Went here with my kids and nephews and Eyana made the experience great! Kids were excited and being loud yet she still made them happy.

Always great! Ordered out a couple times. Very good, love the yogurt. Yummy, I highly recommend this place!

Went to Yogurt Mill tonight, ordered 4 smalls and then when we got home (which was across town), opened the bag to find that 3 of the 4 orders were made wrong. Called to see about getting them fixed and the only option was I was given was to drive back tonight (9pm) and to bring the messed up orders back. When asked if I could come back tomorrow, I was told no. Mia and Ashely were no help and didn't care that they messed up our orders. Definitely not going back to this location. read more

I feel like I was robbed. I ordered from the yogurt mill app and got delivery. I got a medium extra topping of animal cookies and the container is filled with cookie sprinkles and walnuts. There were maybe 3 cookies. I was going to give two stars but while writing this, I realized that some employee made a conscious decision to do this. read more

Best ever! Homemade recipes for smooth creamy frozen yogurt. Several locations in the valley with a huge need to expand to many other cities. I don't know if they franchise but it would be a money maker. Great training for their teammates helps the service quality over and over. You won't be disappointed & you'll end up going there over and over. Don't let the long line trip you up bc the goods are worth the wait & usually it's no more than 10 minutes on a busy night. read more

Yogurt is great but I spent 34 bucks and change only to get 1/2 of my order! When I talked to Isabelle she stated she saw bag 2 in the freezer but she could not reimburse me! She said I could pick it up later in the week! Unfortunately very unprofessional and way too expensive not to get my full order! read more

I came in tonight and was happily surprised with a BOGO deal. I had no idea it was going on until the nice girls at the window let me know! I appreciate them sharing that with me since I wasn't aware read more

I don't usually love doing reviews but this seemed to be the best way to get through. I also usually love going to YM tonight was customer service at its worst. Specifically the girls in pink and orange. First we went through drive through. The girl repeatedly got what we asked for wrong. Then kept saying cupcake for a flavor. Girl the screen doesn't say cupcake so stop talking to us like we're dumb. One word answers from there. Couldn't figure out the gift card so passed us off. We got our receipt and items still was wrong. My husband went in to get the correct item. He stood in line and the same girls were talking badly about him and I. If you going to be irritated take it off the floor. We weren't going to say anything until that happened and he still never said anything while inside. Just got the correct yogurt and walked out.. Speak kindly and listen to the customers. Gossip isn't for you. That and you never know who is listening. We love YM but I won't deal with service like that. read more

My go to is the chai chocolate chip so good ! Will always be my fave! And they have the best dog treats!

They had me order and pay right when I got into the drive thru. It took 30 minutes for me to get to the window even though there could have been no more than 7 cars in front of me. When I get to the window I still had to wait for them to make my order. The girl read me back my order and after a couple minutes a guy had to come out and tell me that they didn't have everything I wanted. I had to pay in advance for something I didn't even get. I had time to write this review and still haven't received my order. Had I not already paid I would have just left. After we got home we discovered that they made the cups wrong. 30 mins , no blueberries, and they still got my order wrong. I should have just driven to the one off Oakdale, they have WAY better service and they will get you out in a reasonable amount of time. read more

this is the best, Yogurt hands-down. It's also the most reasonable and I believe most fresh in Modesto area. There are other yogurt places, but this one is best. Plus I go through the drive-through. I like the convenience of not having to get out of the car I especially like when it's real busy they actually have someone come out to the car take your order moves along a little quicker. read more

Two stars because we LOVE Yogurt Mill. It is our go-to dessert spot in valley & a family favorite. You can't go wrong with the flavor and topping selections. We previously went to Oakdale exclusively but since moving Roseburg is now our "home store" and YIKES, the customer service is not there. There is little to no consistency in the product or experience you will get. We went last night & tonight and both of the experiences left our family questioning what is going on. A $10 (not exaggerating) strawberry cheesecake shake is not even filled to the top AND we watched the counter girl putting MAYBE one scoop of strawberries in which is why it's lacking flavor & color. We always order and request they put it in a larger cup, (which they've always done happily as long as we are in lobby, not drive thru). We also gladly pay for layered toppings. Tonight it was maybe a dime-size dollop of peanut butter sauce and Reese's CRUMBS. Other times we get the most happy worker who makes great products. Please work on this to ensure proper training & better product consistency. read more

