When we asked the young, tall, blonde/blue eyed girl working the counter if we could have a sample cup she looked at us blankly and said "we don't have any" before turning around. Best Yogurt in the Inland Empire. They change their flavors frequently and always have a variety. The toppings are always fresh and never messy. The employees are always cleaning and are very friendly. They offer coupons in the local magazines that get sent to your house. Also, the owners are very polite and always wants what's best for their customers. They sometimes have special offers going on in the store like, (cupcakes, dog yogurt etc.) If I could give this business any suggestions I would say open up more yogurt shops around town!! read more

Frozen yogurt is pretty good I go for the boba I usually get the green tea smoothie with boba which is pretty good ... I wouldn't recommend the mocha smoothie it taste like milk chocolate I was really disappointed when I got it. Other than that love this place! I've been to places where the fruit is smashed and old. This place always has a good variety of fruit and candy. The staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming when we go in. Saw an employee go around cleaning all the yogurt dispensers with the same towel, transferring the peanut butter yogurt onto other machines. He did this even after I'd notified him that my kid has a peanut allergy. Just plain negligent. We won't be back. What a shame. read more

Yogiyo really rocks! It's actually 4.5 because I can say this is the best froyo in our area (Rancho/upland/Alta loma). Also the location is pretty cool situated within the area where other kinds of food available so it makes it a good preference for the whole family to spend time with and kill hours or just watch people while you down those froyos in different delish flavors. I choose this over baskin robbins for my kids' rewards whenever I wanna bribe them to do something too. Starbucks, taco place, Ono Hawaiian food, z pizza, etc are just some of the stuffs in the vicinity and you can eat outside together in the available common tables for this outdoor fast food area. Several flavors are available to choose from unlike some of the yogurt places I know. I can say it is pretty Mano a Mano to Yogurtland when it comes to quality and choices. read more

Fresh fruit toppings is a top priority when I am looking for a frozen yogurt spot and this place is the best I have found with that in mind. I had the strawberry lemonade sorbet with strawberries, blackberries, pineapple, raspberries, and kiwi. Everything was fresh and the sorbet was delicious. The only thing I didn't care for was that there was just as much sorbet flavors as there was frozen yogurt and I would have liked to see more options for the frozen yogurts. read more

We have been a customer here since it opened. A few years ago they sold to a new owner. It has gone downhill ever since. The quality has taken a dive. First they took the reeses cups and put them under the counter so you had to ask for them, then they replaced them with fake ones. Their yogurt is constantly in a state of melting and mentioning it to the owner only gets you a "it's a popular flavor". The customer service is good, the girls have always been nice and helpful. Honestly though, we only come here when we're eating somewhere in the vicinity. Yougurtland is our current go to. Somehow even the popular flavors stay frozen. read more

I would give Yogiyo 5 stars but it really bugs me that you cannot get a stamp towards a free yogurt if you purchase less than 10 oz. I have 3 kids. Say each gets 8 oz of yogurt. That's 24 oz! You should change your policy to at least provide one stamp per 10 oz regardless of the number of containers. read more

Yogiyo has friendly people working there and is in a good location where you can hang out outside and enjoy your frozen yogurt. They have a selection that is not quite as large as other frozen yogurt places but they do have lots of toppings that are fresh to put on your yogurt. When compared to other places, I would have to say that the quality of the yogurt does not measure up. The vanilla bean is subpar and the chocolate is kind of icy and not mixed to a creamy texture. Came here and inside it's nice I like those little dogs for the kids to sit on. I just wished Tha tables would be cleaned more often. Ice cream is messy and the girls don't clean after the clients and it's kinda of a turn off for me. I like sitting where the tables are clean.
