The froyo here is AMAZING! Friendly staff that always has a smile on their face & gives us great customer service! Very clean and tidy in there. Lots of room to sit and tons of toppings and flavors to choose from. My personal favorite yogurt place! read more

Waited 15 min. Inside store, before offered service. No apology, servers didn't care. Serena was manager and she was as cold as the yogurt. Drive through better! read more

great service, love their conference room this is our fav family place to get treats read more

Very poor customer service and the staff had given us an extremely awful experience. Staff was rude and had terrible attitude besides not knowing how to handle large group of customers coming in. I was trying to buy ice cream shakes and sorbet for my family when the staff only took one order and walked away, made us wait and wonder if he's going to be back to ask about the rest of our order while at the same watching other customers getting orders by other staff. So when I asked why he still had not taken the rest of our order, he rudely answered " Do you expect me to remember everything?" I was shocked about the response. We are new to town so I was trying to give my kids a nice experience by taking them to a place where I thought would give us a pleasant experience based on some reviews but we were clearly mistaken... Some poor reviews here were right, staff were slack and undertrained about customer service and obviously favors to serve certain demographic in this predominantly White and Hispanic town. Management needs to train their staff and their supervisor about customer service. read more

I'm all for frozen yogurt however; I'm not a big fan of them putting the toppings for you and if you get more you get charged extra. My three stars is based on the sole fact that you can't put toppings on by yourself and that they charge a bit extra for additional toppings depending on the size because I don't like being limited to one or two toppings. I like being creative with toppings but not too creative. However; for the customer service I give 5 stars because the girl that helped me showed quality customer service and was very friendly. I like seeing quality customer service as opposed to employees that don't understand that quality customer service goes a long way. Trust me, I've been to many places and have encountered many employees at stores or any other place that shouldn't be in a place where customer service is given. I'll be back at Yogurt Mill despite the fact that I can't be creative on my toppings lol. I just like the pistachio frozen yogurt. read more

The first time I had YM was at their Modesto location. It was great so when I found out Turlock was going to get one, we were all so excited. I visit the Turlock location probably once a week. I love it and the kids do as well. It has the best flavors & toppings. Being a mom on the go, the drive thru is so convenient and it moves very fast. read more

Yogurt has a weird after taste. Not good. And not worth the long wait in line.

I've easily gone here at least 10 times in the past month. I usually go through the drive thru every couple days or so. I went today 7/18/17 and ordered a small yogurt and a kids yougurt. When I drove up and she opened the window I proceeded to tell her that I had ordered a child's and a small because she had given both the same size and I wasn't going to give my daughter that much yogurt. She then looked at me with a dumb look and simply turned her back on me and called her manager I believe (which was very nice) and then just walked away after she thought I didn't see her sour face when she was turned. I was having a good day until I went here and the girl who's name is REGINA pissed me the heck off. I go to your establishment to purchase your product and you still give me a freaking attitude when YOU got the order wrong?! Regina, if you don't want to work there and hate your job that much maybe you should find a new one and stop giving the customers that go there attitude because your having a bad day. I will keep going there because I like the yogurt but they really need to get their attitude together because I'm a customer and I hardly want to be dealing with a rude employee when I'm just trying to enjoy my yogurt! read more

By far the best frozen yogurt I have ever had, tried the Pumpkin Pie shake, Wild Strawberry Cheesecake Swirl, absolutely delish!!! Drive-thru feature is soooo nice. read more

Place was packed so we thought the yogurt must be awesome. Wrong it was just okay. Place looks nice the usual toppings. Yelp is making me write more. read more

I was a regular customer until recently. First if you are allergic to anything (peanuts, peanut butter etc.) be extremely careful as they tend to find their way into other toppings. Confusion as to what "layered topping" means and how much. Not consistant definitions with the staff. Recently I ended up with food poisoning. Unfortunately not my first go around with this. I ended up in ER and seems they have documented other cases as well. My husband thought frozen would kill all bacteria causing illness. Apparently it is common if the machines are not cleaned properly or often enough. CLEAN YOUR MACHINES! read more

Employees were unhelpful and rude. Very poor customer service. When I pointed out the server's error, they didn't even try to fix it, but kept doing things wrong. When I asked for the manager, an "assistant manager" intervened and instead of correcting the mistake, she gave me nothing but attitude. Maybe I'll come here again when the staff grows up and learn some respect. read more

Im happy they are here for sure. When its hot a good cold yogurt with fruit toppings hits the spot. It smells good inside too snd people are nice at this place. read more

My husband and i came in the other day and we had to wait in line for almost 10 min before we ordered, however this was not the fault of the employees, seeing as there was only 2 of them working and one was helping cars at the window. Also the people in front of us sampled almost every flavor which was extremely annoying. Overall it was a good experience but you need to staff the place better! no one wants to wait that long. me giving 4 stars is being generous but that's because i loved the yogurt so much! read more

The yogurt here is good not the best but good but customer service is horrible I emailed them for messing up my order and they haven't responded it's been a few days now and still no response. I had ordered a pumpkin cheesecake and a cookies and creme I didn't realize till I got home that they made both the same flavor I couldn't find a Number to contact them but I did find the flavor hotline read more

