We love yogurt meal! Crazy drive thru but fast service inside!!!! Froyo always delicious!!

Went here tonight with my kids. While my husband and I were asking about the gluten free flavors (None are labeled) the associate who was helping signaled to the people behind us, and apologized... it made the experience embarrassing for my daughter who felt she was holding up the line. read more

We came into the Roseburg location on Sunday July 8th, We thought we were just coming in for a cup of yogurt, we got more than that we got an experience. ANDREW helped us he was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable with his flavors. He was patient and kind. Somebody give that kid a raise. read more

There's not really much to say. The service is prompt and friendly, the yogurt is great, and the location & atmosphere works for me. The ONLY reason this review doesn't get 5 stars is because they don't serve the Original Tart flavor daily. That's kind of odd for a frozen yogurt establishment. It's actually very rare that they even serve the Original Tart flavor, which is a total bummer because it's the only flavor I eat. Besides all that, this place is great. read more

The employees are very friendly. The menu changes frequently and is extensive. This place has a drive thru and is always busy.Great Yogurt!!!

I would first like to mention a worker by the name of Epsy. Not sure of her rank with Yogurt Mill on Roseburg. I frequent this yogurt mill at least three times a week. In the past month I have experienced and observed her unprofessional behavior. Not only to her coworkers but to the patrons. Her demeanor is very aggressive and she seems to cause havoc behind the counter. I have observed her carnage to others as they are filling customers orders. She aggressively pushes herself in the middle of the other workers orders they are trying to patiently and professionally fill and keep the customer happy. One bad apple will spoil the batch ! read more

The best mango yogurt you will find in the area. Mango being my favorite fruit I am very picky as to where I eat my yogurt from but this place does it for me. read more

Today was the second time we've gotten our yogurt basically shoved in our face in a rush. We waited patiently for ours like everyone else and not only were we given horrible service, they didn't give us our most expensive sundae and the one we did get was messy, melted and smashed. Plus you guys are sending calls straight to voicemail so we can't even call and resolve the issue. Hire some people who care not some high school brats read more

Who ever said size doesn't matter..... wasn't referring to my Yogurt! Has the economy started to effect the Yogurt mill? Past 2 visits my serving has been smaller then the usual. First time I thought maybe it was just my little teeny bopper high schooler serving it.... not so... read more

Ugh, do not go here if you want good customer service. My cousin and I drove up right at 10:30, which is when they close- as there was still a customer inside being helped and the lights were all on, we thought we'd take a chance with the drive-thru, since we had a craving. Well, we drove up, saw the employee talking to the customer (another employee, it turns out), and even though the girl behind the counter had her headset on and clearly saw us through the window, she completely ignored us while we asked if they were still open. They still had people outside eating, the doors were unlocked, and the lights were on- and we would have totally accepted a quick "Oh, I'm so sorry, we've just closed!" Instead the girl glared at us until we drove away, and didn't say a word. Needless to say I won't ever be going back to this establishment, nothing is worth that kind of rudeness. read more

Have been here once and enjoyed it very much. I'm not much of a fro yo person but have to admit, it sure was good. I will more than likely go back again because my friend likes it very much. So will go with her whenever she wants to. And besides it's in the same shopping center as the groomer's. read more

Every summer.. or warm day this is where my boyfriend and I are at. Always new flavors.. I'm always happy with something with chocolate which they always at least have 3 or 4 flavors with chocolate in the name.. My boyfriend always get's the NY Cheesecake which is always good! The yogurt mill on Roseburg is my favorite every time I go in there Andrew C. always helps me and he's always so friendly and helpful! Kid definitely needs a raise and maybe a manager position he's a hard worker read more

I usually LOVE yogurt mill's yogurt, but today my husband and I went in there because the drive thru was FULL! We thought it would be quicker to go in, but nope. We probably waited about 10 minutes before we were helped and there was only ONE small family (looked like a father and daughter) in front of us. There were 2 people working the drive thru window and only ONE helping the walk in's. Finally, when it was our turn, the worker was really nice but the yogurt she gave me was completely melting, and she over filled it so when she went to put the cap on it, it was a mess. She left it just like that, so when I got home and opened it, it was dripping and melting all over, it was SUCH a mess! Who likes melted yogurt? So when I got home, I had to put it in the freezer to make it into FROZEN yogurt again and then eat it! Not cool...waiting 10 minutes for melted yogurt? read more

I went through the drive thru then headed home to enjoy my treat. Much to my dismay, I was given the wrong flavor. I called and was told, "sorry about that. You can bring it back and we can remake it." I explained that I was already home and didn't plan to leave again. The young lady replied, "oh, well sorry about that." Mistakes happen, but I think from a customer service standpoint, there should have been another solution offered. read more

