The employees who work here are amazing! They get super busy and every time I come they never disappoint with their costumer service. I could only imagine how overwhelming it gets for them with how busy they get all the time! Their yogurt is amazing and a decent price for how big the portions are. Today I decided to go inside and their line was outside! The young lady who helped me was super helpful and gave me a whole bunch of recommendations. I didn't catch her name but I think she was the manger on shift as the other employees kept asking her questions. There was also a young gentleman helping a group in front of me and I noticed how polite and nice he was being. Yogurt Mill is an amazing example of how all fast food places should be ran! read more

I had such a wonderful experience at this location compared to the others. I believe the employee that helped me today was Riley. She was so patient with my indecisiveness and helped me to decide on a vegan option. read more

This was a tricky review to craft because of how surprised we were of the response from the employee at the ordering area in the drive-thru. It was really disappointing because on their menus selections in the drive-thru they have less than 5 from what I viewed, sugar free or no sugar added yogurt selections and zero information listed for the paying consumer of the "net" carbs in each supposedly sugarless yogurt. I politely asked the female through the speaker what the carbs and or net carbs were for a serving of the chocolate batter yogurt. She did not know. When she returned several moments later she nervously stated information she obtained from another employee. Yet she did not clarify if that number represented a serving nor what the serving size was. She guessed at 1/3 of a cup then was unable to explain what size yogurt I would need to purchase to try the yogurt in question. If a business is exchanging product for money then every employee should be trained on these types of questions. Particularly for those needing a no sugar and or no sugar added foods. I wanted to treat my mother who is a senior citizen who doesn't eat sugar to this business as I've been driving by it for greater than 3 years so she and I were very unpleasantly shocked and disappointed with the lack of genuine service and nonchalant bothered disposition of those involved in this sale. Lastly, I politely requested from this same employee to receive a food/yogurt ingredients list and was turned away saying they don't have one . What? read more

Basically one of the only places for drive through dessert. With that; the line is almost always a wait. Plan for that. Especially in the evenings. They close at 10pm which is nice when you decide you DO want dessert 2 hours after dinner . I've been here quite often and there hasn't been a lot of consistency. Which is odd. I order the same thing almost every time. That hasn't stopped me from ordering there though. read more

What a wonderful afternoon treat to have with my family. The variety of yogurts was incredible and then you have an amazing variety of toppings. Like I said what a wonderful treat. You could choose to dine inside where the tables where clean and the air conditioning was on. Inside the as well have a conference/birthday separate room for events. This location also has a convenient and fast drive thru. The staff was friendly. Is recommend this location for any one or family looking to enjoy their day with a delightful treat. Yogurt Mill always has the best frozen yogurt, but their service has been lacking recently. Forgetting toppings has become common (toppings are expensive!), and sometimes the toppings are a lot more sparse than they used to be. Little touches like that make a big difference in the experience, I'll still stop by, but I've been getting ice cream at the grocery store more often now, because I know exactly what I'll be getting there. read more

I'm sorry, I hate complaining or posting a negative review but I feel this is pretty ridiculous.. PROS- good yogurt, clean and there's a drive thru. CONS- way too pricey, they give you hardly any yogurt and really not the best customer service. I'm really disappointed with this specific Yogurt Mill. read more

I love their service and variety of choices. I always like that they are involved with the community and have lots of fundraisers.

This specific yogurt mill is horrible. Very unfriendly staff and the "flavors of the day" are always the same and suck. I hope they close down sooner rather than later read more

10$ for a classic shake is insane. The Manger Andrea is super rude, luckily the employe Lyndzie was super sweet and great at what she does.

Nice variety of flavors and toppings. The service was a bit slow but it was good yogurt!!

