Great place- Cute, clean, and lots of options. My family likes to eat in. We look forward to making our own shake one day too! read more

Craving yogurt ice cream, stopped on my way back to Indy. Very happening and crowded place even on a Sunday night which was pleasantly surprising. There's a variety of yogurt, gelato and sorbet flavors and the number of toppings are definitely a lot. Total of 5-6 minutes but everyone was courteous and friendly. I did like they had flavor separators which is definitely not common in every yogurt ice cream spot. read more

Great location. lots of foot traffic, especially with the younger crowd. toppings are great!!!! it is true that the cashiers look at you for a tip, unfortunately for them i have no problem with looking them in the eye & pressing "no tip" because i in fact did everything myself, including placing the yogurt on the scale. tip for what???????????????????? read more

This is the best frozen yogurt place I have ever been to. Great assortment of flavors and even several dairy free options. (I loved the watermelon!) HUGE selection of toppings, everything you can imagine. Not to mention a very clean, well-kept space and friendly staff. Can't wait to come back! read more

They've got plenty of topping and flavors to choose from. I believe they rotate some of the yogurt options as well. This place is usually pretty packed in the evenings, but I'm able to get through to get my yogurt very quickly nonetheless. read more

Yogurt Beach - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Naperville, Illinois

Had a very negative experience today where another customer in the store were clearly racist and awfully rude and the tone the management spoke to us in was unacceptable. We had a 2 year old with us who made a mistake and I'm sure if we were white, we would not have been treated this way. As a highly educated customer who has traveled all over the world, I have never been treated this way in any setting. It's a shame because we did really like this place before they clearly supported highly racist customers in their store. We understand cleanliness is important and were very polite to the staff in response but the highly condescending tone in which they spoke to us and let ANOTHER customer in the restaurant speak to us will not be forgotten. I will make sure that everyone in our community is aware of this. There are also several reviews below where people of only a certain community have been treated poorly by the staff at this establishment. read more

Didnt update they were not open today. I drove half hour with kids and they just dont post anything.

This place is so fun and has an excellent variety of flavors and toppings. They also have little dividers that you can put in your bowl so that you can get more than one flavor without mixing. It's something so simple but I've never seen it at one of these places before. They also offer samples but one of the workers has to make it for you. They have lots of seating options both inside and outside. The pricing was pretty reasonable considering how expensive most ice cream shops are nowadays. read more

Absolutely LOVE this place! Tons of topping options and frequently bringing out new flavors. Definitely recommend. They also have a loyalty punch card :) read more

Food and service is great, but the checkout machine has deceptive menus when it comes to tipping - feels weird and forced. Each cashier I've had has awkwardly stared at me while I'm choosing tip options and then gives me some crazy side-eye when I skip it and like... I'm sorry, what special thing am I tipping for? and after that too? Nah read more

This place was super good I love all the topping options they had. The service was really good they were super nice. I really recommend this place read more

Fun beach and surfing themed frozen yogurt bar. Many, many options. Many gluten free options. Tons of toppings including candy and fruit and syrups. You pay by weight. Cute surfboard tables. Staff was fully masked during our visit and there was a pick up option. Lots of parking. Looks like they also do cakes and larger orders. Fun! read more

I was visiting my family and decided to try this yogurt place as it looked quite nice. Now, the place is well decorated, and the yogurt was not half bad, they had a decent selection of toppings that were pretty good. This place lacks in its service, and I mean LACKING. While in line I took a bite of a small cookie dough piece not thinking they would be upset. My hometown place never got mad, but that must've been my mistake. While I understand the rules and regulations they charged me SIX DOLLARS EXTRA. Mind you they added the spoon in while it was being weighed which was the cherry on top. That's not all. This man has a very college looking appearance, with a unique mustache style that is reminiscent of a Burt Reynolds look alike, but he did not pull it off the same way. I didn't get his name but he was pretty lanky and blonde. He VERY LOUDLY in front of the store called me out saying I took a "pretty big bite" and that he watched me do it. Now this was very unprofessional and all around embarrassing as there were others in the store. I hope that the management does what they need to do in order to set this store straight, because it's a shame for a nice establishment to go down the drain just because of their service. read more

Yogurt Beach - Frozen yogurt - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Naperville, Illinois

