Best frozen yogurt in town! My favorite go to place with the kids. Impeccably clean, delicious and consistent.

I absolutely love this place. I don't love the price but it's really my fault since I load the fro yo with fresh fruit. I have noticed the last few times I've gone the mango is not ripe. It seems they are just cutting the unripened fruit and not really caring about the ending result. I am considering trying out tutti melon in Fairfield and comparing the fruit quality. My thought is...if it's not ripe, don't put it out! read more

The flavors here are pretty standard and they charge by the ounce. Toppings were good and they had a good variety. Only thing that bothered me was that I tried to show them my Yelp check-in coupon but they said it was too late since they already "rang it up".....really? I am a frozen yogurt feen! I was really excited when this place opened up, but the yogurt is def cheap quality as well that the off brand toppings. I've been to way better fro yo places that have name brand frozen yogurt and only charge 37 cents per ounce compared to Yo Belle that charges 45! I'll keep going for my fro yo fix, only cause there are no other places in town. The NSA chocolate is my favotire most others taste like play-doh. Best (and currently only) FroYo place in Napa. There's one in AmCan but I would choose Yo Belle over it any day. My boyfriend is infatuated with the Yellow Cake and I really like the chocolate and fresh strawberry. The price is decent too at 45 cents per ounce. I have frequented several FroYo spots in the Bay Area and I think Yo Belle is great. And for the other reviewers that complained about the seating and the tables, go to Cost Plus, Whole Foods, Target, or Trader Joe's and shop and enjoy your yogurt. read more

My first time try this. It's good and when you're under 80F weather. They've a large selection of topping for you. However, they don't have too many yogurt flavor to choose from. That's the only down side for getting a 5 star. read more

After 1 bad experience I never thought I'd come back, I'm glad did. We've had nothing but great service and a variety of wonderful flavors. Our family favorites: Rootbeer, marshmallow, red velvet & plain tart. My kids like suggesting odd flavors & toppings. I love their yogurt for the most part, but more times or not when I am there at least 2 or 3 of their flavors aren't working. Their toppings are always satisfying (love the cheesecake). The most unappealing part though is their service. Every time I am there the woman who has rung me up never even cracked a slight smile. I went there with a friend and it was almost as if we were a bother to her buying their product, while she immediately ran outside to give her friend something in a car in the parking lot as soon as the transaction went through. Well, if they would give it the WiFi password I would give them 4 stars, but they wouldn't give it out so 3 stars it is. But really, some days they have good flavors, but other days the flavors are pretty terrible. They have pretty good toppings for the most part but could use a few off the wall ideas that could really add some spark to the whole idea. I also discovered that the scales do not give you the same reading which makes wonder if they are accurate enough to trust them. I do however like the punch card idea. If it wasn't for that, I would probably not go there. Anyways, could use some improvement. read more

I checked out Yo'Belle for the first time with my girlfriends this weekend and was very impressed! The shop was bright and clean, the service was great (Nick was very friendly and helpful), and the yogurt was YUM! I had the strawberry with fresh strawberries on top. SO GOOD. We all had such a fun time- Thanks Yo'Belle for a new place to hang out! I will definitely come back for more. read more

Came in here last night and the service was horrible. I got my yogurt and topping and went to pay. I noticed one worker cleaning the bathroom and she noticed me. I knew it was close to closing so i didn't mind that, there is usually 2 people working but the other person wasn't in sight. I waited for 10 mins while my yogurt melted, and the lady cleaning the bathroom noticed too and started yelling at another girl named elena. When she came out she wasn't sorry and just said how much it was and i was on my way. When i got home i threw my yogurt away because it was melted. Im definitely not going back. read more

Today was my second time coming to this froyo spot. I sampled a few flavors and Greek honey was surprisingly a winner for me! It was so yummy especially after I added Reese's, strawberries, coconut, and captain crunch to it. Lol. I definitely recommend trying that flavor out. Great, almost excellent, except my sister's peach flavor was not good, even my dog agreed. My combination of cake batter and strawberry was delicious (the dog agreed on this) and they had plenty of toppings to choose from. The fruit could have been fresher, but the rest was excellent read more

I've taken family to Napa's location several times....great product, great employees. Yesterday (7/22) caused me to decide never to return. While sitting there with my grandchildren, a man who was obviously homeless came in, used the free water dispenser, lingered over the "open" topping containers and struck up a conversation with the clerk behind the counter all the while handling the cereal dispensers while he stood there. He stood there talking with her for at least 15 minutes or longer.The smell was disgusting. He obviously hadn't had a bath or clean clothes in a long time. Not only were his clothes filthy, but his hands and face and hair were filthy as well. I spoke to the other employee who was on the floor about him. She told me he comes in frequently and uses the free water dispenser. She had told the manager on numerous occasions but she/he never does anything about it. The two female employees were very young and obviously afraid to ask ("tell") him to leave. She said "He's SO CREEPY". After watching this man hang around the counter where the open containers are kept and put his filthy hands on the cereal dispenser as well as the handle on the water dispenser, I can't go back. If they don't come up with a way to stop the homeless from frequenting the store, they're going to lose all of their customers. They won't be seeing my family and I'll tell everyone I know in Napa to avoid the place. read more
