Finally made my way to the yogurt mill! It's basically frozen yogurt with rotating flavors and many toppings. They have plenty of sizes and they run big! I ended up getting the baby size which includes one free topping which was nice. I got vanilla with tart mango and cheesecake bites. I enjoyed it so much! The staff was nice and let me sample some flavors beforehand. Something to note is it's CASH ONLY! The location is relatively small they do have a few tables inside and I think a couple outside as well.

Really enjoyed it, not my first time here but the first since it blew up on TikTok. On a Saturday around 1pm there was a steady amount of customers but it wasn't busy, and the staff was efficiently friendly.

This place always hits the spot. Love that this place has been in business for years. This definitely a staple for those who live, lived or grew up in ElCajon. Generous size for the price and can't go wrong with adding some toppings to give it that touch of goodness. Service quick, accommodating with the samples as well as the friendly service! The place inside is small very limited seating inside and out. However the parking lot is big enough to accommodate the crowd as people seem to be coming and going quickly. The line was a 15-20 min wait which was well worth it. Their froyo is delicious, tasty and very creamy! 100/100! Highly recommend them and will continue to make the extra trip when visiting San Diego just to enjoy a cup of their New York cheesecake and strawberry or Coconut and Strawberry frozen yogurt topped with Strawberries! Highly recommend giving them a try!!

Are you looking for the perfect spot to satisfy that cool, creamy, yummy dessert craving? If so, try out Yogurt Mill in El Cajon. I have not been here is so long but was craving yogurt! Today was the day to indulge! They offer the best yogurt ever with great prices. Keep in mind they accept cash only though. . The workers are friendly and helpful so I appreciated that. I ordered the baby size of strawberry and peanut butter with fresh a strawberry topping. It was incredible! I will be coming back here regularly! I can't wait to come back. Luckily, there was no line. I recommend coming early. When are you going?

Came here on a Friday night around 7pm and waited close to an hour in line! Didn't mind it but something to be mindful of if you don't want to wait a while. I tried the Baby vanilla with heath toffee and strawberries which comes with two toppings and was $5.50. My sister tried strawberry with cheesecake bites & rainbow sprinkles. Both were delicious! There is seating indoors & outdoors. Parking is very easy. Would definitely come back if I am in the area + maybe try earlier in the day in case the wait is shorter.

This spot was a hit! We came at around 9:30pm on a Saturday night... don't underestimate the lines! It was so packed it took us about 40 min to finally get inside and place an order. The person taking my order was really nice, but he gave me a flavor I didn't ask for. It's okay though, I still enjoyed the froyo. I got vanilla and salted caramel, with the surprise of orange added in to my cup. All three flavors were great! I added cheesecake bites as my topping and it worked really well with the flavor combo. I'd definitely come back if I'm ever in the area.

I love Yogurt Mill!! This is my favorite froyo ever. It's thick and creamy yet not overly fatty or rich. They don't skimp on the toppings either. Print out coupons online before coming!! The coupons are a great deal and basically a BOGO. My favorites are the tart flavors since I like when frozen yogurt has some tartness to it. You can try samples before ordering. I usually go on weekdays and there would only be two or three groups ahead of me. Though once I came on a weekend and the line was wrapped around the building next door. It took ~40 minutes to get to the front. Personally, I won't be back again on a weekend evening. There is lots of parking in this strip mall. Parking has never been an issue for me near El Cajon.

This place is all the hype on TikTok. It's known for having really affordable and huge quantity froyo. They changed their menu daily, so check their Instagram as they upload it before opening time. You basically choose your size and your flavors and then your toppings. For most of the sizes you can mix flavors but all the toppings are normally additional cost per each one that you add. I did a lot of research ahead of time and I actually printed out a coupon which is basically a buy one get one free, but it has to be printed and handed over. $8.50 bought me a whole lot of yogurt that I was able to spread it out within 2 to 3 days worth. I liked the combination of more of the tart flavors so I got the coconut and red raspberry in one and then the banana cream pie and coconut in the other. Even though it's a small size it's actually humongous and can literally feed 2 to 3 people if you want it to. just look for the big mill it'll be easy and tall to spot. When I went, there wasn't really a line but I'm sure when lines are long. This could take a while since there's only 3 to 4 workers and everybody's sampling everything and customizing it and doing add-ons so pack your patience. if you want to be in the AC, there's a couple of seats inside and a few seats outside as well. It is definitely out of the way from Central San Diego but if you have time to do a little day trip, I think it is worth it for the price, quality, and quantity. CASH ONLY SO BE PREPARED!

