I placed an online order for grilled flounder (which was listed as coming with rice), added hush puppies for an additional charge, and included a side salad. Upon pickup, I received fried flounder instead of grilled, along with hush puppies, and the side salad was missing. When I raised the issue, I was informed that flounder is only served fried, despite the menu indicating otherwise. Although I was dissatisfied, I accepted the fried fish, which also meant the rice that should have accompanied the grilled option was no longer included. When I inquired about the missing salad, the manager attempted to charge me again, even though I had already paid for it online. I then requested a refund for my whole meal, but was told this was not possible because the order had been placed through the website. My husband came to pick up my food and at first she did not know where my food order was at so I had to call Beckett and confirm it. when I receive my order, it was only shrimp on it, so I proceeded to call the establish me bad. The lady then argued with me back-and-forth, saying that well her lady did not get it wrong so she can do nothing to help me and she hung up the phone. I treated myself to 10 wings half teriyaki and half medium. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a drink. Best hamburger I had in a while. The burger had fresh ingredients. Plenty of napkins are needed. I'm not a wing person. The wings were the best wings I have ever had. The teriyaki were my favorite. A big plus was getting extra sauce togo included with your meal. Lemon pepper is addictive! I like having tables in the restaurant so I can stay and eat, hangout with my family, and eat the food while it's hot and fresh!!! I love the quality and value. I appreciate all of the wing flavor options although I tend to stick to a select few. I also really like the fact that you can order a multi-piece order and mix flavors. If you want a dry rub now and save the wet for later or vice versa, you can do so. I'm not a fan of the fact that locations charge different prices for the Mumbo Sauce. They're Mumbo Sauce tends to be pretty good in my book. The combo deals cost less than an order of wings or an entree solo so try their fries. If my husband had not ordered the wings already and paid for them, I would have kept it moving. From what I could see the floor was gross the drink machine was just disgusting and whenever a person gets a drink you can see the splatter from every drop of beverage on the tops for the cups, I did not want the drink after seeing that. Let me start by saying,that I am a fan of America's Best Wings. This is only my 2nd time at this location. I usually frequent the one off of Rt198. This particular location seems clean and the service about the same. However..... Today is the day of the big game so we called in our order of 50 wings for pickup. They told us over the that it would be about 20 minutes or so which was cool. When we got our order home we were sorely disappointed. The wings were not cooked to order (we wanted them fried extra crispy). The wings were tough and lacking flavor. So I called the store to let them know how disappointed I was with the order. The woman that answered the phone stated that they would give me 10% off my next order, however I wanted to speak with the manager about the quality of the food that was given to us, but she was not available because she was taking orders and helping with cooking. The woman on the phone also admitted that they were rushing because it was a busy day. I then told her I would've waited longer if I needed to because what they gave me was unsatisfactory.