The differences between the city & the valley are obvious & straightforward. It's an easy argument that the city has everything, while the valley is the opposite. But one great thing you have here in Modesto that we don't have in SF? A drive-thru frozen yogurt shoppe. There's nothing better to chase away the 100 plus degree summer temperatures than heading over to Yogurt Mill. The flavors are both traditional & current. Red velvet? Key lime? Pumpkin? Done, done, & done. Dairy free sorbet? Sugar free? Done & done. Toppings? There are too many to list. Whatever your topping preferences are, you'll be happy here. The sizing is on steroids. The smallest cup is enough to fill me up! If you go larger, you better park & nosh! It will be messy, & dangerous! They change the flavors daily. You can call & listen to their flavors of the day hotline. What's great about this location versus the Oakdale Road one is its proximity to Graceada Park. Frozen yogurt in the park? What's more summer than that? Unless you go to the beach or a pool, nothing, right? 5 stars. read more

Love the variety, all the kids are super nice working counter. But they really need to rethink the drive thru it's 7:17 on Sunday evening and I am still 5 cars back from order kiosk. Oh did I mention I got in line at 6:50. On this occasion I was unable to go inside as I had brought my dog with me and can't leave her in car alone. But even the line inside is long and slow. Don't get me wrong the product is Awesome and I am sitting in line waiting but at same time has to be a better way to service a drive through lane. If Starbucks can get 13 cars through in under 10 minutes ... you would think Yogurt mill could get 7 through in less than 40 minutes it's now 7:25 and I am next to order ... yeah read more

They have the best staff and the best froyo! They have some very vegan varieties and others that suit your dietary needs. They are nice to the consumer and are easy to deliver to people as well! We happened to be in the area and we decided to have Yogurt Mill (YM). I love YM but I feel they might be getting too big for their britches. I ordered three kids and two minis with one having toppings. It came out to a whopping $17 and some change. Did the prices go up? I was floored. The part that really got me was the topping was 80 cents and the amount they put on the mini was pretty disappointing. Like I said, I love YM but it's getting a bit pricey and a bit more stingy. Look at the picture I provided and tell me if this is the YM we all know. read more

This is a very good yogurt place. Good quality food and handling the pandemic well. One thing I love about this place is that they have a drive thru! So you can order and pick up and during this time where everyone is being cautious and the staff is nice. One down side is that you don't really get to choose to many toppings I think it's two and they charge for anything else plus some aren't on the list of toppings that come with the yogurt so just keep that in mind. read more

I'm giving three stars because the yogurt is the best frozen yogurt I've ever had. However the service leaves a bad taste. Especially under the current circumstances. My mother is 72 years old and hasn't been able to leave the house for the past three weeks due to the shelter in place rule. All she wanted was to go for a drive and get a treat. So we went for a drive around the College neighborhood and look at the spring gardens. We decided to go through the Yogurt Mill drive thru. Yes, this is not an essential purchase but a little treat and supporting a local business seemed like an alright thing to do. We made our order and drove up to the window to pay. The employees were wearing masks and gloves, that's great. I handed the girl a $20 bill and she handed me back my change. She then proceeded to pick up cups rub her same gloved hands over the rim and bottom of the cups. I don't want that now germ exposed cup. Money is dirty all the time, not just in this particular moment with a deadly disease floating around. Okay, so I politely said excuse me, I would prefer to not have a cup that was touched with a soiled glove. She said "I'm not making the yogurts." She then walked to the other side where we could no longer see her. I am now annoyed. Anyway a different girl walked back with the order, bagged it and then handed it to us and with a not so swirly delicious tone said have a nice day. This is probably not the end of the world, but It is especially frustrating now. I have never cared for the service at the Yogurt Mill, the employees are always just a little bit rude. I wish they would do better. They do have a good product and it would be nice if the service matched those same standards. read more