This is our weekly stop. We stopped here first thing this morning and one of the flavors had a hiccup and the register wasn't working but Jayden had a smile on his face the whole time. He has always been very nice and maintains a great attitude no matter what. read more

Went into The Mill yesterday and had the best fast food experience I've had since 05! LOL! The store was immaculate, and the staff were running around cleaning spotless counters!! I ordered the new Great White Bite flavor and trust me friends.... it did not disappoint!!! The staff were very welcoming and explained the flavor to me!!! Who knew shark week could be so fun? My husband Bob got the Vanilla Bean with bananas, and he said it reminded him of malts from his teenage years. My time here was nothing short of awesome, and the customer service was certainly on par. Yogurt and people that are beautiful and smart!! It's a yes for me YM read more

Doesn't take Apple Pay not even during a time that there's so many germs and covid everywhere. Not pleased.

Waited in line for 20 minutes at 9:40 and pulled up to the order screen at LITERALLY 10:01 only for them to say they won't take our order, but they took the car in front of us's order. read more

FINALLY! After much anticipation Turlock finally has a Yogurt Mill of our very own! As a former Modesto resident, I was one of the many fans of Yogurt Mill on Roseburg. After moving to Turlock I unfortunately did not go to Modesto often enough to get my fro yo fix. Fast forward a couple of years and dreams really do come true! The new location is very convenient and centrally located. It is housed in the same building as Little Cesar's which is also a drive through. Talk about a one stop meal! Dinner and dessert without exiting your vehicle. The frozen yogurt is amazing! So delicious and refreshing! Many flavors to choose from as well. You can call their phone number to find out what flavors are available that day. Yogurt Mill is definitely THE place to go for your frozen yogurt cravings! read more

Love going to Turlock Yogurt Mill!! They have so many flavors and great customer service!! Whenever I go in all the tables are so clean and such a nice place to "hang out" and enjoy my treat! read more

This location lacks customer service, speed and accuracy. Horrible! I waited over 40 min in the drive thru and once I got up to the order screen I had to introduce myself as a customer and they stated "what do you want?". I ordered and then once I got to the window AFTER they charged me they told me they didn't have my flavor and then told me they didn't have the topping I ordered. And then I saw my order that he just made me sitting on the counter and he took another order. Once I got home I realized he gave me the complete wrong flavors. Like I stated...they lack customer service, speed and accuracy. read more

The Yogurt Mill Turlock always has friendly staff and very professional. Last time I was in, I was impressed by the staff and how they handled themselves, it was very busy and yet they greeted each person and they patiently were willing to explain the menu and get the orders completed in a timely manner. Then as I came up to the register it would not work, but everyone was calm, and even someone came from the back to help out and within a few minutes everything was running smoothly. It impressed me that every staff member helped each other. They continued to get the all the orders out as quickly as possible. They worked very well together. It was nice to see the Great Teamwork. read more

We usually come here and have a good experience! Tonight just ruined it for us. The girl at the window got one of my drinks incorrectly. As she was handing my drinks out I noticed one did not look like the picture and I let her know it wasn't correct. Instead of honoring their mistake they asked for my card back and refunded me then charged the new amount. It was only $2 difference but still this wasn't my fault. I usually get asked if I want whip on my drink and wasn't asked tonight which I guess was good thing because when they handed me my husbands correct drink, the whip was all melted. read more

Quite possibly the worst frozen yogurt place you will ever go in this area. Avoid avoid avoid! The yogurt is super nasty and taste like it has been frozen for years, literally no taste and you can almost taste the ice from being frozen so long. The staff here was super rude and she seemed annoyed that we were even there. When preparing our order she did a poor job and again seemed annoyed. When I asked her for a sample she said we aren't allowed to because of Covid. And I am like thinking how does that have to do with Covid? You give me a throwaway cup to taste it in, you aren't gonna be resting the spoon. If I would have had a taste I wouldn't have ordered anything because again it was so gross. Couldn't finish what I ordered because of it. Waste of money for sure. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!! read more

So disappointed in with this place. The last three times I got the incorrect order. I've stay in line for 30 plus minutes to just pay $6.20 for an item. I didn't order so just end up tossing it into the garbage. I tried calling for a refund but unable to leave a message. Horrible customer service. read more

