I was staying at a cabin in Mineral, WA in March 2026 and made the mistake of driving my SUV with worn tires a little too far off the unpaved driveway, where it quickly buried itself in mud. Zach answered right away when I called, clearly explained my options, and even offered to come out that evening. Since I wasn't in a rush, we scheduled a next-morning appointment instead. He arrived exactly on time, set up carefully on the soft ground, and had my SUV safely pulled out within minutes with zero damage and no issues. Zach and Graham Towing are professional, prepared, and easy to work with. They clearly care about the quality of their work and the customers they help, with the same attention to detail you'd expect from a top-tier mechanic or dealership. Graham Towing is a scam! ....on 6/22/2025 my son and I was rearended by an impaired driver that the cops let walk away I was out in my late father's old 75 F250 which he had owed since he bought it brand new in 75.....the officer called Graham Towing to remove my truck from the middle of the road since the drive line had snapped I asked the towtryck driver if he could just take it less than a mile up the road he said "yeah if I had four hundred dollars " I had no choice since I had none to help me I checked on my dad's truck daily got a abandoned notice by mail seven days after the tow saying we owed $1300 at this point I went to retrieve my belongings showed the original title the guy there said he could work with me on either the storage fees or the tow fee I don't recall I still would've had to come up with like $800 which I could not as we are on a fixed income and had paid our rent so I t was impossible so my dad's truck he worked and paid for back in 75 which it was supposed to be passed down to one of my sons we lost it too this tow yard it was a beater at this point but it meant allot to us ! read more

I needed a jump start and called a service similar to AAA, but turns out they are second rate. They called a cut-rate service that made me wait over 3 hours. I called the original service provider after the 3 hour wait and demanded they call someone in Graham to come take care of my jump ASAP. After a horrific accident with a roll over roll over and a completely totaled Jeep Patriot this company sent out a great employee who explained exactly what was going to happen with my vehicle hooked it up and took it away within a matter of minutes. Checking in to the Towing company the following day to retrieve my personal belongings was opal longings was very easy to do with a few signatures we were allowed to go back and see my total Jeep. Quick and simple easy and honest and by far one of the fastest tow truck drivers drivers ever requested requested and showed up within 15 minutes of the accident no waiting around. They made it impossible for me to get my car they wouldn't take my check as payment, I had 2 valid forms of ID, also brought the most current and up to date bank statement reflecting matching routing and account number on check, bank statement also reflected my current available balance. Washington State Towing Companies must accept check as payment when a customer come to retrieve the vehicle. They sold my car at auction. If your car gets towed by theses guys and it's nice, "HIGH" probability you are not getting it back. I found the guy that it was traded to on Marketplace(friend of owner's family). I got a flat on my way to work. It was approximately 3:30 am. I have AAA, however they couldn't help me right away (they stated that their truck guy left to Vancouver & wouldn't be able to service until 9am). Mind you I was on the side of the road on Meridian ave. So I called Graham Towing and was helped by Zach/Zack. He was very helpful and arrived in around 10-15min & changed out my flat to my spare quickly. I was charged approximately $160 after tax Zach/Zack was helpful & kind during this situation and I was thankful he was able to help me right away. Definitely recommend & will be getting reimbursed through my insurance. read more

Graham towing was called by what I am assuming was the police when we were in a car accident . We lived literally maybe a mile if that from the accident. I asked Graham towing to taker my car to my home. The man said nope, not possible?????!!!!! What ???!!! So he takes my car to his tow Yard and my Insurance ( Safeco) advises that they do not come to Graham towing to assess the damage . But that they have Gerber Collison come and pick the car up. Gerber literally took 7 days to come pick up the car. So this means Graham towing made out like a bandit at over $66 dollars a day from what I was advised as well as the towing fee. The crazy thing as well as when I called Graham towing to inquire when the car was picked up by Gerber Collision they said Feb19th but it was actually the 16th. To add insult to injury Graham Towing sent me a bill for the time my car was at their facility stating it had been abandoned. Between the lack of Communication between these two businesses I had no idea if it wasn't the case that Gerber Collision had really never retrieved my car. Even though I called them 3 times to make sure. If you ever need towed and want your car to go to your home , you have every right. This is obviously a way to scam insurance and I am pretty pissed because Insurance rates have skyrocketed. It is because of Fraud , Waste And Abuse. I pay for parking at an apartment complex. there are signs for graham towing all over the place. someone parked in spot, I called them at 3 am. I was told to call back at 8 am cause they don't do towing here unless it's during business hours. the signs literally saying 24 hour towing and service. the guy sounded like he just didn't want to work. would rather sleep. or maybe he's just scared.