The long line means go ahead and treat yourself to a big one! We went on a Sunday around 3:00pm, over a holiday weekend with a cool Free Toppings deal for Veterans & Active Duty Military. We waited about 45 minutes but we can assume it's probably less crowded during the week. As first time visitors, it takes so long because the staff is really nice and they let you try samples of their rotating daily flavors before you decide. I opted for a basic mix of vanilla & chocolate in the Junior size, with sprinkles and Reese's PB cup crumbs. Super awesome that they fill 3 layers of the toppings so you get a little something each time. It does freeze pretty well so if you don't eat it all it can last you a few days. A little bit of parking out front in the shopping area. No shade while you wait but others brought umbrellas. Lots of seats inside too. There was a bathroom but it was located in their staff area and you needed to be let in.

The line is LONG, so be prepared. We waited about it an hour so do know it's a busy spot even on a Monday. The yogurt was good, they let you sample the flavors that is nice. The toppings are where it is at. My friend and J got a baby which was plenty for the two of us. Would go again if the line wasn't out the door around the corner. Also bring cash!!

Came here on a Thursday night and there was a steady line out the door! Right from the get go you can see the portion sizes are MASSIVE!!! Definitely a great value for how much frozen yogurt you get. This place is CASH ONLY, and the prices are incredibly good. I opted for a BABY which was $5.50 and it was definitely more than enough for one person. I chose the Vanilla Cream which is lactose-free (I love that they have this option) with strawberries and cheesecake bites. The toppings are just added on top, I dug around wishing it was mixed inside like what they do at Cold Stones but it's all good. For the value proposition, I can't complain. The workers were quick and friendly! They were willing to answer any questions! Highly recommend this place if you're ever in El Cajon!

I stopped by this place after a friend suggested it for dessert. The portions are generous and is great for saving it for later. My froyo froze pretty good but didn't have the right consistency when you first get it. The froyo was nice and creamy and the strawberry one was my favorite! I don't think it was worth the line though in my opinion.

Stopped here with a couple of friends after seeing this place on social media. The line is INSANE to get your froyo (I think we waited close to an hour and a half). Once we got inside, staff was phenomenal. Very friendly, vibrant, and makes small talk with guests to provide a pleasant experience. The froyo here is good, the topping choices are great, and they give you a massive amount of froyo, but it's certainly not worth the lengthy wait in my opinion. Our group decided that, while we were happy with the experience, none of us would return and wait in line that long again for the end product.

This was my first visit and from first impressions, the store is beautifully decorated, spacious, and very clean. It's sweets galore and the coffee is great too. On the day I went, their wifi wasn't working because I think they just expanded, but that's no problem. They serve food as well, there were families having lunch but I think the noise level was appropriate to study. Service was great, the two women behind the counter were pleased to answer any of my questions. I had an iced americano, a drip coffee, and a chocolate tres leches, which were all wonderful. I will gladly be coming back to get my caffeine and sweet fix. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I tried the Baklava Cheesecake, and wow--it was one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. The combination of creamy cheesecake and the rich, sweet flavors of baklava was incredible. To top it all off, I ordered a caramel latte, and it was amazing. The coffee was smooth, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the desserts. The customer service was excellent, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. If you're in the neighborhood, do yourself a favor and stop by. You definitely won't be disappointed. Plenty of parking available too, which made the whole visit easy. I went with the double patty smash burger topped with aioli, and it did not disappoint -- juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. We stopped by as a party of 4 on a Thursday around 3:00 and we were so full we ended up skipping our next meal. It's a counter order, take a seat, and holler when they call your name. For this sort of plaice, the service (or server) was a highlight. The young cashier was pleasant, nice, helpful, all while being task-oriented. She even delivered our order right to the table. We got lucky but Thursdays is Thirsty Thursday and my pint of beer went for just over 4 dollars. A pint of beer is cheaper than a gallon of gas, and gas isn't cheap now - ha! Hangover Burger: Solid with a fresh egg and a hash brown patty. Pastrami Burger: Also good and flavorful. The pastrami is a kicker. About 1/4 lb of pastrami. Loaded FF: Good flavors with plenty of chicken and other toppings. It's a good option. Cali Burger: My least favorite of the bunch, but still gets the job done. Fries & Tater Tots: The shoestring fries were delicious, and the tater tots were crispy and good. Like most places, I'd imagine the potato products come straight out of a vendor bag, but these still hit the spot. Mac & Cheese Bites: A total waste of money and KCals. These tasted ultra-processed, straight out of a vendor's frozen bag. I didn't taste gouda or bacon. While we were there someone ordered a premium shake to split. The shakes looked amazing, but the pricing on the ultra-premium ones caught my eye so much so that I missed the pricing on the standard ones. If I had seen the regular prices, one definitely would have been on the table with "extra straws please". Oh, the bathrooms are immaculate. This is always a pleasure to find. Not only is this attention to details, but it shows they care. That comes across in their menu items as well. Eating smash burgers with heavy toppings like this isn't really about the beef. When I think "burger," I want a serious, juicy party that lets you know it's there. But with that said, these are good sandwiches. As for being an "award-winning burger," I guess that depends on the category. I don't think these are the best burgers in the county, but it's a solid spot for sure. Would we come back? Yes, just skipping the mac and cheese next time.
