I've been here twice- each time I've asked if any of their ice cream is gluten free. No one knows and no one is ever willing to look or get the info. I sat with nothing this time. read more

Lately the line has been so long and it seems like there is no one working the drive thru so I decided to go inside. There are hardly any workers inside, so some girl, named Karly I think, comes to help out out front after I've been waiting for a long time. She is very rude and makes my order wrong. She was being so rude that I didn't even ask for her to fix it. Yogurt was over $6 and toppings are 65 CENTS!!! Over priced and bad customer service!! read more

Mine and my boyfriends first time coming in. We didn't know how or what to order so we asked. The employees were all very nice and more than willing to help us find something we like. Definitely coming back. read more

Yogurt Mill - Cookies and cream with crushed Oreo, chocolate chips, and brownies bits. Mango berry with mango flavored boba. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Turlock, California

I use to enjoy coming here and when you could go inside it was fine but they mess up i. Drive thru orders very often. Tonight I ordered peanut butter cup as a topping and was given sour worms instead. I didn't realize this until I got home. The worse part of the drive thru line is often long and very slow. Be prepared to have the wrong order the majority of the time. I recommend Oak Barrel Ice Cream instead. read more

Im extremely disappointed in the service i received here. I initially didn't plan on writing this but couldn't stop thinking about how rude it was. After a long day i wanted to enjoy a yogurt with my friends and the service was extremely poor workers seemed irritated and annoyed with taking orders. They began closing 20 minutes before the posted hours, a worker came by and bluntly told me i had to move from the table i was sitting at because he had to bring in the chairs from the outdoor area so he needed space. I honestly feel the interaction would have gone differently if he would have asked for me and my group to move because but told me he needed the space where i was sitting and that they needed to close. He stood at our table until we left. I was getting ready to wrap up to make sure i was out of the business by the posted closing time. There were other customers sitting in front of me at the time and they seemed to feel uncomfortable from the comment the employees made so they let right after us as well. Will not be coming back to this location. read more

I went through the other night for the first time trying this place out and it was amazing! I was greeted by Madison at the window with such an amazing attitude. Highly recommend this place! Great staff and amazing yogurt. read more

Normally does really well. This time some brainiac decides to make the a small yogart in a cup upsidedown??? So now it is all incased in the dam lid and it's not being eaten until hours from purchasing. I added to yelp because I do not understand the stupidity of it and No One answers the phone there?!?!?! read more

Extremely bad service. Went in Sunday evening with some friends. 6 people were helping the drive through and NO ONE was helping the lobby. Not the first time I went in and found every employee was helping the drive through while the line at the lobby was out the door. Also the condiment area was extremely messy with ingredients slopped around and intermingling. Not a good situation for those of us who have food allergies. read more

This week is their "Week of Happiness" and for the kick off today was free child's yogurt. I was not aware of this promotion yet still came in with my nieces and little sister. Paid full price for all kids' yogurts no big deal, however, every person in line after me with a child was receiving this discount without mentioning it. Disappointed that the employee working didn't try to correct her mistake read more

Just went here the other day and had to throw out my shake because it tasted like something had spoiled.

The web site says the flavors rotate daily, but the menu has been the same for 10 days. big bop is getting old, where is the other fruit flavors. Freeze the menu when the good flavors like pom pucker & green apple are on it. please start rotating it again, or stop saying that you do rotate it. read more

Yogurt Mill is the place for a refreshing and tasty treat. It's a must stop for me anytime I'm in Turlock. I just had a Pineapple Sorbet Chiller with strawberries and it was DELICIOUS. Mikayla provided outstanding customer service, very courteous and effecient, an amazing experience. Keep up the great job Mikayla. See you guys soon. Pete M. read more

The Yogurt was delicious, but the place was disgustingly dirty. All of the tables needed to be wiped down and the floor needed to be swept. Only one employee out of the five that were working seemed to be professional. read more

The convenient drive thru and the friendliness of the staff bring me back every time! Not to mention all of the delicious froyo flavors and shakes! It's also a great place to go and hangout in between classes at CSU Stanislaus since it's right down the street! Seriously the BEST. read more

Love the Yogurt Mill. Nice variety of flavors and friendly service, both inside and at the drive-through. For the best value I will order a larger size then share with my husband. Very generous portion sizes too? read more

I love it. For what i pay i get a lot more valume. It is a good date spot. Good yougorts. Only one problem they dont have a verity of water base products for people that have lactos tolerance. Only 1 or 2 options which not a great ones. Look into it CEO. read more

Went through the drive thru today and was very disappointed by the long wait and customer service. There were several cars in line and apparently two with larger orders. The drive-thru line was at a standstill for at least 10 minutes. More than 20 minutes later, I finally placed my order. No apology offered for the wait. When I share the disappointment over the long wait and suggested they have people with large orders pull to the side, I received a variety of excuses from the server and the manager. They did not seem to care a bit about the customer's experience. No offer of a coupon or anything to make up for the long wait. read more