If you like frozen yogurt, you have GOT to try this place. They are AWESOME. I have never met a nicer group of people. They are so friendly, patient and helpful. They gladly offer to let you try any flavor that you want and always have a smile on their face. They also aren't stingy on the amount of yogurt they put in the cup and you get what you actually paid for. I also like that the yogurt is always fully frozen and not melted. The other store that I reviewed in Ceres has the problem with having melted yogurt. YUCK. Thank you Yogurt Mill for offering great flavors, toppings and service! read more

Ok, seriously, this is my favorite yogurt place to date. They have your average yogurt flavors, yes, however its the special flavors they have that really rock. Various chocolate, coffee, fruit, mint, and other amazing flavors. Its great. Check it out you wont be disappointed. read more

This place is where I get to have my "special treats". It is always yummy whenever I go here. I love the variety of no sugar added options. If you "like" them on facebook, they will post their daily flavors so you know if you want to make a trip or not. Another plus is that if you go inside, they will let you sample flavors to help you decide what you want to get (not through the drive-thru). Both locations are awesome! Only negative about this location is the drive-thru. It is very awkward and fills up quickly. read more

I am a new customer to Yogurt Mill at this location and have gone in a couple of times. I have found out that some of the staff can be very rude. I went in tonight with a friend of mine and expected a quick simple visit, but got rude customer service instead, and this is not the first time. While I walked in I noticed two female staffs staring at me and POINTING at me as soon as I got in as if I did something wrong, and no I never met these girls before. One of them ended up helping me, and when I said my flavor and size, the girl responded " would you like a lid" and I replied yes. Then when I spoke trying to tell her my toppings, SHE WALKED AWAY FROM ME. All the other times the boys and girls have waited for me to speak and listened to what I wanted, then made the yogurt, but tonight the little girl decided to be rude and walk away. When she came back she didn't even ask if I wanted toppings or anything. When I told my friend what I had noticed she became furious and also noticed that they were staring at me nonstop and were not welcoming at all. To top it off, while we were checking out, the girl just gave us our yogurt and did not give us spoons, napkins, or a bag, just handed it to us as if she expected us to eat it with our hands, she didn't offer anything at all. This is the last time I go to this location. The yogurt might be good at this location, but the attitude and staff is just rude and disrespectful. I advise to anyone, that if you don't want your day ruined and just want to enjoy your day out, DON'T come to this location, the staff is NOT WORTH IT. read more

Love this place. Shared with the hubby and the kiddie the mounds bar with toasted almonds yesterday. We all enjoyed it.

Ah, I~we~my 2 daughters and I have been visiting the Yogurt Mill for YEARS, great memories. My mom lived around the corner and we'd either walk there or drive thru before we got to gramma's. My mom recently passed away from lung cancer and while she was in the hospital I would visit her, then check on her house and then stop by the Yogurt Mill for my drive back to Manteca. I'm now staying at gramma's house and have already been to the Yogurt Mill almost every day, either for great coffee, or the flavor of the day!! I have always experience great service from the window service or the walk in welcome!! read more

I started coming here about 7 years ago. I'm from out of town but, started dating my bf around that time (who lives in Modesto) and we would always drive down Roseburg. I've kept noticing this place on the corner and wondered what it was that all these cars were in line for. So, one day I finally told him to stop by and check this place out. I was excited to find out it was a frozen yogurt place since I love frozen yogurt so much..ANDD it has a drive-thru?!!! How great is that?!! Little did I know, that this place would turn out to be THE BEST frozen yogurt I have ever had! I love that they have different flavors every day and the fact that they have so many to choose from, flavors that you just don't see anywhere else! It's REALLY good. The flavors almost always taste exactly like what it's supposed to be and the textures on point. You just can't say that about every yogurt shop. We've been to lots of different ones throughout the years and still, NO ONE has even come close to Yogurt Mill. I can't believe my bf has lived here all his life and didn't even know about it until I (an outsider) showed him. LOL. We have been regulars ever since and recommend this place to everyone! We all love it! read more

Best frozen yogurt in Modesto! Yes the drive thru takes awhile...bring something to occupy yourselves during the wait. Try a chiller, which is the sorbet and lemon lime soda combined. So refreshing on a hot day. And you can't go wrong with a heavenly vanilla yogurt and add your favorite toppings. I like caramel and some chopped roasted almonds on top! Their Dulce de Leche flavor is out of this world delicious...worth a try if it's on the menu. read more

Small cute yogurt place! I enjoy their chocolate vanilla yogurt, i like how its not that sweet! Although the wait time is long sometimes i like their drive through read more

