While he did this the lady started to use profane language and did in fact grab the tote bag to toss. The manager did politely ask that she not throw the bag as it is still merchandise. He promptly offered them a refund for their transaction and an apology for the inconvenience. Im obviously very nosy so I listened in on the entire thing.
