Yared deserves every five star review on here, I am certain. He is THE person you want helping you solve a complicated or simple car issue. He came instantly and hours ahead of schedule when our car battery died in our very narrow driveway. It ended up not being a straightforward battery issue and required another part. On his day off he went in and found the other part and brought it to us, along with a new battery, getting our getting our car back in business days ahead of what we would have expected from anyone else. This morning, I had an emergency dead battery. I needed to get to an appointment, and it died. Yared came via the AAA app. The estimate was an hour. He made it in 10 minutes. He replaced the battery quickly, to the point where I could get to my appointment almost in time, when I was sure I was going to be late. Price for the new battery was very reasonable, the work was done fast, and the tech kept to all the things for COVID you would expect. They were listed with AAA, and when my son requested a tow with AAA, he was told it would be about 90 minutes. he told them he would like the driver to text him 15 minutes before he arrived so he could come back to the vehicle. 12 minutes after my son made the call to AAA he got a call from the tow truck driver, whose name was tsehaye, that said he was at my son's vehicle. My son said it was gonna take him 15 minutes to get there but he would hurry. The tow truck driver stated that if he wasn't there in five minutes, he was leaving. So the guy left and my son had to request another tow from AAA, which took another two hours. The tow truck driver was very rude. read more

I was fortunate to have such an excellent experience with Yared's Road Service. He was responsive and clear on his service price and ETA. He even showed up earlier than expected! We needed help changing a flat tire during this last snowstorm. While assessing our problem, he noticed the spare tire cover was frozen in place. Together we eased the cover off, with the help of a pair of clamps, all without causing damage to the tire cover. He had all the right tools, worked efficiently, knew how to approach the style of vehicle for a tire change, and even demonstrated the process so I could learn how to change a tire.
