    Nacho cheese sauce ? Yuk!
    Lola B.

Stars are for the tacos and carne asada. The ONLY reason for the negative stars is for the nachos. Who puts nacho cheese sauce on nachos? I just didn't like it at all. And it was canned jalapeños and carrots thrown on top of the pico de gallo, Like why? The nachos were a waste of money. The carnitas were half fat and half meat. Had I known, I would have ordered chicken or another meat. Service was exceptional. There was ample parking. Inside was clean. You can sit and eat if you want. Staff was very nice. The salsas were delicious. The carne asada taco and Al pastor taco was delicious. The carne asada plate was tasty. We may come back here so we can try the wet burritos. Again, the only reason I couldn't put 5 stars was because of the waste of money on the nachos. I prefer real shredded cheese.

Great street style taco! They are not exactly cheap, but all their offers are solid. Three tacos at $2.49 will definitely get you fulfilled. You might want another one (or two!) though, if you want to get that satisfying food coma. Service is fast and they are generous with the salsas and condiments. The salsas are good, but not really spicy (even the habanero salsa). But don't let this deter you, just ask for that grilled green chili, it has enough kick in one bite to last you a whole taco or two. And get the grilled onion too! They grilled it perfectly, it's sweet and crunchy. The taco comes in hand made tortillas. And here's what i got: Carnitas: amazing. Not gamey. Not crunchy though, but juicy and you can't get enough of it. Birria: not gamey, and a bit on the light side. It's not as wet most birrias (which actually makes it more wieldy in a taco). Almost like barbacoa, but it's birria. If you want to introduce someone to birria, this is a good choice Chorizo: a bit more earthy than most, but if you love meaty flavor then this is perfect with the salsa and grilled chili Al pastor: amazing! Flavor heaven. I can't say anymore than it's just so satisfying. Asada: good meat, not dry, but pales in comparison to carnitas and al pastor Service is amazing and fast. The place is normal taco place no frills restaurant. Kinda small and not too bright, but clean and orderly.

Deeee-licious! omg i have been craving costillas de puerco with nopales, and they came through with the most amazing plate. the meat so tender it falls of the bone. the salsa is tasty and the beans and rice are delicious, the hand made tortillas as soooo good, this place is amazing, great prices, great food, great people.

Always the best Mexican food, they make orders fast. I can't believe it took me this long to try their breakfast burrito too. Green sauce is always hands down addictive and flavorful. Great quality.

Family owned spot, Friendly staff and food is authentic. I usually order the chicharron tacos, choritaco or huarache.

I love this new hidden treasure I found in Bellflower! Residents had been talking about it on social media, and being someone who can eat Mexican food daily, I had to give this spot a try! Needless to say, I visited it three times in five days. The tacos are amazing! Everything is authentic in flavor and how it's made. No cheese, sour cream, etc! Cilantro, onion, some salsa and meat. By far my favorite is the queso chorizo taco. I could eat 4-5 of these bad boys every time I go. Huge tacos with fried queso on the bottom, topped with chorizo, chipotle style sauce and onion/cilantro. I'm drooling just writing this review! The mole enchiladas were very good as well, as was the pastor, carne asada, and lengua. Of course you have to wash it all down with their homemade horchata which is one of the best around! Also, Taco Tuesday/Wednesday deals every week! Do yourself a favor and hit up this spot and your taste buds will thank you!

A little hole in the wall restaurant located in a strip mall, I pleasantly surprised with their food especially being that it was my first time there! I ordered the green chilaquiles, eggs over easy and a piece of asada to compliment my dish. My drink choice was pineapple agua fresca. My drink wasn't too sweet or artificially made out of the packets like most places they used freshly cut pineapple. The chilaquiles plate came out and temperature was great. The green salsa was very tasty )I believe they use epazote) and the piece of asada wasn't chewy and very well marinated with lemon. Overall, I would definitely return to try other plates on their menu.

What a lovely place, atmosphere was so inviting, our sever Rocio was the best she remained very attentive to our needs and went over amazing foods and drinks suggestions scoring everytime. She was so friendly, kind and accommodating. It was prime time lunch time but we didnt have to wait around. Our dishes were outstanding i ordered the molcajete and it totally exceeded my expectations. Portions are generous. Every side is freshly made not canned not pre made; as well as the aguas frescas. My lemonade was refreshing and well made. Needless to mention their sauces....so yummy. Prices are reasonable. The decor and layout are beautiful, clean and elegant.....parking was easy and iys kids friendly.....we're looking forward to our next visit to try out other delicious dishes and desserts since we had no room left to try any Thank you so very much Rocio and thank you Alas Kitchen for such an awesome experience A+

The outside of the burrito was not really grilled so it was just kind of a plain dry tortilla. They're fillings were not good either, the rice are also pretty hard and dry. Lo gentleman off the streets walking around asking for money restaurant to play some, which was a little uncomfortable as he did linger. The vibe is small and quaint, nothing wrong with it. If it weren't for the very loud music playing, I would not have known this was a Mexican restaurant. We ordered Fish and Shrimp Ceviche tostadas, but it was ok not the best I ever had. Tostadas had more Cucumbers and Tomatoes than Fish or Shrimp, and to make it worse, it was soaked in some kind of unidentifiable watery juice which made the hard Tostada soggy. What prompts M E Perihuete to soak a hard Tostada shell with water? unbelievable! The Chilaquiles were bad. They were so spicy I could not taste my food. Overall, the service was bad the lady who served us was busy laughing and giggling with the male customers instead of attending to her tables. I have to say the obvious about the waitresses here, to be as nice as I can put it, their lips stand out as plungers, the chest, and behind well, so obvious they were not normal... The service was bad and the food was not the best. Pricey. Plenty of parking.

Place was nearly empty, we still went completely unattended for long stretches of time, orders were all wrong, and the waitress instead of fixing it was argumentative & completely wrong. For example, when I noticed my order was wrong, I told her and she immediately contradicted me to the point that I had to move the meat aside to prove to her that there were no beans on my order when there should've been. Instead of then fixing and apologizing she blamed the chef. When my spouse pointed out what was wrong about her order, she asked us what she wanted her to do with it? Maybe take it back and fix it? It was almost like she was blaming us and expecting us to just take what they brought us even if it was wrong. NOBODY IS TRYING TO PAY FOR THE PLEASURE TO FIGHT WITH THEIR INCORRECT WAITRESS. If you are going to be arguing with your paying clients, the least you could do is be right. They still tried to bill me for incorrect food returned and uneaten. Owner started brining up her video, but failed to address the countless problems and issues that were all over that "video". Eventually the food that was wrong and that was returned uneaten was refunded but it pales in comparison what the afternoon cost me. Please consider going elsewhere and their health code is a C which I did not know.
