My only small note is that the steamed broccoli was a little more cooked than I prefer -- I enjoy my broccoli with more crunch -- but that is purely a personal preference. One thing that really stood out to me was how well the staff worked together. Multiple servers checked on us and every interaction came with a smile and professionalism. The restaurant itself was also very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even more enjoyable. After paying our bill, we had the opportunity to speak with the manager, Leonie. After talking with her, it became clear why the team operates so well. Leadership truly sets the tone, and it is obvious that the culture she creates carries through the entire staff. I told her what happened and she said "yeah sorry, we have someone coming next week and he didn't kill the mouse, he let the mouse go right outside". SERIOUSLY?