Best tasting yogurt around and it is addicting, you can tell by the crowds. They do a good job at this location (I cannot say the same for the Turlock location ). But at this store, the staff tries to accommodate everyone. They are really fast if you do not go during the busiest times. Well done people at this store. I feel bad about the pre-teens who show up after school & just order samples, and ignore the sign (Cringe!) Still you handle that drama beautifully. Keep up the good work there, I know it gets crazy busy sometimes. Thank you. read more

Wow it's been 7 years since my last review here. Sadly it's still a 1 star. If you are one of the crazed idiots in the Drive-Thru then you get quick service. Do not go inside or else you will be ignored for up to 10 minutes like I was today. All of the staff ignored the fact I was standing right in front of the register. They knew if they made eye contact - they would have to acknowledge me. Great job guys of ignoring me for 10 minutes! Like I said 7 years ago, the yogurt here is just plain frozen yogurt. If the customer service is bad, I'm done with the place. I honestly thought they would be better but if they don't want me there then I won't come. Attention owner, whoever was the manager at 2pm on 3/27 - she needs to be disciplined or fired. read more

Awesome yogurt, awesome people & service. And as always, awesome Pup-Yo for the pups!! Favorite place to treat our dogs for their birthdays. one of the girls is a bit rude and racist, with white people she's very kind, but with hispanic people she's rude, that's racism! she is a white girl with highlighted hair. What a cute little yogurt shop in Modesto! I went there last evening after a yummy sushi dinner because I had a bit of sweet tooth, which is of course not unusual. I had read such great reviews on Yelp so I decided to try it out. They have a drive through which I personally had never seen for a yogurt place. Cool! Inside is really tiny and is decorated in really bright happy colors. I didn't realize that their menu was as extensive as it was. I thought they only served yogurt. Silly me. They serve a plethora of coffee beverages and even some non-coffee drinks like chai tea latte and caramel apple cider. Sounds yummy. If it wasn't like 95 degrees outside I just might have tried one of those warm beverages. They have quite a nice selection of yogurt flavors. I settled on the heath bar crunch which was really good. I wonder if they ever have Oreo flavor? (Oreo was my fave at Tiger's Yogurt in Stockton when I went to UOP.) I made the mistake of ordering the second smallest size (I can't remember if it was called the mini or the small). It was huge! I should have ordered the child's size which appeared much more manageable. Mental note to self.... It was a fun way to end the evening and I will definitely be back for more. read more

Ok, great yogurt at a reasonable price. I only have 2 gripes: 1. My favs are the fruit flavors (wild blackberry, yum!). Most often, they have chocolates & cream flavors. Call 1st! 2. Horrible service. Lobby open for a select few. No proper signage. Poor communication from the staff. Disappointed. Posted that in the drove thru waiting. Icing on the cake they gave us the wrong order. This place is definitely going downhill read more

I'm by no means a yogurt fan but if I'm with friends and they want yogurt, this is the go to place. Some of their sorbets are very good but the best ones they don't have frequently. They should have a few sorbet flavors that are daily staples to give us non yogurt lovers a choice of options. Service here is about as fake as it comes, even scripted. They definitely have a specific hiring practice with most workers being young cute girls who seem vacuous. If they mess your order up don't expect them to remedy it without some flak. Pricing is high considering what you're getting but there seems to be an endless line of customers. Be forewarned, this place gets very busy and the workers don't do well at multi tasking. There will be a wait so bear that in mind on busy days. read more

Not sure I understand why the drive thru is so slow. They have a very nice employee taking orders and payment in the line, much like Chick Fil A. They were out of the flavor we chose from the website, the girl (outside in heat) was so nice about it, we'll let that go. The 2 stars is because the wait is too long. 30 mins of watching people walk in and come out with their yogurt is frustrating when gas is $4 a gallon. We don't need it that bad and they will be just fine without our business. read more
