Tonight I ordered peanut butter cup as a topping and was given sour worms instead. I didn't realize this until I got home. The worse part of the drive thru line is often long and very slow. Be prepared to have the wrong order the majority of the time. I recommend Oak Barrel Ice Cream instead. read more

Im extremely disappointed in the service i received here. I initially didn't plan on writing this but couldn't stop thinking about how rude it was. After a long day i wanted to enjoy a yogurt with my friends and the service was extremely poor workers seemed irritated and annoyed with taking orders. They began closing 20 minutes before the posted hours, a worker came by and bluntly told me i had to move from the table i was sitting at because he had to bring in the chairs from the outdoor area so he needed space. I honestly feel the interaction would have gone differently if he would have asked for me and my group to move because but told me he needed the space where i was sitting and that they needed to close. He stood at our table until we left. I was getting ready to wrap up to make sure i was out of the business by the posted closing time. There were other customers sitting in front of me at the time and they seemed to feel uncomfortable from the comment the employees made so they let right after us as well. Extremely bad service. Went in Sunday evening with some friends. 6 people were helping the drive through and NO ONE was helping the lobby. Not the first time I went in and found every employee was helping the drive through while the line at the lobby was out the door. Also the condiment area was extremely messy with ingredients slopped around and intermingling. Not a good situation for those of us who have food allergies. read more

Went through the drive thru today and was very disappointed by the long wait and customer service. There were several cars in line and apparently two with larger orders. The drive-thru line was at a standstill for at least 10 minutes. More than 20 minutes later, I finally placed my order. No apology offered for the wait. When I share the disappointment over the long wait and suggested they have people with large orders pull to the side, I received a variety of excuses from the server and the manager. They did not seem to care a bit about the customer's experience. No offer of a coupon or anything to make up for the long wait. read more

The staff is amazing, foods great, price is great. I feel bad for the staff honestly. Multiple times i have been at the store and seen absolutely absurd behavior from customers. One guy forgot his rewards card and couldnt remember his phone number, so he started yelling and cussing at the employee. Another time i saw a woman place an order and and was upset and started yelling and being rude because they put a lid on her yogurt when she asked for it... This place has good yogurt and I really like the options of toppings. Most of the time I go through the drive-through and it is fast and I also get my order accurate. Service is very slow.... Order for 7 and as you wait for one person to make your order one at a time, the rest of your order is melting on the counter. Just went to Yogurt Mill in Turlock. We have been going to the Modesto (Roseburg) location for years and their yogurt and customer service is the best! When Turlock opened their location we went a few times but the yogurt was not as flavorful, their topping area was so messy, and customer service seemed unfriendly depending on the customer. They have improved on the flavor, now the taste is just like their Modesto locations. We will try not to go to Yogurt Mill in Turlock becuase their customer service was unacceptable today. We went in the evening. The girl who helped us is in need of training. She did not greet us, never smiled, practically yelled at us, and worst of all we got about 50% of the yogurt that we paid for. I questioned her and she yelled back that is what it is. I could not believe it. I also know she did not type in my phone number to get rewards. She went out of her way to be rude. We wondered if it was becuase of the color of our skin? I will not go back to Yogurt Mill in Turlock. read more

Went thru the drive thru today with my dog. The employee who took my order was friendly and the wait wasn't bad at all. She asked if my dog wanted a treat and put some in my bag to go for her. Never dissapointed with yogurt mills froyo! Sure they are a little slow at the moment, but what new food establishment isn't when they are hit with a high volume of people right when they open. They just have to work out the little kinks and find their groove. Just avoid going there peak hours to avoid waiting in line. They are very generous with their yogurt and the make everything for you, you can ask for less or more toppings or have them layered.
