Ugh, do not go here if you want good customer service. My cousin and I drove up right at 10:30, which is when they close- as there was still a customer inside being helped and the lights were all on, we thought we'd take a chance with the drive-thru, since we had a craving. Well, we drove up, saw the employee talking to the customer (another employee, it turns out), and even though the girl behind the counter had her headset on and clearly saw us through the window, she completely ignored us while we asked if they were still open. They still had people outside eating, the doors were unlocked, and the lights were on- and we would have totally accepted a quick "Oh, I'm so sorry, we've just closed!" Instead the girl glared at us until we drove away, and didn't say a word. Needless to say I won't ever be going back to this establishment, nothing is worth that kind of rudeness. read more

I usually LOVE yogurt mill's yogurt, but today my husband and I went in there because the drive thru was FULL! We thought it would be quicker to go in, but nope. We probably waited about 10 minutes before we were helped and there was only ONE small family (looked like a father and daughter) in front of us. There were 2 people working the drive thru window and only ONE helping the walk in's. Finally, when it was our turn, the worker was really nice but the yogurt she gave me was completely melting, and she over filled it so when she went to put the cap on it, it was a mess. She left it just like that, so when I got home and opened it, it was dripping and melting all over, it was SUCH a mess! Who likes melted yogurt? So when I got home, I had to put it in the freezer to make it into FROZEN yogurt again and then eat it! Not cool...waiting 10 minutes for melted yogurt? read more

I went through the drive thru then headed home to enjoy my treat. Much to my dismay, I was given the wrong flavor. I called and was told, "sorry about that. You can bring it back and we can remake it." I explained that I was already home and didn't plan to leave again. The young lady replied, "oh, well sorry about that." If you like frozen yogurt, you have GOT to try this place. They are AWESOME. I have never met a nicer group of people. They are so friendly, patient and helpful. They gladly offer to let you try any flavor that you want and always have a smile on their face. They also aren't stingy on the amount of yogurt they put in the cup and you get what you actually paid for. I also like that the yogurt is always fully frozen and not melted. If I could give this place 0 stars I would because they don't even deserve 1. They gave the wrong candies to my boyfriend that caused a really bad allergic reaction that would've ended in the ER if my boyfriend hadn't noticed so it's definitely not safe for kids, if you eat here with allergies, CHECK your food first!!! They also gave me a flavor that I did not ask for and They're ratio for topping to yogurt is about 10/100 so if you like more toppings you're screwed. You also have to pay extra for the yogurt to be layered and even when I did pay for it, they didn't do it. They also seem to think that extra means only give one piece and that there's not a difference between different types of mnms either. You won't get what you want and it could even land you or your family in the hospital. PLEASE Do NOT eat here. They're absolutely terrible. This place is where I get to have my "special treats". It is always yummy whenever I go here. I love the variety of no sugar added options. If you "like" them on facebook, they will post their daily flavors so you know if you want to make a trip or not. Another plus is that if you go inside, they will let you sample flavors to help you decide what you want to get (not through the drive-thru). Both locations are awesome! Only negative about this location is the drive-thru. It is very awkward and fills up quickly. read more

I started coming here about 7 years ago. I'm from out of town but, started dating my bf around that time (who lives in Modesto) and we would always drive down Roseburg. I've kept noticing this place on the corner and wondered what it was that all these cars were in line for. So, one day I finally told him to stop by and check this place out. I was excited to find out it was a frozen yogurt place since I love frozen yogurt so much..ANDD it has a drive-thru?!!! How great is that?!! Little did I know, that this place would turn out to be THE BEST frozen yogurt I have ever had! I love that they have different flavors every day and the fact that they have so many to choose from, flavors that you just don't see anywhere else! It's REALLY good. The flavors almost always taste exactly like what it's supposed to be and the textures on point. You just can't say that about every yogurt shop. We've been to lots of different ones throughout the years and still, NO ONE has even come close to Yogurt Mill. I can't believe my bf has lived here all his life and didn't even know about it until I (an outsider) showed him. LOL. We have been regulars ever since and recommend this place to everyone! Ah, I~we~my 2 daughters and I have been visiting the Yogurt Mill for YEARS, great memories. My mom lived around the corner and we'd either walk there or drive thru before we got to gramma's. My mom recently passed away from lung cancer and while she was in the hospital I would visit her, then check on her house and then stop by the Yogurt Mill for my drive back to Manteca. I'm now staying at gramma's house and have already been to the Yogurt Mill almost every day, either for great coffee, or the flavor of the day!! I have been coming to this Yogurt Mill for years and have never had a bad experience. The yogurt has always been a great past time for me and my family. Tonight, however, I ordered my usual and what I received was a completely different color and taste, the receipt had the wrong yogurt name listed. I went to try to exchange and was told that I was wrong. That my usually tart yogurt is a "sweet" yogurt and that the ran out of the usual dye. The reason for the wrong yogurt on my receipt? " rang it up that way to save you money". The employee proceeded to turn her back to me with no attempt at an apology for the misunderstanding. I have never felt so outright disrespected and lied to. I will no longer frequent this location due to this single encounter that did finally deliver the sour taste in my mouth that I hoped the yogurt not the employee would have provided. read more

