This is the dipping bread for the soup looks good
Nicole S.

The soup is great!! Broth not to hot noodles kept it warm as they were hot before lemon and sprouts broth had a strong cinnamon flavor after lemon and sprouts it was way better bread is packed with bbq meat and green onions it is a small bit spicy really good when dipped into soup. Bowl is large $17 dollars. Do not sit by the kitchen if you do not like loud repetitive music playing service is mediocre at best food was ok I feel it is a bit pricy the kitchen was clean if the phone rings they take forever to answer it I would not recommend this place for children or a romantic date but if you out and about alone and want some ok soup this would be the place.

Info

I have tried more than 30 pho places in foodie California, but this place is the best!! Shrimp spring rolls were loaded with goodness, and beef pho was to die for. The broth is so good from bones just like the name of the restaurant.. Older charming lady is cooking and serving, I wish she opens one in LA.

Came to this place twice on our ski trip to big sky (once after landing and another time before going back to the airport). I've had the spring rolls, beef pho, sausage vermicelli, and chicken curry and everything was pretty tasty. The price is on the high side but portions are big. Service was good as well.

We really enjoyed this place! Heading back there for more. They have awesome chili oil- spicy! We recommend it

Chicken and Chicken Shrimp Spring Roll (2 pc)

I've travelled all over Asia and this is right up there with the best pho I've ever had. Food is consistently great and the owner is extremely friendly. The chicken and shrimp spring rolls is one of my favorite dishes I've ever had in my life. We always get those and the rare beef pho. For people leaving reviews about the smell, the restaurant smells like fish sauce and broth that's been cooking for hours and hours which means it's high quality. Smells like every pho place I've been to in Asia. Highly recommend. Great food and high quality ingredients. Also massive portions and lots of meat given in the pho.

Shrimp Pho Small

Delicious Vietnamese food. Good portions, fast service. I recommend the spring rolls.

Food was good. It was pretty busy there, but food was quick. We had a group of 7. Make sure and order by the numbers on the menu.

What a great restaurant. We arrived at 8 for our reservation and were seated within 5 minutes…read more Every table was full. We sat at the kitchen bar (there are two bar areas) and noticed how chill the kitchen staff were moving around and working for such a packed house. Our server guided us through the menu and we chose 3 plates (Napa cabbage, smoked pork jowl, green curry with local beef) and it was the perfect amount of food and spice. Everything tasted amazing including the complementary rice. They nailed each dish.

Delicious Chinese and Thai fusion restaurant that would be comparable to California and New York…read morestandards. I highly recommend ordering rice because the foods can be a bit salty. Quality ingredients, but as mentioned a tad salty and heavy on the mala numbing spice. Parking was easy in the shared lot, and we were able to get bar seating at opening. Food- 4.5 stars bison mapo tofu- this was excellent. definitely order rice with this dish and be aware of the extra mala numbing spice on it lamb dumplings- this was pretty standard but tasted fresh and housemade Beijing cucumber salad- this was pretty standard but tasted fresh and housemade Dan dan noodles- pretty good Lazi-ji chicken wings- these were perfectly fried and the wings were juicy and fresh. It also was overwhelmingly spicy though, so be careful Sticky tamarind ribs- these were phenomenal. Best dish of the night and I would come back for it Tres leches cake- pretty good way to end the night Service- 4.5 stars Food came out quickly and the servers and bartenders were really attentive. Only hiccup was that the waiter forgot to put in one of our orders which caused a long delay Bottom Line Excellent Asian restaurant especially if you're craving Asian flavors. The tamarind ribs are a must

The vermicelli, which on our first visit was served with bland chicken, is now what we think of when we want Vietnamese...great flavors. The summer rolls were fresh and tasty. We drive by Pho Sai Gon and I told my husband to turn around and go back. Pho Sai Gon is in a building among other businesses and is bigger on the inside than it appears to be (sort of like the tardis...). There was a short line at the host stand, which I didn't mind until the hostess forgot to come back for us as she had promised after she sat the couple in front of us. Twenty minutes later and we were in the front of a line that surpassed the door. The hostess finally came back and apologized, admitting that she forgot about us...and the line that grew after us. The decor is simple and there were pantry items in the middle of the restaurant that I'm assuming were either for sale or perhaps the kitchen is tiny (?). The hostess ended up also being our server. It was the middle of a work week and an odd meal time (2pm), so the restaurant wasn't that busy. For my entree, I ordered the chicken pho. It was good/pretty standard pho. My husband ordered the broken rice with chicken and beef. He thought it was subpar as his beef was room temperature. All in all, a solid 3-star experience that served the purpose of warming me up.
