For me curry sauce has a rich coconut milk taste and flavor. The sauce here was loose, and runny. Sweet Chili Asian Bistro has a great location, nice interior decor but the food here is not on par. They talk too much and don't serve food in a timely manner. To wait an hour and a half is ridiculous. In general, the food preparation is ok. Fresh, but ok. My suggestion would be to dress up the presentation more than just putting it on the plate - it's an art that makes good Sushi special, and this doesn't do it for me! While it's decent, for Montana, it's not west coast Sushi and service staff needs an overhaul. And also to add on top of that, I ordered salmon and tuna in the bowl only to come to find that I could barely even find any of the protein in there as the fish was diced into tiny pieces, smaller than a pinky nail size and barely a teaspoon of each. The kitchen and lobby area also looked in very much disarray. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back here.

I think if each part was seasoned more and slightly differently, then it would make more of an impact when you mix it all together.

Honestly one of the best salads I've had in recent memory. You want a Middle Eastern dish, you got it. The lamb kebab rivaled LA Persian restaurants. Very flavorful with excellent spice and herbs. Portion size is also nice. What the heck, how about Mexican food. Braised pork tacos with adobo had excellent flavor. The beans were simmered with meat pieces and were very hearty. The soups are also disappointing. They look good, but the broth does not have much flavor. It tastes weak and a little bland. The tofu in the soup is not very good either. It does not have the soft texture that Korean tofu usually has. The service is fine, and the restaurant is clean and nice enough. But the food is just average.