Roseburg is always very clean, the employees I've encountered are very nice and helpful. Topping bar is set up awesome to where you can see everything while they are putting it on. The smoothies used to be good, but now the recipients aren't the greatest. Yogurt shakes are really tasty! The drive thru is a bit of a wait which isn't a problem for me. What people don't realize, is they are running around and making the yogurts as you are ordering it.. Before I never realized it so I would get upset as to why it's taking so long. But after going for so long and going inside the store, I noticed they take the orders and make them. It's not all pre-made, so I totally get it! Now, some of the complaints I have. So, within the last month-two months I noticed a newer blonde female that has helped me every time I go in recently. She is sort of rude and isn't the fastest. Everyone is always running around and trying to get you out fast when they are very busy, which is awesome but she just sort of walks slowly and doesn't really pay attention when I tell her what I would like on my yogurt/yogurts. Every time I have a question she never knows the answer and she's always all over the place. In the middle of helping me, she walked away and started helping someone else when I wasn't even finished ordering. I get it, the store gets busy.. But sometimes if someone isn't finished, help them till they are done. Lastly, the prices always increase and it's outrageous for two smalls is about 10 dollars after tax? Best frozen yogurt in Modesto! Yes the drive thru takes awhile...bring something to occupy yourselves during the wait. Try a chiller, which is the sorbet and lemon lime soda combined. So refreshing on a hot day. And you can't go wrong with a heavenly vanilla yogurt and add your favorite toppings. I like caramel and some chopped roasted almonds on top! On our way home from Sacramento, my daughter wanted frozen yogurt and found this place through an internet search - it was a lot further away from the freeway so I wasn't too happy - BUT when we pulled into the parking lot, the line for the drive-thru reassured me that this out-of-the-way trip might be worth it. It took staff a little while to greet us, but they were actually super busy, not just ignoring us. They offered us samples of the oatmeal cookie shake (which was ABSOLUTELY delish!) and any other samples that we wanted - they explained their product/pricing and gave us enough time/room to contemplate their menu. Love YM's Fro-yo, I believe the best around. Anything Tart, but especially the peach tart. The staff there is always nice even when there is a line a cars in the drive thru, which there usually is. Everything always looks clean and in order. There portions are huge and cheap, unfortunately no matter what size I get i eat the entire thing in one setting, bad for me yahoo for YM. Ok first off you need the brief story. I was born and raised in Turlock.... shhh don't tell anyone ;) I moved to the Bay Area 6 years ago and just recently made my way back to the valley and am now in Modesto. I was running an errand for my brother one day in Turlock and was in the Raley's shopping center and thought man, some House of Yogurt Too sounds amazing. An old hangout for my family. Well I almost went into a deep depression when I discovered they were not there. I called my mom and was like what the hell?! Another reason to not move back home! Ugh! When I moved I was checking out places to eat and reacquainting myself with Modesto. I discovered Yogurt Mill. And what a discovery! This place is AWESOME. Great variety of flavors, they have a freaking drive thru and guess what? They are even doggy friendly. I love this place! Now I have my family in Turlock asking me to bring them yogurt or when they come over we go get our fro-yo fix. I don't like these other chain yogurt places. Yogurt Mill is old school The 50/50 bar is a fav and the Reece's is sinfully good. They have great hours and can be backed up in the drive thru but to me it's worth it.
