Received a response when I reached out regarding towing services, notifying me that they would be available to tow my vehicle out of my garage into the driveway between 2 to 3 PM the next day. When that day arrived, at scheduled timeframe, I still hadn't heard from them. I sent them a message to follow up. If I hadn't messaged them, they would not have called to give me an update. Apparently their tow truck had a blown out tire and according to the female that called, it would take about 30 minutes to fix the blown out tire. They called back 30 minutes later and told me the tow truck was on the way. When I asked for an ETA, she told me that it would be an hour. The lack of communication is definitely something that they need to work on. Yes, things happen, but the service provider should have notified me so that I did not put off other things to wait for them. Pricing was expensive for how far I needed to tow. It cost $135 to tow the car OUT of the garage into the driveway. read more