The yogurt was tasty but the employee who was working on shift was very intimidating and watched us intensively as we were trying to pick out our flavors. we felt very uncomfortable but just assumed that was a precaution due to so many signs that were advertising "no eating before paying" but as more customers came into the establishment, he did not treat any other customers in the same manner as us. He then had the audacity to ask us to tip him when he was nothing but unwelcoming and intimidating. Although the yogurt was tasty we will not be coming back due to such terrible service. He was a tall white male, with a hair cut at the top long and the sides cut short. read more

Ummm... why did it take me 4 yrs to try this place?!? It's really tasty!! They currently have a deal on Fridays where for $5 you can fill a 16 oz with as much deliciousness as your little heart desires. There's plenty of seating including chairs outside. The customer service was friendly. I will definitely return!! read more

Yogurt Beach - two bowls of ice cream and a cup of ice cream - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Naperville, Illinois

Wow, this is definitely now my favorite of the frozen yogurt places in the area! Why? Not only do they have a large of self serve flavors (including a couple of custards and sorbets), but they have the most toppings of any froyo place I have seen yet. There was also a staff member stationed by the dispensers not only to offer samples but to help run interference with all the kids etc. The decor (beach themed, naturally) is adorable, with thatched tiki huts and surfboard tables. A little nook in the corner was a nice place to sit away from crowds of kids. :) Again, must commend the staff. Though they were all young, they were all on top of things and very customer-service oriented. So next time you're famished for froyo, surf on down 59 and hit Yogurt Beach. read more

2nd time trying Froyo and it was good. The price point was also great compared to other Froyo establishments, well the only other one I tried. Service and ambiance also good. I recommend this place. read more

Although the frozen yogurt is amazing I just have to come on here and complain about the costumer service. I walked in at 8:30 on Thursday, March 7th, I understand it was near closing time & they were trying to clean up. however the two girls working were rude and unwelcoming. I felt rushed and felt as if I should NOT eat my yogurt in the establishment due to how unwelcoming the two girls were. read more

Got a phone text for free yogurt for my birthday went there day after my birthday and got the cup of yogurt, went to counter to see if i owed anything and show them text, i was told oh that is no longer valid, i responded, i just got it yesterday was told I'm sorry, but you have a $1.00 to use. i then gave them a twenty-dollar gift card and again told I'm sorry our gift card machine is not working, REALLY???????????????? I HAVE BOUGHTEN SEVERAL GIFT CARDS FROM THERE I WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE COULD NOT USE THEM? So, i left the yogurt on the counter that I'm sure was going into the trash because they would not honor their text or allow me to use my birthday gift card. Poor, poor customer service and false advertisement along with not honoring a gift card, defiantly lost our family's business, buyer beware! read more

I grew up going to Yogurt Mill (iykyk). So I compare all froyo to the GOAT. This is the first place that's even come close. Loved the regular tart froyo. It was so good. The mix ins were fresh and delicious and there was a great variety. We have found our new place and will be going all the time. read more

If you are ready to have the owner an teens stare you down, and hover over you while you make your frozen yogurt then this is the place to be I take my kids to get frozen yogurt multiple times a week, after yesterday's experience I decided I will take the drive to downtown Naperville instead where it's light hearted and fun as a ice cream/ frozen yogurt experience is supposed to be. read more

Great yogurt and toppings. Always clean and reliable. Support indie businesses, especially women owned.

Since my review, the owner, Tom, contacted me to provide perspective on his manager's decisions. Although we may disagree, I appreciated him reaching out and taking my feedback to his team. I would like to see them continue to succeed in our community. read more

We moved to the area about four years ago and found this establishment which we frequent often (~ once a month). The flavors snd toppings are great! The place is incredibly clean and the kids that work there are great. I've read some of the negative reviews and have not seen the behavior posted any of the times we've been there. Since this is a self serve establishment I'd expect a good deal of oversight especially with children. It's not cool, or legal, for little hands to grab the toppings with hands instead of using the provided scoops or sampling cups. I've seen how little ones can go in this direction when properly supervised. Long story short supervise your children so the establishment doesn't have to. read more

We love the yogurt, toppings and cleanliness of Yogurt Beach but the customer service is the reason we wouldnt go back. The woman working followed us around while my kids got yogurt and toppings...and the male employee complained that my son filled his yogurt too high so therefore couldnt get toppings. It made us uncomfortable. Getting yogurt after games is supposed to be an enjoy experience but the employees lack welcome-ness. We will go to a more customer service oriented yogurt place next time... read more

