It clearly started overheating on my way in, thus the noise was probably the water pump. Quoted me a little more than $500 to replace the water pump, seemed good so I told them to do it. After the water pump fix I was informed that it still had a noise and it needed a new clutch throw out bearing. I had to take their word for it because I could not come listen myself. I had originally been told they could get to it that day, after calling two days later to check in I was told they had not got it apart yet. This is a job that literally took me 3 hours, but a professional shop wasn't done two days later? After taking it apart they told me it was indeed the throw out bearing so I agreed to having it replaced. They called back an hour later telling me the clutch was in fact damaged and also needed replaced. I had no option but to agree to the repair because I needed my vehicle back without them being angry and causing more issues. After everything was over I had spent a solid $3,000 on what was most likely just a water pump. I'm pretty sure they took advantage of the fact that I had no way to verify that the vehicle needed the clutch work they claimed it needed nor could I inspect the parts they removed. I'm pretty mechanically inclined and had already changed this clutch previously, so it's not like I don't know what I'm talking about. I did this clutch replacement and had everything back together and the vehicle on the road literally in a single day. It took these guys a week, and only because I started calling to pressure them since I needed the vehicle back so my wife could get to work, that's why I had called to schedule this repair in the first place. Upon getting the vehicle back the passenger seat was absolutely covered in grease stains where the mechanics climbed in it while working on it without covering it up. So now we have to have the interior detailed in the hopes of getting these grease stains out. I'm pretty frustrated with my first experience here, they came highly recommended, but this is one of the worst shops I've dealt with in a long time. I highly doubt I'll be returning here.

They reached out to Easy Towing, who was there in about 15 minutes despite the app asserting it could be up to an hour. Art took lots of pictures, and was careful with our front bumper (it was pretty low and the flat didn't help) and got our front and back wheels off the ground and the car towed away to the dealer in about 15 minutes more. This tow truck driver was called to tow a pickup truck from a private driveway. Instead of towing…read morethe pickup from the driveway he backed up to an SUV that was LEGALLY (per the police) parked in the culdesac. Before he hooked up to the SUV we came out of the house and asked what he was doing. Instead of stopping, he put the bar out and lifted the back of the SUV. He said he was taking the SUV to his lot and wouldn't put it down unless we paid him $300. We had to call the cops to keep him from taking the SUV. The police said since he was hooked up it was a civil matter and we would need to take him to court for it to be resolved. The police talked him into lowering the fee to $100 so we paid him and he let the car down and left. He wasn't getting paid for the vehicle he was called to tow so he was going to get money from someone, whether it was legal or not! He was not helpful at all and wouldn't even tell us his name when the 911 operator asked for it. He said "it's on my shirt" but we standing in the dark and his shirt couldn't be seen. This guy will scam you for the most money he can get, even if it is illegally. If I could give zero stars I would. Also, this is on Christmas night.
