    Build your own bowl

Poke in Bozeman, Montana?! We were a little skeptical but man am I glad we chose to go here before heading back to the airport. Regular bowl is more than enough for a lunch portion. I got salmon and almost every topping. Their house sauce is a soy/garlic/ginger sauce that's super yummy and of course I topped it off with a little eel sauce, crispy onions, and sesame seeds. Glad we got there right at 11 because there ended up being a constant line from when we got in until we left at 11:30. Great job keeping things fresh and providing a really nice experience!

I love this place! So yummy and they are very generous with portions. The service is kind and it is clean in there over all. Always cures the craving for sure

I had a large poke bowl with Great fresh tasting tuna and salmon. The Staff was very polite, and eating area was very clean. Great spot for a light lunch or dinner.

Yo Poke is a good alternative. If you're not in the mood for steak or burgers I would recommend giving Yo Poke a shot. The fish was fresh and tasted good. I created my own bowl with Tuna and Salmon. They have lots of options to chose from and they all looked decent.

Yo Poké Fusion is a great place to get a poké fix in. I was slightly skeptical after reading one of the reviews stating "this isn't poke," but I'm happy I checked it out. The restaurant is clean, the fish is great quality, and the staff was very nice and helpful. I'll be back for sure.

Very good, had low expectations for poke in bozeman so I was blown away. Good quality ingredients. Thai Tea was pretty authentic. Rice was a little over cooked but still very good flavor overall.

I ordered from DoorDash tonight. This place is so good. It's so fresh tasting and I liked you get to make your own entree. You also get two protein choices which is nice. I can't wait to go back.

This is one of my favorite places to go for a sushi bowl. They always give you your moneys worth and I always tip if they scoop a little extra! The workers are so nice and the quality of fish is the best!

It's a popular place, judging by their tables almost always being full. There are a lot of choices. One think I really appreciated was how they clearly label, on the menu, what fish is farmed (and where it's from) as well as whether it's line-caught. The rolls have interesting names that don't really describe what's in the roll, but they're memorable and fun to read. For example, you might not know that the David Hasselhoff roll is: Crab, avocado, mango, and tempura fried jalapeño. Topped with hamachi, cilantro aioli, fresh squeezed lime juice, and green onions. There are other rolls, like the Carmen Elektra, and the Jack Sparrow. Regardless of what you order, you'll enjoy it. We ended up having a couple different Nigiri, Masago (a mix of 3 different roe), and four rolls. We started with Christmas Showers, which was interesting. The roe on top was bright red and very spicy hot, with habanero mixed in. After that roll, we had S'happenin', the specialty roll of the night (I don't remember the name), and finished with another Christmas Showers. The rolls are larger than most places I've been. They're all delicious, and the servers are friendly and helpful. If you get overwhelmed with the choices, the servers will happily pick for you. If you can't tell, I will definitely be back next time in Bozeman.

When i pronounced I had a shellfish allergy I was told that everything had been cross contaminated and I couldn't eat there. I almost had to leave my family and uber home since the majority of my family can eat shellfish. I am a cook but I am no sushi chef I have done sushi while private cheffing. I do believe that there are certain steps you can take to prevent cross contamination and being able to store things properly in order to prevent contamination. I understand that when at sushi restaurants there's no helping fryers which is completely understandable. There is also a point I'd like to make how there should be some kind of sign outside or when making a reservation to pronounce on their end that they can't accommodate. At the end of the day I'm disappointed, I almost chose to leave my family, and we all ended up walking out without ordering since they can't accommodate to my allergy. I hope they take steps in the future to prevent cross contamination or pronounce they cannot accommodate to certain allergies before making a reservation.

Several tables, elevated booths and an elaborate bar setup with a warm and very hustling staff. Hospitality is off-the-chart here and the Main St location is straight out of a cool mountain town set. We ordered the avocado toast and a simple plate of biscuits / sausage gravy. The avacado toast was stacked tall with guacamole, bacon, roasted grape tomatoes and an over easy egg. This was good but trying to eat it was a challenge due to size and ingredients. There was a small side green salad. The biscuit and sausage gravy was also stacked. You definitely get good value here as is evident with the families surrounding us. The gravy was almost overflowing the plate with a good uncious taste. The biscuit was dense, a bit dry and was just ok. The gravy was a home run. Jam is a great family breakfast option with the food almost over-flowing the plates. We ordered basic dishes from the appetizer menu and enjoyed them but not overwhelmed with taste. The food arrived quickly and was warm. The calimari was lightly battered with a good exterior crunchy and a delicious plum like sauce. The green curry with chicken, carrot, zucchini and chopped tomatoes quickly followed. For being a featured dish, I found the green curry bland, watery and lacking flavor. For me curry sauce has a rich coconut milk taste and flavor. The sauce here was loose, and runny. Sweet Chili Asian Bistro has a great location, nice interior decor but the food here is not on par.
