job of keeping their indoor and outdoor seating areas clean. Especially on busy evenings . Dropped in yet other night and practically every table on the outside patio was dirty, as were the seats . There wasn't an employee on site that wasn't behind the counter, so there was no one to ask to clean up . Customers try doing their own clean up jobs with napkins but then that leads to napkin litter on the floors . Management needs to do a better job addressing this . Remember guys no one wants to buy ice-cream in a filthy outlet . read more

Do not recommend, if you wana pay what you didnt ask for come here. They served us wrong items and ignored request to fix, also had various issues with paying. Were charged incorrect size and add ons. When asked to fix only changed size but still charged additional fee. Gave up on trying to get employee to understand and just took financial loss. read more

I love Yogurt Mill for the quality but I ordered $16 from them tonight, got all the way home and the order was completely wrong. I drove all the way back to see the same employee who needed a receipt then wanted the order back to replace it...wth Yogurt Mill? At LEAST let me keep the damn f*ck up that you're throwing in the trash anyway. TERRIBLE service to anyone, let alone to a customer unhealthily obsessed with froyo. read more

My daughter loves coming here, so that's the only reason I ever come. We're here at least once a week and I must say there is always a long line. I feel like the ordering menu screen is super bright haha...I want to lower the brightness down, like on my phone! The service is good, but definitely not my favorite place. It is a bit expensive, so the total for my daughter, my son and I was $15 bucks this last time (you can see what I ordered on the pics). I ordered a 16oz smoothie and my kids the heavenly vanilla in a cup and added toppings. Out of all the times I've been here I've only had an issue once and the employee didn't say sorry. I got home and my ice cream wasn't in the bag! Okay, you know that feeling...so I drove all the way back and got my ice cream, that's it. The place is cute and I think they have a patio as well, so that's pretty cool. The only time I did get off my son was running everywhere, so I didn't get to enjoy it. Okay...so it's not my favorite place but I don't hate it. read more

I've been to other Yogurt Mill's in Modesto and never have I had such an unpleasant experience. Walked in to the store and at no point were we even acknowledged; even after standing there for 15 minutes. A simple we'll be right with you would have been nice. There was at least four employees at one point assisting with the drive through orders and one employee with the in-store orders which let me add it was a full store despite the current Covid protocols in most business establishments. Meanwhile you had two employees just standing there chatting it up. Apart from the employee taking the in-store orders everyone else lacked any customer service skills I will for sure 100% never be back to this location. read more

It was great when they finally ventured into Turlock. The drive through is conveniently next to some of my weekly errands! I am thrilled and have visited several times in the last couple of months. When I went the first time, I ordered Oreo Cookie as a topping and received Cookie Dough. They fixed it without issue. The next time I simply said Oreo and it was right. Every time I've gone the staff were professional and polite. Each location has varying flavors, so you have to read the menu at each one or look on Facebook for the day's flavors. If you get anything smaller than a Medium, the toppings will not be layered into your froyo, just the one layer on top. The sizes are very generous--I get a small and it's more than enough! Get a waffle cone with almonds in the bottom. It does not disappoint! read more

Got a Pineapple Whip from Yogurt Mill today. It is one of the best things I have ever tasted in my life. The customer service was outstanding. The employees were so nice and helpful. I could not decide at first and they were so patient and friendly, I appreciate that so much. I have been there at night and the lines are around the corner but that is not the employee's fault. I get frustrated in the long line, but I still keep coming back. I was there the other night and some of the customers were kind of rude and impatient with the employees and it was horrible on the customer's part. I remember when Yogurt Mill was closed on the inside because they did not have enough staff, I don't want to go back to that because the line's get even longer in the drive thru. We have a great store here in Turlock and some pretty awesome employees, Let's try and keep it that way. Yogurt Mill gets extremely busy often and I am sure we have all seen it. Long lines in the drive thru, Crowded on the inside with tons of customers with tons of kids. I wish people would be more patient with the staff because they are doing the best they can. Yogurt Mill keep up the great work and keep the awesome flavors coming back. the cherry mixed with the pineapple to make an old school bomb pop is just as good as the pineapple whip. I never thought anything could be as good. But you proved me wrong in a good way. I think I just might be back tonight to get one too. read more

I've never had a bad experience at this location, but tonight really made me not want to return ever again. The young lady taking orders outside tonight was very kind and friendly. Once I got up to the window to pay with a gift card, the young lady there was extremely rude. She was giving us mean looks, rolling her eyes, and she just did not make me feel welcomed at all. Absolutely no customer service at all. read more