Friday we had gone in to grab some yogurt with 3 children. The middle aged dirty blond haired woman working at the time was horrible. She hoovered over us and was extremely rude . She yelled at the kids and unexplainably irritated. There was one bowl without a spoon in the boba but yelled when we used another spoon from an ajacent boba. If she has OCD perhaps she should not be working there. I am surprised with the struggles of small businesses she would not be more concerned with positive lasting customer service. Such a shame. 2 stars because the frozen yogurt was decently good. I mean its sweets you cannot really go wrong. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I've tried almost all of the FroYo places in Naperville, and I thought Red Mango was going to be impossible to beat since they originated the concept of tart frozen yogurt and they have the advantage of using high quality ingredients. But now we have a formidable competitor. The flavor and consistency of the frozen yogurt at Yogurt Beach is quite impressive. They also are using the higher quality ingredients with probiotics (like RM does). And unlike RM, Yogurt Beach has an entire wall of toppings to choose from. On my visit, I had the key lime tart frozen yogurt with cheesecake bites. It was an amazing combo. Since the menu rotates, I look forward to trying some of the other unique flavors in the future. I would like for Yogurt Beach to start up a loyalty card program to keep track of purchases so after a few visits, a free one will be earned. read more

I'm so so sorry for bringing my kids there after school. The owner (lady) was as rude as could be. Didn't say a word when we walked in and never said thank you on the way out. She was a total bitch!!! The high school kids they employ show more courtesy than the owner. What a damn shame. From now on we will be going to an Italian ice shop that just opened in the neighborhood instead!!! read more

Yogurt Beach might be my favorite frozen yogurt on the fro-yo highway, also known as Route 59, based on the flavor options, texture of the yogurt, and topping choices. I mixed two flavors that aren't really complimentary: key lime pie and root beer float. They were delicious separate, and they actually were pretty good mixed together. I topped mine with cheesecake bites, sprinkles and chocolate covered waffle cone pieces. There is more seating at Yogurt Beach than any others in the area. There were several tables inside, and there were Adirondack chairs lined up along the storefront outside. What keeps me from making the ultimate decision of who is the best? First, it annoys me when they are paying someone to stand there, and not only do they hand you the sample cup, but they fix the sample themselves. I guess I can understand this concept for the messy, sticky, reckless entitled children of Naperville...especially the ones who stand in front of the machines while the parents pay no mind to others getting through...oh, and the overflow of high school students in here...but c'mon, I'm an adult. I can serve myself, and I'd like to sample a few, and now I feel like a total heifer if I don't like the first two I tried. But at least the "sample girl" was friendly. I'd definitely go back for the yogurt alone, but definitely not when I'm in my grumpy, "get off my yard," old lady mood. read more

There are four FroYo places in a five mile radius on Route 59 here... (Soon to be 5...) Out of all four places Yogurt Beach is the one I dream about at night! Their FroYo is so creamy you might be confused into thinking it's ice cream! All of the yogurt places have their different mixins and I am totally pleased with Yogurt Beach's. Love those crushed kitkats, cheesecake bites and marshmallow creme!! MMMMM If you think you know your favorite FroYo place in the area but HAVENT tried Yogurt Beach you need to go here before you make your conclusion!! The staff is always crazy friendly and helpful. They help you get samples of the different yogurts so you're never unhappy, and always willing to try something new!! GO HERE ASAP! read more

Experience at yogurt beach was amazing. It has cool beach vibes. My kids have a great time every time we go there.

Yogurt Beach, you rock! Love that the yogurt is high quality stuff, not overly sweet or too artificially colored. Love the multiple toppings! This spacious, clean frozen yogurt heaven is a welcome respite from the typical dirty and old Dairy Queens and politically disgusting Oberweis that are scattered about the suburbs. I felt like Scrooge McDuck swimming in a pool of money. Except my pool was filled with frozen yogurt toppings! The Beach is large enough that you can escape families that are making noise with children running about and enjoy Cake Batter or Dulce de Leche flavored frozen yogurt with the dangerously intellectual customers such as myself. I plan on returning multiple times this summer. And when the weather turns cool I'll seek refuge in this beach themed FroYo destination to remind me of the carefree days I spent living in Jamaica as an investigative blogger. read more
