A few months ago this place went under new management and since then it has been wonderful. I pretty consistently get Thai tea boba but my son is adventurous and hasn't come across anything he doesn't like. Very cute little spot! I've been going here for years and have never left unhappy. My son loves their ballet chocolate milk i have tried a sip and can understand why, it's so rich and creamy. My daughter is older and also loves their drinks, she likes to experiment. My favorites are the taro, the jasmine tea and the French pudding milk tea sooo good!! They also have an unreal amount of toppings! I'm partial to their mini boba, pudding and jellies. I haven't tried their food just yet but definitely will. Regardless I think it's one of the best if not the best boba spots in Modesto! They also have a lot of the more traditional teas and milk teas that you can't find anywhere else. Went back in to let them know (first of all they took the drink back after being taken into my car which is strange) and instead of apologizing and fixing they just stated we needed to pay more. I travel back quite a way and notice the girls forgot my bolba straws so I had to travel all the way there again. This one here is not bad although it is a little on the untidy side: the floors and some tables are little sticky. And the bathroom, I can't begin to describe, it just needs attention and a strong air freshener! I normally like places like this but this place seems to cater to the high school students, especially the loud banging music, just being honest. They were out of French fries. They were also out of the Curry fish balls. The fried chicken pieces are all dark meat (which is common but I wish it was mixed - dark and white). I couldn't eat the fried fish cakes. The lumpia was okay. The egg puff waffle is pretty dry. Both smoothies I ordered could have used a little bit more time in the blender. I got a couple ice chunks throughout both drinks. I like that they have a good variety of add ins (jellies, regular boba, mini boba). I stick with the normal sized boba. They need to fix up some of the tile that is falling off of the front counter. Overall T4 is okay, I'll stop here on occasion. Service was horrible and owner was completely disrespectful. I came in and ordered two drinks and an order of popcorn chicken and lumpia. Got our stuff and walked out just to notice they gave us our wrong food order I was given two orders of fried tofu turned around went back in to let the owner know and ask for my correct order I paid for. The owner out front accused me of buying the fried tofu a day before and trying to bring it back for more of what I actually ordered. Said I was lying and what he gave me was what I ordered.