The yogurt here is very good. My concerns are the prices and what you you receive for those prices. Recently, the price for a waffle cone with yogurt and one topping increased over one dollar to $7.10. No matter what you receive, this seems like an outrageous amount to pay for an ice cream cone. On top of that, a number of the servers provide skimpy portions. What happened to receiving value for what you pay? read more

just came back from Yogurt mill. Id never have an issue ordering yogurt till tonight. I went to the drive thru around 8:30pm. I pull up to order and a young gentleman in his teens was being very rude and unprofessional while taking our order. He was taking our order with an attitude. If you don't like the job buddy. Quit. Get your hands dirty for once. read more

I'm obsessed. The quality of the yogurt is amazing. And I love how they pair 2 flavors together that really compliment each other. Other yogurt places have really water yogurt but yogurt mills froyo is creamy. And the flavors are delicious! My favorites are the salted caramel pretzel and oatmeal cookie. Amazing!!! There is a great variety of toppings as well. The last time I went Vanessa helped me out. She was very sweet, helpful, and patient as we waited for my kids to figure out what they wanted. Young staff can sometime be tricky and impatient with the little ones but she was really nice. I'll totally be back! We are hooked on yogurt mill!! read more

Gave it another shot ordered the nutter butter ice cream cone and they handed it over in a cup most topping fell into the large cup and no nutter butter cookies?? No gloves no napkins! In the future, the young lady on the headset that was working tonight in the light blue shirt. Should wait until the person is done ordering to ring them up. She gave me a cup on the side of the fruit I had asked to be mixed in my yogurt. I didn't pay $6 to be given a cup of fruit. I asked her to remake my order and she said they'd given me a lot of fruit in the cup? Wtf. She also didn't give me my receipt she just turned around and started talking to another employee. I got the Rainbow açaí bowl today here and it completely tasted rotten, i keep giving it a try but this shit honestly makes my stomach hurt with how bad it taste (not allergic to any of the ingredients, just taste like if the items were sitting in the fridge way past expiration date) and the nausea it's giving me, i also ended up getting a frozen yogurt and ended up finding a hair inside, i don't know if it was the workers that specifically worked this shift but it's the 4th time coming here to see if it'll get any better, i'm pretty disappointed with the items and service i received today here at yogurt mill. read more

I rarely go to yogurt mill and today is Sunday 3rd approx 2:00pm and the lady taking the orders was extremely rude and when I met her at front I gave her my card she didn't say thank you and there was another employee there a male and she had him give me my order because apparently she did not like the questions that I was asking. I haven't been so when I was asking about the flavors she said it's under flavors??? It's really sad that these employees as our young generation lacks customer service skills. Poor customer service! The employer should teach the employees to always smile and say thank you because that's probably one of the last times that I'll go there again. read more

First time at yogurt mill. We walk in my son, my fiancé, and I and no one even said welcome or looked up to let us know they would be will us in a minute. I stood there for 5 minutes waiting so I walk to the register where I'm still ignored a family comes in they all say welcome and then immediately start take their order. So I say excuse me how do I order Eliana then says what do you want then rolls her eyes I order and she stops me mid way and says that they only do the shake in 16oz in a rude tone I say okay then sit down until my order was done. I walk up to pay and she rolls her eyes and says the total. I gave her my card, she pays then rolls her eyes and just walks offs. I never once spoke to her in a rude tone I was just confused on how to order since I've never been. She immediately was rude Nd had an attitude. My fiancé even was saying what was her problem. She needs some more training forsure and id rather go else where. read more

Not very happy about the service received this evening. Normally we get outstanding service with no complaints but tonight our ice cream is on the short side. $9 for a child size and a small ice cream is a lot of money especially when it looks like what I was given. Maybe the person trained didn't know how to serve ice cream but personally I feel like I didn't get what I paid for. Pictures posted are what I received. This is before I ate any. read more
