I have been a member of Flooid for at least three years and have been attending consistently. I was a seasoned yogi before attending and have been very happy with all the instructors. I try to mix it up as much as possible because there is such a unique offering with each class. About two years ago they started offering inferno Pilates and it is amazing. It's a low impact hit that you do in a heated room. You'll do floor work to strengthen the core and glutes and then stand up for a high intensity calorie burning session. Such a great addition to any workout regime! I'm an addict. When I can't get to the studio for a class, I might do one of their many online classes. During the summer months in the height of the pandemic I would do the hit classes in my garage and by the time I got back to the studio I felt like I never skipped a beat! I can honestly say that floo-id Yoga is life changing!!!!! I always tried to get into the yoga mindset but wasn't impressed until I tried it HOT at floo-id yoga. Omg it is a game changer! I am very active and love working out. My body peaked and once I started hot yoga and hot Pilates I transformed! So not are you getting into the best shape of your life, you are surrounded by the most caring, down to earth and fun group of like minded people! Beautiful studio inside. I have always been greeted by friendly staff. There are several routines to choose from. All of them have been fun and also challenging. The studio is cheerful and welcoming. The Original Hot class is great for renewing your bikkrim style and form. The Pilates classes are fantastic. The Inferno Yoga is fun and a challenge. The locker rooms are clean and well lit. I have worked with Beth practicing my yoga for the past 7 years. She is always awesome. All the instructors are too good. Floo-id yoga is always a getaway place for me to break from routine. I don't even have a second thought of trying another studio. Yoga practice had improved my stability which I had lost because of so many reasons. It has something for everyone whether it's for soul or fitness or relaxation. The studio is very clean and staffs are very accommodating. Flooid Yoga is located off of Mayo Blvd and Scottsdale. It is just doors down from Whole Foods on the west of the lot and is the largest, cleanest hot yoga studio I have been to in this area. It is truly a beautiful space. I love the calm, yet modern environment with a touch of zen. It is easy to book and pay for classes online so walk-in is swift. Flooid Yoga is the best studio around. The colors of the space are very fresh and calming and most importantly NO smell. The floors always look like you can eat out of as well. Bought one month of unlimited classes. The studio and bathrooms are very clean. Their instructors Danielle and Kevin are both kind, friendly and helpful in making sure you are doing the poses correctly. I would only like to see more classes offered on the weekends. read more