Love this location. Always do drive thru and they never disappoint. Service is always good and sweet. Sometimes I see this place with an enormous line but they still get it going and have patience for the rest. Will most definitely continue going to this location. read more

The staff is amazing, foods great, price is great. I feel bad for the staff honestly. Multiple times i have been at the store and seen absolutely absurd behavior from customers. One guy forgot his rewards card and couldnt remember his phone number, so he started yelling and cussing at the employee. Another time i saw a woman place an order and and was upset and started yelling and being rude because they put a lid on her yogurt when she asked for it... So props to the employees and their hardwork. Shame on all of the crazy unrealistic expectations wanting public that think its ok to be an asshole to people. read more

I have to say that I enjoyed their product but not much else. I felt like the staff was very rude to us. My boyfriend and I were told stand aside while a family behind us in line was helped per the manager, and then checked out while my boyfriend stood in line with out assistance from staff & I had been served totally. That makes no sense at all & was disappointing. I have no interest in returning to an establishment who treats their customers this way. read more

Best yogurt in the 209! Always so friendly and happy. Best tasting flavors!! :) Family fav!!!

Man I had high hopes for this place. How can you go wrong with Frozen yogurt?! DRIVE THRU FROZEN YOGURT?! Oh but you can! Skimpy toppings, not even inside just on top, the choices are mediocre I just really didn't like it at all. Yogolicious is where I'll be spending the rest of my yogurt eating days no doubt. read more

Love this place! Service can be slow and the cup sometimes can have a large empty spot but the flavors are great and the service is nice.

Super happy that Yogurt Mill is close to home now! Great place to chill and beat the heat. I love the outdoor sitting area.

Service is very slow.... Order for 7 and as you wait for one person to make your order one at a time, the rest of your order is melting on the counter. And when you question it all you get is would you like me to put it in the freezer while you wait! They ran out of vanilla and a couple others while we were ordering... Pretty bad for a yogurt shop to run out at 8:30 on a Saturday! Will not return to this place! If I could give a negative star they would get several! read more

Went thru the drive thru today with my dog. The employee who took my order was friendly and the wait wasn't bad at all. She asked if my dog wanted a treat and put some in my bag to go for her. I thought that was especially nice because then I could wait until we got home so we could enjoy both our treats together :) overall speedy, friendly service..& of course delicious yogurt! read more

This place has good yogurt and I really like the options of toppings. Most of the time I go through the drive-through and it is fast and I also get my order accurate. I would just recommend for them to have more dairy free options for those that cannot eat regular yogurt. But you guys should check it out! read more

Yogurt Mill - Yummy - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Turlock, California

Other customers with complaints about accuracy and attitudes are SPOT ON! If you have to go there it might be safer to walk in and actually watch them prepare your order rather than drive thru.Trying to correct their error is not received well. I won't patronize this particular location again. read more

Yummy flavors and plenty of topping choices and great smoothies, too. Thank you Aeryana for your friendly service!!

Love love all the great flavors that they carry. This spot is a favorite for my kids and always get great service from Aeryana

Love yogurt mill. So glad to finally have one in Turlock! They have the best fro yo around! Only down side is they are on the slow side; but, it is newly opened and I am sure they will get into their groove at some point. They are all very nice there and will give you tastings of anything you ask for. Omg, pumpkin pie is IN!!! Get.it!!!! read more

Never dissapointed with yogurt mills froyo! Sure they are a little slow at the moment, but what new food establishment isn't when they are hit with a high volume of people right when they open. They just have to work out the little kinks and find their groove. Just avoid going there peak hours to avoid waiting in line. They are very generous with their yogurt and the make everything for you, you can ask for less or more toppings or have them layered. Always look forward to froyo time at the mill and glad there's one closer to me now read more

The workers slack!! I have been calling to hear the flavors (like any regular yogurt mill customer would) and I don't know what kind of young teen slackers are there but they have not been posting their flavors on the flavor line. Now I go to Yogurt Mill in Modesto they're amazing! The workers are responsible and leave their flavors everyday on the flavor line. Now that is a way to keep up clientele! Don't waste your time at Turlock driving to see the flavors just call the one in Modesto! Slackers. read more

Great to have a yogurt mill in Turlock. Tons of things to choose from. Whenever I'm close by I make sure to get something

Just went to Yogurt Mill in Turlock. We have been going to the Modesto (Roseburg) location for years and their yogurt and customer service is the best! When Turlock opened their location we went a few times but the yogurt was not as flavorful, their topping area was so messy, and customer service seemed unfriendly depending on the customer. They have improved on the flavor, now the taste is just like their Modesto locations. We will try not to go to Yogurt Mill in Turlock becuase their customer service was unacceptable today. We went in the evening. The girl who helped us is in need of training. She did not greet us, never smiled, practically yelled at us, and worst of all we got about 50% of the yogurt that we paid for. I questioned her and she yelled back that is what it is. I could not believe it. I also know she did not type in my phone number to get rewards. She went out of her way to be rude. We wondered if it was becuase of the color of our skin? I will not go back to Yogurt Mill in Turlock. read more