Lacking accuracy and customer service. I asked about a flavor and patrick described it to me pink in color kind of red and when I left I seen it was white. I ate the ice cream thinking maybe its super light pink but then just realized no I was given the wrong flavor so I return and explain he looks at the cup confused. Gives me back a cup that looks chocolatey and whitish. I realized he not only gave me back the correct order he scooped off the toppings from the incorrect order and put them back on the newly replaced one. What was the point of the exchange or return or even correcting the order I have you were still going to put the old and unwanted flavor back on. This is not the only tome I've received incorrect orders. This is just the only time I've went back to get my order corrected. There has to be something going on inside that someone would just completely waste the customers time and disregard their wants or likes. just a thought but what If there was some kind of allergy to a certain flavor and they just went ahead and put the wrong flavor back on with the new cup. Doesn't make sense. read more

Good. But not great. It's so busy that the employees are curt and difficult to understand through the drive thru. Not rude by any means, just confusing. I was also really disappointed by the kids size. I felt SO bad when I got home and pulled my sons out to see it was about 3-4oz. It was a little bigger than what you'd expect a side of ranch dressing to come in. I felt awful and gave him mine. I can't imagine how tiny the mini must be. The flavors are just about as good as any other yogurt chain I've been to. I'll definitely try it again (can't beat a drive thru!). read more

Always good froyo. Staff is friendly even when they are clearly stressed and busy in such a fast paced environment. I like the outdoor patio seating, less loud out there than in the inside. (Music usually loud). Portion size is great. I can order a mini and be satisfied because they pile it high! read more

I can't wait to come back to Turlock just so I can have another bowl of their original tart frozen yogurt. Lovely service and they also have games you can play with your families if your dining in. read more

Pretty dissapointed with the amount of toppings on my yogurt. I had asked for extra cookie dough and extra peanut butter cup. I had maybe 3 tiny chunks of peanut butter cup and just 3 cookie dough balls (although the cookie dough balls were larger) in a large yogurt. Let's just say I might as well have gotten a large vanilla yogurt because that's all I got anyway. read more

I thought I'd give this place a chance but I won't be going back. We went through the drive thru and that may have been our mistake. It was too expensive for the small cup size and the smoothy I purchased was anything but smooth. There were big chunks of ice and the initial aloha flavor disappeared after the first sips. read more

When coming here we were expecting the normal yogurt spot where you make your own but they do it all for you. So you have to wait in line and tell them what you want. Kinda like subway. It was pretty pricey. I think for 2 medium bowls and a kids we paid over $30. My daughter got sprinkles and my husband and I got the confetti cookie dough on ours. The cookie dough was BOMB tho. The yogurt was good it was just pricey and there was no seating inside so we ended up sitting outside in the cold. read more

The yogurt is delicious, however I do noticed the staff needs more training in customer service. You don't get greeted when you walk to the counter, if you ask any questions they just look at it he menu behind them, like telling you to read it yourself. They need to get new friendly staff, or customers are going to go somewhere else. read more

We are regulars at the Roseburg Square location and love it. The AA girl working the drivethru was super rude. Won't return.

Drive through option! Def a safe option during covid. Ice cream is good and drive through lines were always quick.

This is our favorite frozen yogurt spot! The flavors all always changing and they are all DELICIOUS. The kids love coming here and Aeryana is their favorite server! She's always so friendly with the kids and makes them smile every time! A+ service every time! read more

When we were driving we saw this long line at a drive thru and were wondering what restaurant it was for. We were surprised to see it was for a yogurt shop. So after we had dinner we decided to try it out for dessert. I got a mini and my husband got a small. It was over $10. I think that's a bit pricey for the sizes we got. My husband got magic shell on his. It was really gross. It was a very weird consistency. Not quite hard, not quite soft. But it was the taste that was worse. It had salt in it! Not just a salty taste but chunks of salt in the magic shell. He gave me a bite of his yogurt and I couldn't get the salt taste out of my mouth. Why would there be salt in it?! The area at the counter with all the toppings was filthy. There were toppings all over the place which caused them to get all mixed up with each other. We definitely will NOT be back. read more

Had a wonderful experience! Ashley and Dustin were very helpful! I've been coming here since they opened in Turlock, 3 years ago and have been receiving great service ever since! Working in the customer service industry can be very exhausting, but keep up the good work! And remember, you can't always please everyone! read more
