Ribs and steak. Side of rice and beans

I love this place. I took a chance and went there and the food was awesome. A great choice. I had the steak and ribs - seasoned great and hot off the grill.

Today I got the steak. Really nice. Juicy. Cooked through but tender and great flavor. Nice big portion. $10 but the same steak at Texas Roadhouse would cost 20. When I need a steak fix I'm looking for these guys.

On a whim, I decided to check this place out. When I arrived, I noticed that they only accepted cash and I only had $10 on me. So I ordered a half rack of ribs which came with white rice and beans and pico de gallo. It took about ten minutes to get my food. Others were ordering and going back to their cars to wait. I got my food and made it back to the house to taste. The ribs were seasoned well. They were a bit tough, not fall off the bone type ribs but overall ok. The rice and beans were tasteless. I ended up throwing the rice and pico away. I think I would return to try the steak and chicken. Many people were getting that.

193 BBQ & Steak is a food truck that is located next to a gas station off of Lanham Severn & Glenn Dale Rds in Glenn Dale, MD. The owner of this truck is this really nice guy named Javier. The truck offers ribs, chicken, steaks, and even caters for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and other occasions. The truck is hooked up to a charcoal grill where Javier was grilling up some butterflied whole chickens. He noticed that we were new, so he gave us a little sample of his famous ribs - it was tender and it fell off the bone, and he topped it off with some hot sauce - it was an interesting combination of flavors, but I wasn't much of a fan as the hot sauce was kind of off and that I'm more of a dry rub type of a person. If you're into wet ribs, be sure to check him out as it still has that nice charcoal grill flavor. He offers sides such as beans and rice, pico de gallo, and baked beans. It seems as if this food truck has been around for a while and popular with the locals, as there seemed to be a decent line during the dinner hour. +underwhelming, vinegar-y/tangy ribs

Where's the menu? But they have a line that's always a good sign.

The steak and ribs are good. However, there is a language barrier. I wish they used Apple Pay, Zelle, or a cash app.

Ribs and chicken were average. Rice and beans were tasteless. I also had a terrible case of diarrhea after eating here. I will not return.

Great ribs! No sauce needed. They are thick and tender. I can't wait to try the steak. CASH ONLY!

I've seen this red stand sitting idly in the closest gas station to my house, but it was never open or anything. But just a few weeks ago, I saw a grand opening sign, and now they're open! I stopped by... because it's right near my house and it's not fast food, so how could I not?! As the name suggests, they have baleadas, but they also have pupusas, flautas, and more. I have had a baleada once before, but I had to try a new one. It's... hard for me to describe... maybe like a breakfast quesadilla? But even so, it's still different. But I got that and it was flavorful and yummy! I also got the zambos preparados because I was not familiar with them. It's a brand of plantain chips from Honduras, and they basically turn them into nachos! And they even keep them in their original bag... that was fantastic! I might've enjoyed them more than the baleadas. I went back to try their pupusas, which were also good -- not as great as others I've had. I need to try their drinks next time. It's great having a unique food stand that's so easily accessible in the gas station. I wish them the best and, I'm not sure if it's the owners I've interacted with, but they're quite gracious.

This was my first time tasting Honduran food, and I enjoyed it. Since it was my first time, I had the namesake --- Carne asada baleada. I appreciated that if it was made to order, down to the tortilla. The portion size was generous, and it was flavorful. I also enjoyed my tamarind drink. Since the truck is in an overcrowded gas station, parking was a challenge. It was also difficult to order because the cashier/cook did not speak any English. She asked a gentleman who was waiting for his food to translate for me. . Pro Tip: Park by CVS and walk over.

We were a group of three adults and four children and decided to order different items since we didn't live in the area and weren't sure if we would be back. I live in California and my son and his family live in Texas. A lady in line, who visited frequently, told us some items to try as well. I ordered a Wagyu Brisket sandwich with Brisket beans and mac n cheese as the sides. I also ordered 1/2 pound of spare ribs. My son ordered a brisket sandwich, barbecue chicken, corn bread, coleslaw. Brisket and ribs super tender and barbecue sauce was good, but I'm from Kansas and Kansas City barbecue spots have better sauce Their sauce was a little too thin and ran off the meat. Everything was smoked to perfection except for the chicken. I heard that the chicken was kind of flavorless and a little dry. I didn't have any, but my son, his wife and kids did and so that was something that we wouldn't order again. Very nice and pleasant employees and decent prices although the sides were too small of portions.