Forget TCBY, The Yogurt Mill is the best place to go for frozen yogurt. The memories I have with this shop will never leave me, and even though (I think) their awesome Ms. Pacman table is gone, I'll still go back again and again for their great flavors. The sizes above Child are a beast to conquer, but when it tastes that good, you'll want to try. If you've never been, I heavily recommend it. read more

The last few times I came here I was never greeted by the employees. This most recent time, they just stared at me, kept conversating, and ignored my questions. At the end of my transaction, I asked this guy if I could grab some napkins, he ignored me, and then the girl said ,"you just ignored her haha" I really don't know what happened to their professionalism as a company and it's changed a lot in the last ten years . . . Not for the better. Don't go in on Monday nights if there's a brunette female and male working. read more

Love YM's Fro-yo, I believe the best around. Anything Tart, but especially the peach tart. The staff there is always nice even when there is a line a cars in the drive thru, which there usually is. Everything always looks clean and in order. There portions are huge and cheap, unfortunately no matter what size I get i eat the entire thing in one setting, bad for me yahoo for YM. PS My husband loves their heavenly vanilla. read more

Ok first off you need the brief story. I was born and raised in Turlock.... shhh don't tell anyone ;) I moved to the Bay Area 6 years ago and just recently made my way back to the valley and am now in Modesto. I was running an errand for my brother one day in Turlock and was in the Raley's shopping center and thought man, some House of Yogurt Too sounds amazing. An old hangout for my family. Well I almost went into a deep depression when I discovered they were not there. I called my mom and was like what the hell?! Another reason to not move back home! Ugh! When I moved I was checking out places to eat and reacquainting myself with Modesto. I discovered Yogurt Mill. And what a discovery! This place is AWESOME. Great variety of flavors, they have a freaking drive thru and guess what? They are even doggy friendly. I love this place! Now I have my family in Turlock asking me to bring them yogurt or when they come over we go get our fro-yo fix. I don't like these other chain yogurt places. Yogurt Mill is old school The 50/50 bar is a fav and the Reece's is sinfully good. They have great hours and can be backed up in the drive thru but to me it's worth it. There are younger college age kids working there and they have all been very nice and helpful when inquiring about a flavor. If you haven't been your missing out! read more

On our way home from Sacramento, my daughter wanted frozen yogurt and found this place through an internet search - it was a lot further away from the freeway so I wasn't too happy - BUT when we pulled into the parking lot, the line for the drive-thru reassured me that this out-of-the-way trip might be worth it. It took staff a little while to greet us, but they were actually super busy, not just ignoring us. They offered us samples of the oatmeal cookie shake (which was ABSOLUTELY delish!) and any other samples that we wanted - they explained their product/pricing and gave us enough time/room to contemplate their menu. Their froyo portions were very large and I was really pleased with the Toffee Coffee I ordered - another great find while travelling! read more

Roseburg is always very clean, the employees I've encountered are very nice and helpful. Topping bar is set up awesome to where you can see everything while they are putting it on. The smoothies used to be good, but now the recipients aren't the greatest. Yogurt shakes are really tasty! The drive thru is a bit of a wait which isn't a problem for me. What people don't realize, is they are running around and making the yogurts as you are ordering it.. Before I never realized it so I would get upset as to why it's taking so long. But after going for so long and going inside the store, I noticed they take the orders and make them. It's not all pre-made, so I totally get it! Now, some of the complaints I have. So, within the last month-two months I noticed a newer blonde female that has helped me every time I go in recently. She is sort of rude and isn't the fastest. Everyone is always running around and trying to get you out fast when they are very busy, which is awesome but she just sort of walks slowly and doesn't really pay attention when I tell her what I would like on my yogurt/yogurts. Every time I have a question she never knows the answer and she's always all over the place. In the middle of helping me, she walked away and started helping someone else when I wasn't even finished ordering. I get it, the store gets busy.. But sometimes if someone isn't finished, help them till they are done. Lastly, the prices always increase and it's outrageous for two smalls is about 10 dollars after tax? So I've decided not to go back anymore! I do love it, but not worth it for me anymore. If you can afford it then awesome you'll enjoy it! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would because they don't even deserve 1. They gave the wrong candies to my boyfriend that caused a really bad allergic reaction that would've ended in the ER if my boyfriend hadn't noticed so it's definitely not safe for kids, if you eat here with allergies, CHECK your food first!!! They also gave me a flavor that I did not ask for and They're ratio for topping to yogurt is about 10/100 so if you like more toppings you're screwed. You also have to pay extra for the yogurt to be layered and even when I did pay for it, they didn't do it. They also seem to think that extra means only give one piece and that there's not a difference between different types of mnms either. You won't get what you want and it could even land you or your family in the hospital. PLEASE Do NOT eat here. They're absolutely terrible. Worst experience I've had with any type of restaurant ever. read more