Friendly faces as soon as you walk in. Great and very clean dining area. Endless samples and toppings. (They put the toppings in the middle of your yogurt too.) We live closer to another one but this one is worth the 30 minute drive. read more

This place has good yogurt dont get me wrong. However they are very unorganized. Like they dont know who order what. So lost and confused. I had one employee who was being a huge B to me. I wanted to really punch this employee. I contacted the manger regarding this individual attitude and the manger never returned my call to make it right. I will never go back there. Very sloppy place. Run shit better. read more

I love yogurt mill! Unfortunately this one has failed to meet expectations on more than one occasion. Tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. After ordering I pulled up to the window to pick up my small and child's sized yogurt only to hear the girl working the front say she couldn't close the lid on my child's size. A guy then came over and said do this, as he proceeded to put a spoon in my yogurt and throw away a huge spoonful! Which if you have ordered a child's you know is basically 1/3 of it!! I don't think they will be getting anymore of my business anytime soon. Super disappointed and hopefully the employees are addressed about how wasteful that was as well. read more

THE BEST PLACE FOR YOGURT IN TOWN!!!! They always serve delicious yogurt. Have been here many times, never disappointed. I Love YM!!!

I love their yogurt. This is by far the best place in town. However, I only wish they would be more allergy friendly in the sense of having a list of what flavor is or isn't gluten free. I have celiac disease and I can't have anything with gluten in it. The staff, as nice as they are, are not very trained when it comes to allergy information for their yogurt. When asked they assumed all yogurt flavors have gluten except the sugar free ones and the sorbets. That's not accurate at all. Most yogurt places have the allergens listed on the yogurt itself. I wish yogurt mill would do that, or at the very least least, have an updated list of gluten free flavors. It would be much appreciated!!! read more

Yogurt mill is delicious to be honest but today I went for my third time and I was not satisfied. I went in the room to watch a movie it took forever so I asked them to turn on a movie they said they were right on it and they never ended up putting it on. I'm very surprised that the worker didn't take the time to satisfy their customer, because the place was absolutely empty which pissed me off even more. I also hate how the women who works here put all my toppings on the side of my yogurt which led to a lot of frustration. I just need to vent that's all bye now. read more

I love yogurt and I go here often, but it never seems to fail that the staff continuously messes up my order. Great yogurt when done right but it is rarely done correctly. Poor staff. read more

First of all, every time I come through the drive thru, which is roughly once a week, I have to repeat my whole order to the lady on the drive thru speaker. I always let it go because it's not the end of the world and the yogurt is good. However, this time, the same thing happened AND there were several things wrong with my order. I ordered two yogurts, one of them was missing a topping which I paid extra for, the one with the missing topping had a topping on it that was supposed to be on the other yogurt and one of them had nilla wafers as a topping and there was only one. When I got up to the window it was the same girl that took my order and she is also the person working the cash drawer taking orders inside. Seems that I've realized the issue of her constantly needing customers to repeat their orders because she's not paying attention to customers individually. I'm sure I'm not the only person recognizing this issue but something needs to change on there end because it's a major inconvenience and will eventually cause me to go elsewhere. read more

I love the Yogurt Mill in Modesto, so I was very excited when it finally came to Turlock. However, the Turlock location still needs a lot of improvement. For starters, there are not nearly enough employees helping inside. There are usually 1 or 2 employees helping the customers in the store which leads to lines to the door and a ridiculous wait time. My other issue is that the yogurt can sometimes be amazing and creamy, and other times be not so good. My last cookies and cream contained ice crystals which was extremely disappointing considering how long I waited. They also do not put nearly enough toppings, and it is frustrating when you come and they do not have the flavor you were hoping for. Overall, yogurt mill USUALLY has the best yogurt in town, but sometimes it can leave you more than disappointed. read more

The past few times I've called, the only dairy free product is coconut milk. They need to make more flavors available because there are a lot of people who don't eat dairy. read more

The yogurt shakes are amazing !!! However , there is this girl who is rude! Seems to hate her job! She's dealing with costumers that are kids and she has this blank face! Did no smile once when I was in there not even to the children. They need to take her out! She kills the vibe! read more

My post is for the owners and management. Please be aware of the unfortunate lack of customer service happening at the location on Geer Rd in Turlock. The employees are NOT NOT NOT equally trained and it's been this way from the VERY beginning of the store's opening. Some charge different prices for toppings (layering and not) when others have it on lock, some completely fill the cups when others don't, some make smooth yogurt others not so much, some have excellent customer interaction when others should never EVER work with people, some understand how to give change and others are clueless (I was given 8 dimes for .80$ in change. When I asked if I could have quarters instead, she was completely confused. Another employee had to help her). These young people are likely attempting their first experience at a job, management, PLEASE properly train them so you're not setting them up for failure. Put IN TRAINING on their name tags where applicable so your customers are aware they may be nervous, slow, trying to absorb all that's coming at them in a face-paced store. The training MUST be consistent across the board so we all know what to expect no matter what time of any day. Maybe consider asking people in line if they know what they want without tasting, one of the employees can go out to the line and take their order on paper, return to the machines and crank out their order while others are tasting samples and deciding on their orders. You have an excellent product, treat it right, treat us right! We're here to support your business, please don't compromise quality! Thank you! read more
